MY HAPPY PLACE. Ice cream is fabulous and flavorful. Cones are fresh. Wish they would have chocolate chip without the mint. But they have choc chip cookie dough (well sometimes...last i went didnt have this either.) But when they do have the flavors it hits! Great spot to get some ice cream or take the kids or stop by with friends. Me...Ive been going SOLO DOLO because I dont have the patience to wait for anyone! Lol

I was in Union Market for the first time yesterday and after getting some sweet green tea and sitting down with friends to chat, I walked around again and spotted Trickling Springs Creamery. Googling it, Trickling Springs claims they provide fresh dairy products by using milk from local family farms. There was a decent selection of milk (which is in a glass bottle), yogurt, ice cream, and smoothies to choose from and just like in a grocery store, you can go in and pick out what you want before bringing it up to the counter to pay. I myself decided to go with one of their ice cream flavors. I was recommended the chocolate cookie and after trying it, I was hooked.Their ice cream is made from low-temp pasteurized milk from pastured cows and they prepare their ice cream in micro-batches so that quality and consistency of the flavors are maintained. I really liked my chocolate cookie ice cream. I thought the flavor was simple and delicious and the consistency of the cream was just right. A cup was $3.85 for one flavor, on par with other ice creameries.

Trickling springs is very high quality. I love their milk. However, I normally dont buy their milk at this location because its actually cheaper to buy it from whole foods. I do bring back the glass bottle to this location, though, since I live nearby. Their ice cream is really good. Innovative flavors.

I am obsessed with Trickling Springs Ice Cream. The chocolate peanut butter, peanut butter and espresso are out of this world. My husband loves the grape nuts flavor, but honestly every flavor we have tried so far has been superb. Amazing quality and delicious unique and classic flavors.

Ive only tried the ice cream....and frankly that was enough to earn them 5 stars--it is outstanding. The mint chocolate chip is a favorite, but there are plenty more to choose from. Ive heard good things about their milk and other creamery products and will get to them eventually.

The soft-serve really does taste house-made, super creamy and rich. Awesome for a hot day. You cant go wrong with the chocolate or vanilla. They also have scoop ice cream.

Our family loved this place. Best tasting milk I have ever tasted. We named one of the baby cows moomoo marshmallow :)

Seriously one of the best ice cream spots in the city for the price. Safe bets are Salted Carmel, Butter Pecan, or Cardamon (which appears to be seasonal).

The ice cream choices were great and numerous we enjoyed the purchases we made.

I come here and order the same thing over and over. Grapenut ice cream. I became addicted when I was younger visiting New England, Trickling Springs is one of the only places I can find it here. The flavor is awesome and although its a little expensive its great tasting ice cream

My daughter loves her chocolate ice cream, and she especially enjoyed her ice cream cone from here. Fast and friendly service.

Shop mainly dealing with dairy products.The clerk isnt very friendly, but the ice cream is rich and small enough. Cookies and cream were really delicious with cocoa cookie pieces.For ice cream, you can choose waffle cone or waffle cup for an extra dollar.
