Harbor freight tools has a good selection. But the advertised sale prices are misleading. one price for members & a different price for one time shopping. I shouldnt have to pay for a membership to get a sale price. Sure if you go every month but I shop three times a year. I feel the company should rethink that strategy.

I love the store but there was someone constantly bugging me and acting like i was going to steal something. I dont think your workers should be following customers around the store so instead of buying everything there i only bought 1 thing and got the rest at another store!

I went to find a solar powered flag pole light. Clerk immediately asked if I needed anything and went and found some in the back for me!!

They have changed a lot over the years from just straight junk tools to basically 3 levels of tools. They still have the same old junk but as well they have a level of tools for the weekends mechanic and tools for the professional that demands better quality.

The staff at this particular store is awesome, parking lot is big and easy to navigate, store location is great. Harbor Freight has come a LONG way in quality in the past 5-10 years, I have used their tools in a professional/commercial/industrial capacity and havent suffered any downtime or loss of income from a tool failure.

They had and held for me what I needed. Very friendly and helpful.

When a employee ask you if they can help you with anything, do NOT say No, Thank You. Im browsing right now Ive always wanted to come and check it out and now Im here Thank you though Then realize you need to run out to your car to grab more money and as though you tell an employer and they see you sat everything down. I was followed to the door by 3 men and mind you Im 53 and 113lbs. Worse 1st experience ever I didnt even go back inside because I was very offended. Mind you I walked in with just my wallet!

Harbor freight tools has a wide variety of tools and that.Cheap, most is made in China, but then again, a lot of things are.It is what it is------- if you need a specific tool for a particularProject, and dont want to spend a lot, then go there.You will most likely find what you need.

Fantastic service at this store. Always knowledgeable, friendly employees Ive been here over 10 times and never had an experience less than great. Variety of tools is impressive and the organization of them in the store makes it very easy to find what I need. As for quality of hand tools, disposable materials (bits, blades, etc.) the value for the most part is unmatched. Personally, I am willing to spend more money for dewalt or milwaukee power tools because I work in the construction industry. I do recommend Earthquake, Bauer, Hercules, and Chicago Electric power tools for anyone who doesnt abuse them as much as I would. I also recommend signing up for the Inside Track Club for anyone who often breaks or loses tools. The Inside Track Club coupons as well as the coupons open to the general public have saved me hundreds perhaps even thousands. Any negative stipulation this store gets is totally misguided.

Just bought the 17 in. Drill press with 25% off also the 6 in. Cross slide vise with 25% off. My son paid for the one because your only allowed one coupon per visit. I bought the 43389 model because it has 13.5 amps. Vs the 7.5 amp on the 61487 model. Thanks to a review I read.

Offering coupons online that they wont let you use

Just bought a mower from this location. The sales staff couldnt have been more helpful. Answered every question we had and even gave us some info on the product I hadnt even thought about asking. Helped us find other tools we were looking for and were simply nice to be around. The manager, whose name Ive have forgotten sadly , is fantastic. He has a great beard and glasses. If you have questions go to him.

I like the store, I can see the tools and find good prices .But i was asked if i recieved coupns at home. There were signs saying you didnt need to show coupons ... I guess that is with a in store promotion.. not very clear, not explained , not offered... i shop online but shipping takes FOREVER but at least i can use my coupons... i lost out payed more than i should have... now coupon or Amazon at least they are clear...

If you invest in a magnifying glass you will be able to read the small print which EXCLUDES most of the higher value items in the store. The EXCLUDE list includes all generators, compressors, pumps, safes and MUCH more. It is NOT WORTH the trip to the store if you intend to save any money on a big purchase.

Got to give these guys five stars. Fast , helpful, and friendly service in the store. They also go out of there way to help people who are incapable of getting, or lifting things on their own. Great selection and prices. Tools are super reliable also

This is a very good Harbor Freight location. It is a well stocked, large store and I was impressed with the service. I had to return/exchange a product that I had purchased the incorrect size of. The cashier exchanged the product with no problems. He then helped me to find a discount on a product which I had an expired coupon for. This worker (I think he was the manager) made the difference here.

Harbor Freight is the best place going for non professional tools. No tools arent made for daily hard use. But if youre looking for a good starter took that will last till you can afford a professional grade machine this is the place.With care and not over working these tools will last for years.

Great deals and the employees are always helpful and go that extra mile to give info or find that coupon for you to save that extra dollar. Its a shame because I liked shopping here. The tools are usually good and low priced, but you get what you pay for.The reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service was horrible. We simply asked is we could return ratchet straps, which were probably 2-5 dollars. The cashier was a total b***h about it, saying that we couldnt return it. She was back talking us and had her hands on her hips the whole time, glaring at us and kept telling us that we couldnt return it in a nasty voice.We asked for the manager and not only did he say we couldnt return it, but he had somewhat of an attitude, also. We took both of their names.As soon as we got home we wrote to corporate explaining the horrible customer service incident. They apologized.and promised it would be dealt with.I understand that everyone has bad days, but you DEFINITELY do not take it out on the customer. I havent been back here ever since.

Absolutely love this store. Ive started 3 Detailing businesses in 2 different states an I always get my products from here. There degreaser is the BEST on the market. Would clean a greasy an oily engine an make it look like it just came off the production line. Friendly staff an very helpful.

Enjoyed my tool shopping trip to Harbor Freight. Receive the catalogs and emails and enjoy feeling like Im getting a deal. Purchased a couple of torque wrenches, work clamps, etc. Although the store is clean and well organized, its a little tricky finding all the products and ensuring you have the correct coupon item. Similar to a scavenger hunt.

When you go to one of these stores, make a list and STICK TO IT! I always leave spending more than I intended. Its not a bad thing as I always think of the money that Im saving doing things myself with what Im buying. It is very, very gratifying doing things myself, indeed.

Cheap tools, but you get what you pay for. Dont expect quality.I bought some cheap hex keys for back ups at work. Just tried one yesterday, and the sizing isnt even close. My more expensive set I had no problems with, but none of the cheap ones fit right, and would have stripped out the heads if I had tried to use them

Good place to shop for little things like sandpaper, electrical tape, and the little things that you may need. But I havent been very impressed with the tool quality!!!

Not pleased. Advertise a Yukon WORKSTATION which is not excluded on 25% off coupon. Their ad and description in store say WORKSTATION, but they say it is a STORAGR CABINET which is excluded in coupon. Wouldnt sell to me allowing use of coupon. Asked Harbor Frieght corporate and said at descretion of store management. He said dont have enough margin and wouldnt abide by coupon. Definitely wrong position to take. As stated, not pleased. Most likely will not shop there in future. Their loss due to misrepresentation.
