Its a Home Depot in the city so its going to be busy. That said management should understand that and have more staff on hand in the mornings when contractors are getting everything they need for work in the morning because it takes hours to get through the Pro Desk. Its fine in the late afternoon / evenings. The floor staff at anytime though is not overly helpful.

English is supported. The clerk is kind. Return exchange was smooth, too. It was good because it was close to the station.
