Nice little store. Feels a bit like a mall in miniature. A nice to have in a small town.

Their jewelry was 75 percent off and I bought my wife a beautiful diamond ring, all and all,I would say its a great place to shop.

They sent me a 15.00 coupon for my birthday!

I have never had such a horrible experience in any other JCPenney location. The staff was rude from the time I walked into the door. So rude that I did not buy anything. JC Penny has seen its better days. To have staff working for you like that its surprising you have any business at all! I wil be going further up with my complaint.

They have clothes and fryers. Incredible, except they dont serve food. Lost big points on that one

Very clean and helpful employees

Men, especially Big & Tall Men are not welcomed.I tried to get someone to answer the phone in the Mens Dept. twice it took a third call to the operator to get someone to answer.Why did I call? I am a big & tall guy and this store allegedly advertises that it has a Big & Tall section..... Their Big & Tall Selection goes up to 2xl!!That is not even remotely a Big & Tall selection.When I have been there the ladies have treated me like an outcast and actually seemed disturbed by my presents.It is a shame because i used to really like JC Penney.

Fast, friendly, polite, and efficient service at the customer service desk to complete the exchange at the Washington, MO store. The store was well stocked with new items and lots of sales.

I had to have three dresses for a three 11 year old girls. Do you know how hard it is to find a dress? JCPenney had the best selection by far. I am happy with the selection. However I am not so sure the styles that are available in this day and age are that special. There seems to be a lack of style and color and pattern in the dress designs they have today. Also what happened to a simple dress? This is not JCPenneys fault. They buy what they can and this just happens to be the style for now. It seems retro 60s. I did manage to find something that would work.

Their name brand clothes shrink, as for Nike

I had a really great experience with the Washington, MO store, but the online experience is another issue. The website has good deals, but there lacks an abundance of reviews and details on products due to the heavy security of the online “police.” Penney’s moderates posts, and after my own experience on a very detailed post about Frozen dolls, it was rejected. Beware of censorship when it comes to leaving reviews on their website!!!!

Great end of season sales. Quite a few empty shelves, but hopefully due to end of holiday purge. Customer service was fast and courteous.

I can get things here I cant get anywhere else. They have a halfway decent plus size selection, though it is still small in relation to the regular sizes they offer. I like the fit and style.

JC Penney at Christmas is great. The sales are good and selection is too. They also have big and tall menswear. Sometimes they seem under staffed. Overall impression is good shopping.

Great sales on clothes when discounted, their buyers need to shop better for the customer..staff is usually great . Only complaint I have is the tall and skinny stuff u need to order, but xxxxxxxl to large is in stock. # check the shoes in the box b4 you leave store, drive 50 miles round trip twice, why you ask, box contain two left shoes. Go ahead laugh I did as so many others did.

They store is great and l love their clothes. But the employee you hired that are new are very rude and don’t give a person respect the young people you hired and all they want is a paycheck. But your employer that have been there a long time are very helpful and very friendly and respectful.

I love this store an all the sales. The salon though is different the last two times I have been for my foils they have turned my hair brass gold. So I wont be going back to the salon.

I was looking for an item and a sales associate asked me if I needed help. She was kind and very helpful. When we found that the size I was looking for was not in stock, she promptly offered to order what I needed. She did so quickly and efficiently. The sales associate made my shopping experience pleasant even though what needed was not in stock.

Always have a coupon. If you dont have one, pull one up on your phone while youre there. Never pay retail for their store brands, discounts are out there.

First of all, I remember JCP being an upper class place but when I was there today most of the workers were dressed like they were working at a fast food joint. Second, I wanted to buy a watch that was 75.00 and at the last minute I noticed a large scratch on the back of it. I started to ask if they would knock some off because of it. Before I could get the entire sentence out she interrupted me and said they wont knock any off, they will send it back first... I kindly said OK and left. Maybe this kind of stuff is why they are are going under.

Smaller store with a more limited variety. I went in looking for a pair of blue slacks. The styles were mostly active wear. Not bad if looking for casual clothing.

Tryed to exchange 4 pair of jeans,1st girl said go find 4 more pair in right size at 11:45 am. I go get the 4 pair, took 10 minute to get back to returns, go back to returns and was help by a young man who did not what to do.. he tryed 2 times to exchange them, got 4 ticket to return jean in store that said orange on both Was trying a 3rd time when he called for help.. she came over fixed the 2 returns and said I could NOT EXCHANGE THEM REALLY RUDELY AFTER I WAS TOLD I COULD! Told to put back on my card. I LOST my taxs free weekend and my coupons over this.. I am MAD.. VERY MAD.. I was there 1 hour trying to even exchange 4 pair of jeans.. should have been easy.. left with a head ache and did not exchange jeans for my son.. they must not need sales in that store. Upset and MAD

Clean store with a lot of space. Selection seems a little low but the virus might have caused this. The hours seem a little odd not opening till 11am but might also be due to the virus.

Great store, but I wish that they carried extended sizes. I used to love getting clothes here but they stopped carrying extended sizes. Also, they are PRICY!

My six-year-old daughter and I set out to go shopping, we stopped at JCPenneys first. We didnt make it to Kohls,Maurices, or Rue 21. We got all of the clothes we were looking for there. I didnt want to charge it to a credit card and I didnt want to get a JCPenney credit card so the consultant that checked me out told me to get on the JC Penny website and she scanned a coupon off of my phone. How nice!
