I have a broken window and contacted this company to fix it. On Wednesday of the week in question, the contractor came to my home and took measurements of my broken window. The contractor said it would be a few days for the window glass to get cut and will be installed no later then next Monday. When Monday came, I couldnt get in contact with contractor and it appears for some reason my number had been blocked. Due to the non-responsiveness of the contractor, I cancelled the installation and hired another contractor. I hope my window is fixed soon.

I want to start by acknowledging that they did a great job on the windows they did repair. I tried waiting to review this company until they fixed the issues I had with their service but it has been 3 months since they came out and they havent made any attempts to rectify since they then. They charged me for replacement of 4 window screens and a patio door screen and they only did half of that. I have been back and forth with Bob but in general this company has communication issues and doesnt regularly update on the status of the project unless you contact them first. I had to constantly ask what was happening and didnt feel reassured that they were even coming. The last communication I was given a date and time and they still didnt show. Overall I wish they had better customer service and provided the whole service they charged me for.

Im glad I was able to find them to fix my cracked window. Compared to other glass vendors, I saved a lot of money and the work was completed in a quick manner. I know I was considering on trying to fix the crack myself as I am pretty handy, but I lacked the time. When they were installing the window, I realized there is a lot more than just replacing the glass. Even if youre handy, you might just want to go with them to make sure its done properly. I really appreciate that they were on time, didnt waste my time and quickly fixed my window. They were very professional and polite.

The AA representative accessed the damage, and provided quality in less than an hour. The installation was completed with care, and included clean up. My experience was superb. If it were possible, I would request AA for all my household repairs. Thanks AA 🤩

My apartment was broken into by way of a crow bar (or the like) to open the front gate and the the front door window was smashed. AA Window and Glass Repair came out very quickly to fix the broken pane (after 7 pm). I was very happy with their service.

I cant say I recommend AA Repair, and in fact Im pretty upset that they strung me along for over TWO MONTHS (!!), before finally admitting that they couldnt do the job, after all. (This was for a replacement glass top for a livingroom end table.) When I first called them, they sent someone out the very next day, to take precise measurements, which was great. Then... nothing, no communication at all. And whenever Id call THEM, I was told that the piece they were working on (sanding/polishing the edges) had just broken, for some reason due to its irregular shape; it was, in fact, basically a square, though one end or length of it was just slightly shorter than the other, by less than 1 inch.Anyway, I was told this same excuse three separate times! Which either means that, well, they dont really know how to deal with glass pieces that arent PRECISELY squares or rectangles, OR they really didnt want my business. Either way, Id have appreciated it if they were honest and up front about it, rather than wasting over 8 weeks. Buyer beware!

As tough time goes with the pandemic I hired AA window and glass repair for a glass replacement job as an emergency they showed up within one hour to the jobsite came back the same day replace the store front window for our client since we are short staff at Agc Glass Contractors we are looking forward to Sub more work to this family business

Showed up on time. Took time to look at all our window problems, and fixed a couple of them on the spot. Took pride in his work and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them for all our window problems.

WORST company. Worst followup. Owner, Mehdi, wanted $75 to do an estimate. I said: NO. Every reputable company provides free estimates. He called me back and told me hed come to my house and not charge me for the estimate. He came out and told me hed be back in touch with me. Ive called and texted him twice - no response back. WORST FOLLOW-UP. DO NOT USE. Ratings should be zero.

This the second time i have used this company they use top of the line products and their installers, led by bob , were the best we have ever dealt with.
