Very well run place. The staff is friendly and efficient. Food is absolutely delicious and freshly made. Coffee is hot. The restaurant is very clean and its easy to see why. The staff never seems to have an idle moment. If there are not customers in front of them they are cleaning, straightening, or refilling. Bathrooms clean and internet available. Very convenient from metro.

This is such a cute nice coffee shop. Everything is fresh, made during the day, and organic. Pastries are always warm, and they contribute to feed the hungry.

No WiFi. Must be a DC theme. Not all food is out at open. Interesting since I observed the district manager there meeting with the store manager. They also say ‘Good Morning’ rather aggressively.

A comfortable coffee place you can tuck yourself into a corner at. Great for working with a laptop. I often drop by and grab the quinoa breakfast bowls (gluten free) and am never disappointed. The rest of their grab-and-go food always looks fresh and delicious. If you become a frequent customer, check out their app too! They have better deals and coupons than most other coffee shops around.

Pret has many things to offer but here are few things Im going highlight:All stores Ive been to are consistent, all their coffee, food and pastries taste and look same and thats awesome.Nothing beats their brioche breakfast sandwiches, or Prets yogurt. Their croissants are the best Ive ever tried, easily better than Pauls or what any other similar bakery has to offer.Coffees are strong but taste bold and amazing. Wakes you up and gives you that boost you need in the morning.Location is great and staff is helpful. Thanks guys!

Nice little bistro shop. Well lit atmosphere and ample amount of seating. There is Wifi, didnt see a outlets during my visit. Food is expensive, but worth it if you are hungry. $12 for a fresh tomato cheese sandwich and a veg/fruit juice.. yeah.. I was really hungry.

I waited almost 10 minutes to try and process/place my order. There was 1 patron in front of me and 3 or 4 employees with a handful of customers seated.I selected 3 items from the case and was going to order a coffee when a gentleman stepped in front of me.He took several minutes to place his order and pay. The cashier then went to make his order. Another employee started approaching as if to process my order but instead began talking to the same customer awaiting his coffee. A 3rd employee walked behind the counter and kept going without addressing me and a 4th was loitering around the tables.I was clearly ready to order/pay with my credit card out...I waited a couple more minutes.Then I gave up and walked out.

Absolutely love this place!!!!! It’s organic, good quality and absolutely delicious! The ham and cheese sandwich is simple and sooo good. I don’t live in town so I bought a couple extra sandwiches because it’s my fave. Also, the staff were very kind and helpful.

Service was pretty good and the coffee is all organic so I stop here a lot for quick snacks to get me started in the morning with fresh pastries and drinks. If you ask for fresh coffee if the pot is empty they are fast in refilling it and so professional when they help with this when you are in a mad rush to go to a meeting on time. This place is pretty awesome.

Needed a good healthy meal inexpensively at 7:30 on a Saturday night. No car, staying at nearby hotel. This was it. Nice hit soup and flavorful salad. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Clean, well lit. Thank you!

Good coffee and great baked goods. I love the pastries, but they can get dry later in the day because they are kept warm under the counter. I imagine if Id said something they may have given me a different one. Staff is always very friendly, thats not so common in DC.

Good food made same day. I had the ham and swiss baguette and it was delicious. Even better was the raspberry lemonade. I will be visiting this restaurant every time I come to Washington, DC.

Friendly and fast staff, otherwise its a typical pret location with decent seating options. Pret has a great business model, so Ill always support them. They make food fresh every day and donate their leftovers at the end of the day. Food is always straightforward, but anything other than drip coffee is not worth it for coffee.

A particularly great Pret A Manger store. I am a fan of all Pret shops but this store is a cut above the rest. Always find a table for a quick meeting, coffee and lunch. Clean tables and short lines are an indication of good management and staff.

The employees are rude I went to use the bathroom the lady gave me attitude for simply asking where it was located. First and last visit to this location from the comments they treat those who appear my privileged as the only people deserving respect.

Its ok...if you like spending a fortune for a sammich (really just a snack).

I love Pret but currently really annoyed because of inaccurate info on both Google and the store website. Just walked 20 mins out of my way to grab a quick bite from this location and the store was closed before 9:30p. The website says its open til 10p. I would be a lot less frustrated if I didnt have so much ish that I could have been doing instead!

Great food available quickly at reasonable prices

Meh sandwiches in a clean, well lit setting. The nice thing about Pret A Manger is the lack of guilt when eating here. Their fare is largely healthy and fresh. Taste is meh and so is probably size.

Still a chain, but very nice. Either here or eatsa are my new stops before work. Open early-ish, too. Nice coffee, foods, fresh fruits... all you need!

Big fan of pret for a quick lunch during the work week. Their gazpacho is really delicious, as are every salad and sandwich Ive tried there. The salads especially are very well-balanced from a nutrition perspective--the smoked salmon with avocado and quinoa is a favorite of mine. I also recommend the smaller pots with quinoa, eggs, etc. Great dose of protein for vegetarians!
