About time a Korean bakery with authentic baked goods opens up in the city! Stopped by here recently and ordered a bunch of macaroons, some Korean pastries and a Nitrogen coffee. Im usually not a fan of sweets, but this place is a major exception. The macaroons come in all flavors from matcha, creme brulee, strawberry milk and blueberry cheesecake. The Nitrogen coffee is no joke. If you love espressos or Americanos this coffee is super strong. They recently added breakfast items and bingsoo to the menu. The current deal of 3 for $10 macaroons is a steal. Really cool concept with open mic in the basement and a nice wide open seating area on the top floor.

Just amazing all around. From the egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich on everything bagel was deliciously good. The Strawberry Kiwi with mango popping bubbles was a fruity explosion in your mouth. Will be back for more.

I was in the mood for Korean food and being that there are quite a few Korean restaurants in the area I decided to try out this one being that there was a long wait at my usual sit down spot. The service was amazingly prompt and what differentiates this restaurant from the other Korean restaurants this one was more close to a Chipotle type of deal where you pick your own bowl of fixings different types of gourmet Korean proteins vegetables and fresh herbs. The ambiance was very nice and the employees were really hospitable kind and friendly. A particular employee young man by the name of AJ really made me feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely come back to this place as much as I can being that its so close to home I am very thankful to have found this restaurant and hope it stays around forever.

We came upon this place and it looked friendly and inviting. The servers were both super friendly BUT the food was cold and the selection was limited. It was like 6:30 pm and I’m not sure why it was so cold, but I felt like I was eating at a subpar mall food court. We were all disappointed with the experience. Maybe it was an off day because I see so many positive reviews.

Fantastic coffee and delicious macarons. The creme brulee ones were amazing! On a trip to DC where we kept striking out on places with seemingly good reviews, this place more than lived up to the 5 stars on Google. Thanks for saving the food experience!

This place started out as just a pastry/macron joint, but not they serve genuinely good food. The rice bowls are especially good, and very reasonably priced.

Cute, cozy shop offering a variety of macarons and daquoise in interesting flavors. It’s a bit expensive, but not unjustified as the pastries are delicious, high quality, and elegant. They are open fairly late, makes for the perfect change of pace from the rest of Adams Morgan in the evening.

So heres the deal with this place, the macarons are not traditional. They are a very American take on a macaron. They have a ton of filling. The biscuit is extra chewy. The flavor combinations are very American. With all that said, they are excellent just dont go there expecting a standard French macaron. I kind of like the unique approach. The interior is very pretty. The staff was very pleasant and the coffee was okay.

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family. Kids will love the desserts. Nice, peaceful and beautiful interior look. 2 levels of seating and couple of nice street views too. Like the name suggests, specialist in macaroons (may be like a fusion, though Im not Sure. Not a professional in that). Macarons are sooo good. Decent amount of beverages. Dessert collection can be increased a bit though. For sure Will be visiting again. Totally recommend it. Loved it. Keep the Macarons rolling.

This place is new but it was a real delight. The macarons are Korean style instead of the French, which apparently makes them less sweet? I tried the creme brulee, strawberry yogurt, and parmesan cheese (to mix things up) macarons. They were all really good! The parmesan cheese was... Strong, but better than expected, and not at all unpleasant if youre adventurous. The staff was very nice and answered all of the questions I had. I think theyre adding a bar to the downstairs.Oh yes, the coffee was also very good!

Chanced upon this shop! So happy I did! LOVED the unique Korean Macarons! They were less sweet than traditional (still plenty sweet - but less which I love). The macarons texture was perfect and the buttercream fillings were bursting with flavor — again without being overly sweet. I taste macarons everywhere I go and I also make them. These were AMAZING! I tasted creme brûlée and tiramisu. Also had a cherry dacoise pastry. Equally yummy! I had delicious Georgetown cupcakes another night in DC and though I enjoyed them, I’d pick these Korean macarons any day over Georgetown Cupcakes! Bonus, super friendly staff!
