Ive been in here a handful of times and have always had a hard time finding an employee to help... Today I went in again and had to walk around the whole store to find someone to check me out, had to ask someone in the office to do it eventually...

Typical small town Ace store. They have many things and are generally able to help. Their high prices and year long ignoring of health guidelines generally keep me away. Thankfully their corporate branding offices mandated mask wearing, something I’ve even seen people do there.Bottom line, if you only need one of something right now and it isn’t after 6pm, check them out.

This place has changed since Mary retired. There are so few employees when I walked in there was nobody in the front and there was nobody in the back and I had to wait quite a while for someone to appear. There was no Bell on the counter in the back to let someone know you were there.

Great hardware store with large selection. Very clean and easy to find things. Prices for what I needed was higher but the convenience can make it worth paying a bit more and you get help. Will admit some folks will be nervous with lack of Covid-19 precautions. Very much like shopping before the pandemic. No masks on staff and many customers not wearing masks. No signage. I realize for some this will be embraced. If you can get past that, it is important to shop local!

Considering the Covid19 pandemic, I was not expecting to shop at Kimpling Ace yesterday and encountered none of the staff wearing face masks including the cashier. I was wearing one and the other customers I saw were also wearing them. I learned my husband had the same experience the day before. We have always found the store helpful, but now wonder how concerned they are about protecting their customers health.

Very helpful, experienced staff. Family run business. If. I am having a problem fixing something, they can suggest a solution. Try finding that at a big box store where the employees turn and run away when they see a customer. They have also installed a hot water heater and done other plumbing work at my home. They are on time and do it right the first time.

Went in for a small part, employee Harry Z. was nearby as I entered and he offered to help me get my part quickly. I know he has been there for awhile now, I hope you reward his helpfulness and knowledge in his pay check !

Replaced kitchen stainless steel sink. Excellent quality sink and faucet. In and out in a timely manner. Was a little pricey but quality was worth it.

Small town style store has most anything you would need. Lots of plumbing parts, hardware, tools, paint, lawn and garden items. Employees are always helpful.

We are in the process of remodeling the 65yr. old house I grew up in. It was important to my husband to update the plumbing in the whole house so we contacted Mark, who gave us an estimate and had very skilled plumbers complete the work very promptly. We would highly recommend Kimpling Ace Hardware for all household needs.

Had Kimplings Heating & Cooling replace our furnace yesterday. They did a great job installing & cleaning up afterwards. Noel & Ed are superb at what they do. Horrible customer service. Arrived at the store before closing to find the doors already locked. A worker told me to walk around and talk to another worker. He was extremely rude, almost yelling at me. I will never return to the store again. Id rather support the big box store than this local store.

Those nuts and bolts you cant find anywhere else, the knowledgeable sales staff--Kipling has the goods!

Always more than one person asks you if you need any help finding anything and even after you do find your items they ask you if there was anything that you didnt find they always have what I need they never sell you 5 lb of something you need one ounce of ..place is awesome!
