I came to the dealership to get my oil changed upon arriving at the dealership I was informed that there was a 2 hour wait. The service department said that I could return home and come back later. I told them that I lived 25 miles away so that wasnt an option. I then told them that I had a few errands to take care of in Washington that I will leave the car if the dealership provided a loaner vehicle. I was then informed no loaner vehicle was available but was promised a loaner vehicle at the time of purchase anytime that I was in for service. So I was then informed to go take care of my errands and return in a couple hours and they would preform my service. I returned around noon and was then informed that there was not a tech available to do the oil change. So I still had to wait almost two more hours for an oil change. Here is the kicker I had a car full of groceries imagine that!!!

Overall, a really wonderful place filled with knowledgeable and eager to help staff.We purchased a vehicle from them, and Ben was by far the most helpful car salesman that Ive ever encountered. We werent buying a Chevy, but he did his due diligence and showed us through all of the features that he had been previously unfamiliar with.Ben is a really great salesman who isnt just trying to make a couple bucks from you, he wants you to be happy in your new ride.All of the people who work there listen to take extreme pride in their work and workplace.A really top-notch group.

I had called 12 Chevrolet dealerships trying to find a 2022 trailblazer to test drive because I knew if I liked it, I would buy it. I spoke with Scott Held and not only was there one to drive but he scheduled the time to test drive the same day! When I snag came up in my schedule, Scott even helped to push the appointment time back. Scott was extremely personable and wasn’t pushing when it came to buying a car. He answered all my questions and was just genuinely nice to work with. I was also by myself at this appointment and I never felt like I HAD to purchase the car. Scott did all the paperwork and took the time to explain every part of the paperwork to me. Washington Chevrolet was so nice and I’d definitely do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I went in September to purchase a 2021 Chevy Silverado, ordered it and said it was in transit. I waited and waited and still had no vehicle so I contacted them at the dealership and they said that it was still in transit so they finally found me a different truck in October and I accepted it. during signing they told me that one of the promotions had ended and I lost $500 as if it was my fault that they couldn’t get the truck in so I ended up having to pay more monthly and that’s just not OK, it’s not my fault that you couldn’t get the truck in when I put a down payment on it in September. I then ordered parts for my truck which was a Illuminated bow tie emblem, wheel well liners and a tonneau cover. I knew that they were busy up there so It took a couple weeks to get it in which was fine but when it went in they didn’t clean the wheel wells out on my truck and just put the new liners in right over top of the dirt and grime. I did the tonneau cover myself to save them some time thinking “OK it’s factory install and I’ve done one before” but it wouldn’t lineup right so they charged me five dollars to look at it and said all was good even though it wasn’t even tighten down is if they didn’t even look at it. I’m so disappointed with the services that I got and this is the fourth vehicle we have bought from this place. Needless to say we will no longer be using this facility. Very Disappointing experience.

I showed up for my 9:30am appointment a little early, I never want to be late. At 10:30am my car was still sitting outside. I went to the service desk and was told I was next, Grant it the appointment was for 9:30am. So one hour past the appointment time and I had to go and inquire why my car was still outside. I have faithfully used Washington Chevrolet for service and inspection and never had such a bad experience!

Everyone I encountered asked me if I was being helped or if I needed anything even though I was just killing time in the showroom. I have been in dealerships were the sales people just look at you and I have said loudly anyone sell cars here. Service was also very easy to work with, polite and accommodating. Excellent experience and I told my wife so when I got home.

My car was getting serviced for a check engine light. Upon my arrival, it was as if Jenna was waiting for me to arrive. She had no problem finding my work order and getting one of the crew members ready to take my car in. I figured i was in for a long wait, so I packed a lunch and a book to read. To my suprise, the mechanics had my problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I have never experienced such professionalism as I did at Washington Chevrolet. I just wish I had remembered my lunch in the car... whew...a little ripe the next morning... 😆

Been taking my vehicle there for service since I got it. Last oil change everything was fine. Multipoint inspection is supposed to be done and service manager stated that ball joints are not checked. The whole point of taking it to a Chevy garage is for that piece of mind that they are going to look at the wear and tear items to let you know if they see anything that concerns them. But according to the service manager that is not something that is checked. Now that I have to get my inspection done they are bad and it’s $760. Now they have me by the throat because if I don’t pay for this repair I don’t get my inspection. Very shady business practices. They have lost my business and will not go back. Being in the market for a new Tahoe they have lost that opportunity as well. Side note. I took it to another dealership and ask them to specifically check the lower ball joints. Guess what not something they would fail for and inspection not “out of tolerance”. I’m not the guy that’s gonna take trying to be taken advantage of and I feel sorry for the customers that trust this garage that don’t know any better.

I had my car there in collision . I needed other service done like oil change and the under coating and ask if I could have every thing while they had my car there.. Matt said he didnt see a problem sense the car here for 2 or so days.Heather called a day later to inform me that could not or would not be able to do the under coating at the time my car was there and told me that the oil change would be done at least by 10am the next day and I could pick up my car . I got there 130pm my car was not ready yet another 20 min or so they just got it in for the oil change... Happy with the service I got but not with the wait or having to drop my car off a different day....

John overheard me asking Ben about one and mentioned to him if he knew a Redline just got offloaded. Took my vehicle in for 3 items. Oil Change, State Inspection and to have the automatic running boards fixed (should be covered under extended warranty). They also found a leaking oil line and a leaking transmission oil line that had to be repaired under extended warranty, and I was told the extended warranty had to verify the repairs due to the cost, so it took a few additional days due to this, I was fine with this extra time. When we got a call Monday morning that it was ready, I went to pick it up, paid the bill (which seemed a little low for an oil change and inspection). All items that I expected to be covered by warranty were covered. Upon returning to my vehicle, I inspected the bill to discover that the oil had not been changed, or at least I had not been charged for it. I had to go back in and ask about it, and I was told they didnt change the oil. So I had to wait about an hour while they changed the oil. Pretty frustrating when they had the vehicle for 5 working days and couldnt remember to change the oil. The new service advisor that I spoke with on Monday apologized for the mishap, but didnt offer any discount. For that kind of a mix up, I expected an Im sorry, can we give you a complimentary oil change for your having to wait, but nope, I was charged full price. I also received a text from Anthony, my original service tech asking about my service experience, which I responded about the oil change not being done. I expected to at least get a response, but nope, not even a response from him. Very disappointed, that you take multiple avenues to find out about my experience, but make no effort to follow up to resolve the situation. The only bright spot was that I did not have to argue to get the warranty items covered, as I have had to in the past with Washington Chevrolet. This is just the latest in a series of disappointing service experiences with Washington Chevrolet.

He had all the information ready for me all I had to do was call and get approved. Once we were approved he took off! We got everything we wanted and more. Had an ongoing issue that resulted in my engine blowing. Thankfully, because of the warranty I purchased when buying the car (at Wash Chev), nearly all of the costs were covered, including a rental car. I wanted to give a shoutout to Steve in the service department for calling me nearly daily with updates and taking the time to explain what they were doing in a way I could understand. The turnaround was relatively quick and very low-stress for a repair that intensive.

Washington Chevy service department has told me that I am not welcome to return and to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the needed repairs done. What a classy move. As a long time loyal customer this is how I am treated. I would advise not buying a vehicle or using their service department. Absolutely disregard people and dont even try to be professional. Wonderful Service Department.Ruth is a top notch service advisor.They took care of my oil change and a few recalls in a timely fashion.I am only 5 minutes from Sun Chevrolet but choose to drive 30 minutes to have all of my vehicles serviced there. That should say something about both...One observation though.I was stunned to see such a depleted new vehicle inventory.Wow!

This service started months ago when I received a recall notice. I scheduled the recall which required replacing a fuse on my Bolt. When I arrived for the replacement I was told they didnt have the part in stock. I did not understand that because the recall required replacing the part. They should not have scheduled my visit until they had the part in hand. So then I came back for the second visit and they replaced the fuse, but in the process they damaged the rear passenger seat belt latch. I did not discover it until much later when my daughter sat in the back seat and could not find the latch. I discovered that when they replaced the rear bench seat (after replacing the fuse) they failed to feed the latch back up through the seat opening and in the process damaged the latch. So I then made a third appointment to have the latch replaced. They replaced the latch but left dirty greasy fingerprints on the seat of a car that was only about 1 year old. Three appointments when it should have been only one and in the two that your technicians actually performed the work they did a very poor job. I have been an aircraft technician for over 40 years so I know how work should be performed, and the work the your technicians performed were not up to even a non-dealer standard. I expected better. In all the work that I have had performed on all the cars I have owned, both by dealers and non-dealers, this experience was the worst in 50 years of owning vehicles. Unless absolutely necessary I will never use your dealership, and if I am forced to do so I will inspect the work performed.

Mr. Scott Held by far is the best sales person I have worked with, I left the dealership happy and was satisfied. He listened to me and helped me find something that was good for me. He was not pushy and was still sure to guide me in the direction that was right for my budget. He is personable and I was lucky my Dad shared his contact with me.
