I just had the most incredible experience here!! My new IPhone screen was frozen; dreaded going to Apple store 2 hours away. I stopped into this Verizon store…. Tanner had my phone working in less than 1 minute!!! He showed me what to do if it happens again. Even tho I live in Charlotte, this will be my go to store. Thank you Tanner

I had a fractured iPhone and went to the Verizon store closest to me at the time (Washington, NC) and found Jermaine there; I can’t tell you how lucky I was, Jermaine was friendly, knowledgeable and his customer service was on point! I walked out of that store with a couple of happy up-sales and great feeling of having been taken care of in a professional and friendly manner - not always easy to find these days. Thank you Jermaine!!!

Awfull! They messed up our phone purchase and want us to come back for an hour to redo the purchase so it shows it was sold in their inventory. When I told them I was not going to spend an hour doung this the salesman raised his voice at me and spoke over me for about 2 minutes straight till I hung up the phone. I have a business account with Verizon and have another 40 phones for my stores. I can’t believe they would treat a customer so shabbily.

The sales rep was great to speak with, I lost a lot of files after I purchased a new phone and the phone i purchased I would not recommend to anyone. Once able I plan to purchase a different Verizon phone from somewhere

I cannot say enough about the staff at Verizons store in Washington, NC...I got my new phone yesterday, complete with a screamingly good monthly payment plan AND a credit for my old phone... and when I had tech issues trying to set it up (because I am totally NOT a techie!), I got very patient instructions this afternoon, plus assistance that I could not have done without AND another trade-in credit for an even older Verizon phone than the one I brought in yesterday! The staff is polite, endlessly patient, and so very smart! Definitely not going anywhere else for cell phone plans or customer service!

I recently went in to switch carriers due to having NO service at work. I was blessed with the phenomenal help of a lady named Krystal who not only helped me with getting a new iPhone; case; and nice screen protector and put it all on for me but she went the extra mile to make sure Verizon services would be a good fit for me in the areas I’m at most (work and home) she explained the cell service and how Verizon has numerous of towers that their customers bounce off of and gave helpful tips for my new phone. Krystal went as far as giving me a personal contact info to update her on my liking of the services or if I had any issues. Sprint nor at&t could NEVER top the experience I had at Verizon !! I was greeted with smiles and welcomed by Krystal. I went in frustrated and left happy !!!! I fully commit to VW and I sent family and friends as well as co workers to this location !! Request Ms. Krystal for all your problems ; good or bad ! If by chance the manager sees this - Clone Ms. Krystal !! Pat yourself on the back for hiring her !! Outstanding customer service !!!!!!!!! Abe has been our go to person in the WashingtonNC store for a number of years. He works with us to ensure that we have the phone and the plan that are the best fit for us. Then he patiently explains the features that will be most helpful to us. My husband and I are not tech savvy, so it takes time and repetition, but he never rushes us. And he is available to help us with questions after a purchase. We appreciate the excellent service from Abe and the other sales professionals (Judy has recently also been most helpful) at the Washington sales center.

Very polite, but I bought a phone and I am still waiting on my icloud to be released because I did not know my password. Apple said I should have been asked security questions that I was not asked. I have to carry both of my phones around until the end of October...Ugh

The man was very helpful. I left upset. My Bill does not stop. I have made two trips to Verizon for this problem. Now I have to wait even longer. I am very, extremely disatisfied. I will be without my device for a another week or so. Verizon does not wait.

For a while, I had thought about switching my services elsewhere because I had gotten discouraged about talking to someone about any problem I had with my account. It was hard to get through to someone at Verizon when I called. I just was tired of the run around.I had went to the Verizon store in Washington, NC, on Friday, 10/04/19, to inquire about getting my daughters phone fixed. My daughter and I talked to the representative Crystal. She told us about our options and also told us about the promotions that Verizon had to offer.I was just going to get my daughters phone fixed abd because Crystal was so thorough, and vecause sge was so patient, I ended up getting four new phones that night.Then I came back the next day to inquire about adding another line to my account for my son. Crystal was working. She acknowledged me as soon as we walked in the door. That right there was a plus for me because she remembered my name abd my family. She was very thorough with my family. Bevause of her patience, abd her being so nice and knew what sge was talking about all while training another sale associate name Shannon, I added another line on my account and purchased my son another phone. She was able to port his number and we got cases and protection glasses for all phones.I just want to take this time and say thank you to Crystal. Friday was the first day my family and I met her and it was just like we had been knowing each other for a long time. She made us feel like a part of the Verizon family. She even assured me that if I had any questions or didnt understand, she gave me her schedule and said that I can call her anytime abd sge would be glsd to help me!! She not only gave me great advice but she also looked out for my wallet. Add to that her lovely personality and whit made for a great purchasing experience. What can I say.....Jermaine was fantastic the best service I have ever had!!!! I was having a problem with my phone I tried everything called everyone no help meet Jermaine he cared so much he got my situation resolved and got me a new phone im so happy now I will definitely come back to him. I have to physically cut off the wf when I leave the house and cut back on when I enter or the phone will not work in either place if not done properly. If I could give zero stars I would I came in here with my aunt and cousin to get new lines of service while my aunt was looking for her id the male working tired all the way around and stared at us looking at cases and phones like we were gonna steal them then he signaled to the blond lady supposed to be helping my aunt to watch us also. Before she even found her id I told her we would try somewhere else you don’t treat people like that. They are very very rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone here honestly

I came into the store on Nov. 4th. I was switching my number to a phone that was my sons and on a different carrier.I was lucky enough to have Steve Inman assisting me. He had some difficulties programming the phone, he called and worked on this phone until he exhausted all his options. The cooporate store I went to on Saturday looked at it and just wanted me to trade it and get a credit. I wanted to keep the phone for sentimental reasons, and now i can. Thank you Steve for not giving up! The phone works perfectly

Senior representatives have been very helpful while some of the newer staff struggle a bit. Overall, it is a helpful place that services Verizon based cellular needs.

They get 1 star because it wont let me do 0. First of all I am being billed 1600 (latest bill was sent Aug 1st) for having service for 1 day 4 months ago. I call the 800 number they say they have received a credit for 800 but dont see both phones returned. Now keep in mind i returned the phone to the same sales person who sold it to me and the manager. no other customers in the store at the time i returned it. Today I am on the phone for over an hr with the call center great guy doing everything he can to help. Calls the store for 15mins finally brings them on with me. Guy at the store says I dont time for this. I explain to him it is their mistake he says bring my id to the store and hangs up. Call center tech said thats the same thing they do to him 3 times. If I am ever forced to do business with them again better bet the Washington store will never get my buisness. I have now wasted over 8 hrs dealing with this and all because the coverage map is wrong it does not have service in half the places they claim. Please pray for me because I may have to go into this store to get this resolved those guys do not want to see me.
