Exceptionally rude customer service. My mother and I have been coming to this store for years until we moved. But today, (09.29) my mother has been treated very poorly by the lady who works there. She jumped on my mom the second she walked in, asking her what was the purpose of her visit. When my mom told her, she wanted to walk around for a second to see what new frames they had, this lady looked her up and down, and began talking to her like my mother was mentally challenged, “explaining” to her how she needs to use sanitizer “over there” before she “touches anything”. My mother walked out because this is not how customer service should be. Very disappointing.

Was in the DMV Area for the month of June and planned on getting glasses while in the area. I called SEE Georgetown and set up an appointment with Ms. Shelia. My Styling Appointment was quite enjoyable. I found four pairs of glasses/sunglasses and ordered. The glasses arrived and then the adjustments. I have worn glasses for 40+ years. And this purchase and adjustment of eyewear is the best yet. Ms. Sheila had to ship me a pair of sunglasses and their adjustment was perfect. I was grateful to fact I was able to select, order and havemy glasses fitted in less than four weeks. The style offerings were exceptional. The service rendered by Ms. Shelia was Superior. Customer focused service, listening to my concerns and addressing any issues that I presented made this an experience worthy of sharing. I have already scheduled my 2022 visit with Ms Sheila. By the way my daughter and granddaughter got eye exams and were fitted for glasses. They too are quite excited and satisfied with their SEE experience. And I say thanks to Ms Brandy who works at SEE also, whenever Ms Sheila wasn’t available she stepped in and the quality of service was continuous.

I really want to give them a good review but something always comes up to ruin it.I went into the Georgetown location a couple of months ago aiming to get a new pair of glasses as my last 2 pairs from See were aging (1 broke). I ended up getting two as this was to be my 4th & 5th pair so I was excited to finally get my free pair! (This was verified by staff during my visit)The doctor who did my exam was fantastic and I really enjoyed my visit. Fast forward a few weeks & I came by with my daughter to pick up my glasses... again a great experience. I am told I will hear about my free glasses 30 days or so after this visit.Weeks go by... nothing. I called a coupe of times and am told I need to keep waiting. I called again & this time, the employee checks my purchases and it turned out my 1st pair was before the loyalty program started. As you can imagine I was quite surprised as the whole point of buying 2 pairs was around the premise of hitting the 5 pair goal. They said there was nothing they could do & I ended up reaching out to See because this was a feel bad. NO RESPONSE.There is no middle ground with this company... either it is great or just terrible. (this is not the only time it has been a major fail & yet I come back....)

Buying my glasses at SEE was a wonderful experience. Jasmine helped me pick out a great frame that went well with my face and prescription. I received my glasses yesterday and was very happy. I have a high prescription and was very satisfied with the results. You can barely see my lens in the photo. Their lab is great for high prescription and they were able to add nose pieces. It was a great experience. I can’t recommend SEE and Jasmine enough.

Staff need to treat customers nicely, not like theyre in line at a deli counter. Heaven help you if you dont have an appointment because no one here even wants to hear a peep from you. No soup for you!

I’ve had a few great experiences and one poor experience with this SEE location. The two frames + lenses I’ve gotten from here were excellent quality. Overall though, expensive even with insurance and hard to park near the store.

See Glasses 🤓 I got to See glasses at 10:30 in the morning, I decided to wait till they opened up at 11:am 11:15 the door still weren’t open so when I called the attendance said you need an appointment Sunday to Wednesday no walk-ins can you believe this 3 people also waiting and walked away I was to buy two pair glasses for my wife and I. Lol there glasses your selling diamonds.

We bought prescription glasses for my mom at this SEE store in Georgetown. That was such a great experience. Store manager Brandii was very helpful, professional, and extremely nice. The frame is so fancy, light, and comfortable. Mom is happy with her new glasses and well differently buy the next one at this store, hopefully with Brandiis help. If you are looking for a beautiful comfortable glasses you have to go to this SEE store

I called from Hampton Roads looking for See 2628 for my friend. I spoke with Ali, who was working with a customer and said she would have to call me back. Once Ali called back she informed me that her location did not have the frame but she would text me other frames that were similar (from her personal phone). They had the frame but not in the color he wanted. I went over the frames Ali sent with my friend and he didnt want those he wanted the 2628.I texted Ali and asked if she could check other locations to possibly see if someone had the frame. Ali called and said out of the four locations that showed inventory she could only find one pair in St. Louis. Ali had the hold the pair for us until the end of business.We purchased the frames and we received them within 3 business days.Ali worked with me all day regarding these frames and I greatly appreciate her time and effort. If anyone deserves an award it is her. She was pleasant each time we spoke and really went above and beyond for us.

Other See places Ive been to they are always willing and happy to help me with my glasses, making them not crooked. The lady at this one maybe it wasnt her day but she had no interest- she wanted to swat me away like a fly. Then when she did actually help me Im surprised she didnt throw them on the ground.

I love the glasses at See, and the people who help customers are fabulous. But the current doctor is the worst Ive ever encountered. I went for an exam because See offered a special. He did a cursory exam (maybe 4 slides) and wrote a much weaker prescription than my previous contacts. He gave me a trial pair and I simply could not see, either distance or close-up (even with readers). I called him and he told me to wear just one lens. That obviously was not a solution so I returned. He did not give me another exam, nor was I offered one. He added a bifocal to the prescription and gave me another trial pair. That one too was not sufficient (I was just wearing glasses through all of this). I returned again and asked for the prescription of my previous contacts. I received a trial pair and again, no exam. That pair was close enough (perfect in one eye, less than perfect in the other), and when I called to ask for that prescription, the woman who answered said it should be perfect in both eyes and told me to come in. When the doctor saw me, he refused to even discuss it. He basically berated me for not accepting his first (wrong) prescription and told me I am free to get a second opinion. No, I paid him and he should have made it right.

We always get great customer service and satisfaction when we visit this location. Sheila is absolutely the best! We always ask for Sheila when we go, but the entire staff are great, warm, and welcoming. Knowledgeable and professional at each encounter.

I love the glasses I got at SEE! I got sick of WP glasses. SEE has an amazing selection of eclectic frames in a variety of materials and shapes. The staff is awesome and fun and they helped me pick a really fresh pair of specs. Note that they don’t operate at WP speed, and the fine print is no refunds. Overall, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience shopping for glasses for my wife. Everyone who worked in the shop was super friendly and attentive, and most importantly, patient. Great selection of very unique frames that dont look like every frame available at the mall.Needless to say, we purchased a pair for her and will be coming back for sunglasses.

Dr. Scranton and his staff at See eyewear are so wonderful to work with. Dr. Scranton is the best eye Dr. Ive ever seen and the only one who has ever been able to get my prescription right every single time. He is so gracious and pleasant and super knowledgable and skilled. Its always such a pleasure to see him and I especially like this new space. See Eyewear is very stylish, fun, reasonably priced, as well as efficient. While you get the perfect amount of time you need with the doctor, your check in and check out process by the expert staff members is expedient and thorough. Im so pleased with this experience and have already referred friends and family members.

I had to go 3 times for a right prescription. The third time the doctor was utterly rude. Additionally she issued an order for contacts with astigmatism that was significantly more expensive than if she hadnt. As time has gone by I have ordered lenses without the need for that special angle she argued and has been much more affordable. Having the opportunity to discuss that with me would have been better. As I know she disliked me I honestly feel that she issued that so Id pay more, all reasons why I think she was unethical.

The first time i was there, a very nice guy helped me out. the second time, i had a someone else. it took more than 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready and i never received a call from anyone. the service was horrible.. never again.

Awful awful experience. They couldnt get the prescription right and I end up spending more than 1300 dollars with two non functional glasses and they refused to fix them. Their staff is very unreliable. They forgot to offer me to keep the old lenses, which could have saved me 500 dollars. It has been like 4 months never end nightmare . If you just want get some for fashion, go there, but dont expect they will get perfect comfortable fit.

I only purchase eyewear from SEE. Brandii Tyndle is my to go to person. I recently purchase a pair of Aviator Sunglasses and Brandii assisted me with tint, progressive lenses and fitting. The sunglasses came out awesome. If you go to SEE Eyewear please request Brandii, she will make sure youre take care of...

SEE will cause you numerous headaches due to careless mistakes. They have ordered me the wrong contacts, promised to deliver the replacements directly to me, and then back-tracked, making me pick them up in store. They have also provided me a prescription for glasses over contacts that turned out to be a prescription for glasses only.

Had a good experience on my visit but it has been a horrible experience since. I was told my trial pair of contacts would be there within 4 days. I never received a call from anyone notifying me that there would be a delay. I called and was told a shipment would be in the next day but I dont think she looked up my name in their system. Two days later I hadnt heard anything. I call back and was informed it will be 3-4 weeks for my trial pair of contacts to arrive because astigmatism contacts take weeks to make?! I honestly think they just forgot to order them and this was their best excuse. I would highly suggest going somewhere else and save yourself some time.

Well selected frames are beautifully displayed with good lighting and superb assistance by the staff. Brandii Tyndle. the store manager, has a welcoming smile and is remarkably skilled in matching facial structure. personal style and purpose with available frames. She is professional, aesthetically and artistically talented.Although the shop appears to be very upscale, the prices are quite affordable. As a result of this very positive experience, I have since returned for a three more pairs of glasses, including prescription sunglasses. I am delight to have discovered See Eyewear!

The worst, looks very sketchy at the beginning , indeed the worst after you had your service. I gave them my insurance card and they had all my information, but they forgot or put the wrong information in the system, so they can’t my insurance information and sent the claim to me! I spend 4 hrs calling the provider, the vision insurance company and the Aetna company. Be careful, don’t waste time!!!

Worst eye store in DC. Placed an order and was promised to have them in 7 business days and then never received them. Called multiple times for an order update and each time the employees just kept pushing back the arrival date. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The frames are amazing, so many choices to choose from. The frames are costly and the staff doesnt assist with the low end pricing of frames at least not Ms . S !!!!
