I was facing a court deadline and absolutely, positively had to have a printing and binding job done pronto. I expected the worst: getting my copies at the last minute and having to rush to the post office. But Amir worked amazingly fast, calling me back an hour later to tell me it was done! Everything came out exactly as I wanted with printing and binding. Shawn was extremely helpful when I talked to him the day before in anticipation of the rush, talking through the binding options and the information they needed to complete the task. At about 1am, I emailed my finished document to them and called the next morning to make sure they received it. While I hope to never have to file any more court docs, i am sure to use them again next time, perhaps giving them and me a bit more time.

I LOVE ACE PRESS! I am not a detail person but want perfection. Everytime I go into Ace Press, I am anxious because I know I am not bringing in all the details needed for the job. I am the president of a professional organization and I need to send out renewals, a letter, a renewal form and names and addresses for all the envelopes. I never have all the pieces but Amir organizes it all, creates new whatever I dont have and I leave smiling and calm. Amir is so professional and never makes me feel like Im as stupid as I feel.
