I had been looking for a skid steer for several months and went to see what hoeflings had to offer. I test drove a gehl rt165 and said I was interested. One of the owners (not mentioning names) sent me an emailed quote for a lease. Called them back within 10 minutes after receiving it and told them I would take the lease. When I received the agreement to sign it the 36 month(original) was crossed out with pencil and 48 months was wrote in, $8000 plus more than my original quote. The owner would not make the first quote good. You can make your own decision if you want to deal with them or not. I will take my business elsewhere.

Easy to get along with, employees were quick at getting things done, loaded, chained, strapped, put oversized stuff on and left. Great atmosphere

If you didn’t buy it there, forget about them servicing it for you. They will put you last on list to repair. You have to wonder when the first question they ask is “ did you buy it here”? They never call you back when they tell you they will. And then to top it off, gouge you with a bill for doing nothing but telling you what you already knew. Sales isn’t any better either. I was trying to buy a mini excavator , had financing arranged, through them, they were going to check out a few things I wanted them to look at, a/c wasn’t working, said they would and next I knew, they sold out from under me to someone else while I was waiting.
