Just had our new hardwood floors installed by Washington Flooring. What a awesome job! The process from beginning (purchase) to end (install) was great. Washington Flooring I want to give a shout out to Josh and Zack for the beautiful job they did installing our new vinyl floor. These guys are hardworking, friendly, and do excellent work. Whenever we need new carpeting or vinyl flooring we always go to Washington Flooring. Cody and Dave are always willing to help you with whatever you need. Thank you so much guys! The vinyl floor in these pictures look brown, actually it is black and grey. The walls will be painted next. When that is done, we will put up the curtains and last we will buy new furniture.

We checked a number of companies, and Washington Flooring gave us the best pricing. David came to our house and did very accurate measurements. Two men carried 48 sheets of plywood and 48 cases into my house, covering a number of flights of steps on the way. The installers were incredibly hard working and efficient. They did great work, and cleaned up after the job. A great experience.

Just had our floors done by Washington Flooring. What a spectacular job! The installers were so courteous, friendly and professional and meticulous. We were all home the entire three days and the guys did a great job working around us in a major traffic area (two young kids/three dogs/two parents working from home). They followed all the COVID precautions the entire time. I cant wait to start another flooring project soon. Great job!!

Great customer service and quality of work!We needed to replace carpet destroyed by our rescue dog during the house training process. After months of unsuccessful carpet shampoos, we decided we needed to replace the carpet asap.Dave responded immediately, and I was able to get my estimate (free estimate, at your home) and pick a floor choice (appointment only, at the showroom) within a week of contacting him. He was very informative and addressed all of my concerns. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Dave was upfront about costs and the best options for pet owners (liquids and scratches).Day of installation, the guys arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They worked super fast but were not rushing. They did a great job. The floor looks fantastic and we couldnt be happier. We will definitely use them as we continue to replace flooring throughout the house.

Amazing work, very professional, and accommodated a quick time frame when we needed new carpet before listing our home for sale. They were available way sooner than the local Big Box home improvement places (immediate vs. waiting a month for a quote). From the quote/measurement visit to the showroom to the install, a great and FAST experience. The installers who came to our home were wonderful with answering questions, working efficiently, letting our kids help move things around, and making sure the new carpet was installed flawlessly. Wish we had done it sooner! Highly recommend!

Washington Flooring get a highly recommend from me. In my view, the process of selecting & installing new flooring for the home is not a glamorous task to get started on, but my wife and I received a recommendation for Washington Flooring, so we started there. Cody gave us some great ideas when he came to the house to do an estimate and when we made the final selection at the store, it was all very easy. No pressure to close the deal, no pressure to sell us something we did not need - he simply listened to what we wanted and made his recommendations. Prices come bundled with all services, so you do not need to be worried about extra line items or charges on the final invoice - which is something I really appreciate. I need to mention the installers - they were really top notch, experienced craftsmen - and I think this fact is very important if you are considering Home Depot / Lowes / etc - who will farm out the work to any available resource. The team that did our install worked very hard and they report to Cody. You can tell that they are knowledgeable and are skilled in what they do. Those guys get an A+ in my book., Enough said. Lastly, the quality of the carpet is really nice! So, what I initially thought to be just new carpet , really did turn out to be something great for the home. Looks and feels...well...glamorous!

This is the 4th time in the past 25 years or so that weve used Washington Flooring for our various flooring needs and there is a very simple reason we keep going back...they are reasonably priced and do excellent work. From the first visit to discuss our options to the completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience. We replaced our entire first floor with all the same flooring and it came out beautifully. Although we thought the demo work would be extremely difficult and time consuming, the crew worked their tails off and completed everything in 1 1/2 days. The next day the installation crew came in and completed the whole job the same day. The quality of work is second to none, you can tell they really care about doing a great job and are very concerned with customer satisfaction. We had an excellent experience from the minute we walked into the showroom. Cody spent over an hour with my wife and I as we considered multiple products and styles providing us with answers to all our questions. We elected to take home several samples. When the flooring was ordered, it was ready for delivery within the week. At the time of installation, the crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, all the while answering more questions from my wife. The work was done in one day and the men made sure to clean up and re-install the appliances that were in the room. We could not be happier with our experience.

I had carpet installed downstairs in my house. They came in and did the job within the time promised for a GREAT price! Dave, the manager, was really helpful and patient in helping me pick out my carpeting. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was quite pleased with the job Washington Flooring did in my home. They were courteous and professional and completed the job ahead of time! I would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. I stopped into their store a little over two weeks ago, just on a scouting mission to find out about options for replacing the pet-destroyed carpet in what is slated to be a childs playroom. I was immediately impressed with the gentleman who was there and answered all my questions. I was able to set up the room measurements and schedule an install with virtually no issues. Today, the three-man crew came in and installed the floor.. They showed up on time, making quick work of tearing out the old subfloor and installing the new one. They preserved the baseboards so I could repaint/reinstall them. Once the new subfloor was in, they put the new laminate in at record speed. Finally, they cleaned up all the little bits, vacuumed the hallway and doorway , and also took away the old flooring and other garbage from their work. From start to finish, the process was just a little under 4 hours for a 150 sq ft room. I love, love, LOVE the new floor and plan to go to them again in the future to begin replacing all the floors in my house.

Cant thank these guys enough!! Had an open hoise on a Sunday, dog ate the stairs on a Friday, new carpets on Saturday! Saved the day! Highly recommend!!

When Im trying to locate products and materials in order to complete a job, price is only one of my considerations. I want my clients to feel that they were taking care of and that they get the best possible deal.One of the things that I noticed, while doing business with Washington Flooring, is their emphasis on providing high quality products for reasonable prices. Keep in mind, that its not that they beat out Home Depot and Lowes on every conceivable product, its that the general quality of their carpets and tile and their customer service did, ever time.If I was looking for a specific kind of tile, theyd most likely have it in stock. The one time they didnt, they had it shipped in for me asap.Ive moved the predominant amount of my flooring supplying over to Washington Flooring, ,from Home Depot, because I know I can expect quality and that theyll have what I need in stock.

I was moving to Clinton, and needed to get the house carpeted before we arrived. Cody and Dave (i think it was Dave), contacted my real estate agent. She was fab too, but thats another story. Cody coordinated with agent. Measured house, overnighted me samples that fit my pre laid out budget. I called the store with a color. They finished the job 4 days later. I had no idea how it would go. I got lucky, and these men are pros. I would use again. But you pretty much did the whole house LOL. Thanks guys.
