Having a flat tire is a bewildering experience! The team at Nzuimanto were great! Initially, their professional website reeled me in. Basically, I needed a close one-stop-shop as I wasnt sure if I damaged the rim of the tire in addition to my flat. Without much late night options, I drove my car on a flat for 38 miles from the Dulles Airport into DC. The team member assured me that they could not only fix the flat tire but repair the rim if it were found to be damaged or replace the rim if it were beyond repair. They fixed my flat after inspecting the rim faster than I had expected. The whole process was smooth and they were very kind, courteous, and professional. The price was cheaper than the previous corner tire repair shop Id been to in a bind. Definitely recommended. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I have had several tires repaired here and it is always a great experience. Their work is high quality and is priced very reasonably. The staff is helpful and accommodating. This is my neighborhood tire place. I stop there anytime I have a tire issue. The workers always add air to my tires without charging me. One day, one of the workers changed my tire. I wanted to give him a tip but he left after his job was finished. I would recommend!!!

Dont be fooled by the slightly run down store with no AC. Its one of those hidden gems. Had a dent in my wheel. Instead of replacing it, they straightened out the wheel. Spun it to make sure it spun true. Saved me almost $200. This place goes on my list of must remember services.

I came to have a tire changed, not only did it take them 2 hours to repair it they damaged my rim and asked me for more money cause of how long it took them to fix it. I called the manager he said he was going to talk to the owner about repairing my rim, never got back to me and then ignored my calls.

This is a nice local tire shop I find that their prices are reasonable and they seem to always be able to help ....now sometimes you have to wait a while but they did save me quite a few dollars this past week on rims because they were able to fix my rims

Place is very busy, hard to find, there is no place to park and nobody cares that you came. Waited about 30 minutes before the guy showed up in the window, asked to provide an estimate for a rim. The guy replied: I will be right out to take a look at it. Waited outside another 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up. Unless you want to waste your time, you should not go there.

Great experience and would highly recommend for tire repairs. I had two tires leaking air due to nails puncturing my tires. They were able to work on my car immediately and I was in and out in less than 30 min. One tire they plugged. The other, after removing the nail, wasnt leaking anymore (strange). They showed me each of the punctures and leaks before doing the repair. Since only one tire needed a repair, they lowered the price for me. $25 to get 2 tires looked at and one plugged. Amazing.

The reviews were good ; and they were right . I showed up at like 4:40 . I left probably at around 5p with a new tire and barely a hole in my wallet . 5/5Edit : the tire sold to me was a brand that even my mechanic hadnt seen before, said it was probably Chinese . About a day after having the new tire (front left of vehicle), I noticed that at speeds ~45mph and higher, my steering wheel and basically entire front of the car was shaking . Brought it to the mechanic soon after to find out that the new tire was terribly unbalanced . Tires shouldnt be like that . So they balanced the tire for me and swapped the tire to tje rear right of my car, and frankly, everythings fine now, but I am worried that the tire will give me trouble down the road and I kind of feel like I wasted, or at least definitely should have spent my money on a recognizable, major brand . Now I know and now you know .Nonetheless, the silver lining here is that Nzuimanto Tires is cheap and fast , esp if you just want a used tire . Or risk getting a cheap, but probably unbalanced tire . AMAZING service. I ordered 20” rims and tires for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They gave me a great package deal price, delivery was fast and installation was flawless and fast. I love Nzuimanto Tires because they make you feel like family, and they really care about your business. More businesses should be like this! I wish there was a Nzuimanto Tires in every state. I’ve recommended them to so many people because this is truly a great business.

You usually expect a neighborhood tire shop to be run by skeptical type of people. Well these guys are just the opposite, very nice people, affordable price, good service.

Had a flat tire, popped on my spare and drove to this place because it was close by. Parked out in front and there was a staff person immediately able to help me. He gave me a quote within a few minutes for a fair price and got started right away. I was in and out under 30 minutes. No one likes getting a flat tire, but this place made it fast and painless and I could quickly return to my day. They sell hubcaps too! Highly recommend!!

Back in the Summer I had a cracked 22” rim and they fixed it perfectly haven’t had a problem with it since. Now it’s winter and I have a different one that’s bent I’m definitely taking it to them. Oh by the way I’m from New Jersey, yes I travel to DC just to go to these guys to fix my Rims because they do the job the right way! HEAVILY RECOMMENDED!!

I am new to DC and needed to find a place where I could get a tired replaced quickly and at a reasonable price. I have to say I was impressed by this little shop. All the staff were kind and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will return here if I need tries in the future.

Would not recommend coming here. Went for a tire swap, all 4, balance. They did not properly mount my tires, resulting in two bead air leaks. But they did not balance my tires correctly either.Came back twice to have the first leak address, thinking it was a puncture. They did not inform me what the leak was and had no idea.When I went to Firestone for an alignment, they were able to properly balance and address what was the cause to my air leaks.

After going to several people to fix the rim on my car, I was looking for a place to buy a new rim for my car and came across Nzuimanto Tires. Dem was very helpful in letting me know he could fix my rim without me having to buy a new one. I had been to 6 other tire shops within 2 days and they all took my money but did not fix the problem. My car is driving perfect 2 days after getting my tire fixed from them. I recommend this place for anybody who is looking for rims and not trying to spend lots of money. The service was good and I wasn’t waiting long.

Professional! No super long wait times. In and out as quick as you need. Good quality used tires. Despite the appearance of a rough neighborhood, the area is pretty quiet and weve never been unsure of our safety while waiting. Fair prices, and great workers!

Great experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the driveway. They knew what I needed immediately from our phone conversation and had already pulled the tires. Nzuimanto was the cheapest option around and were quick and efficient. I plan on returning if I have a need.

My tire kept going flat and I had no idea what was going on with it. I went to several shops and was told that I had a hole in my tire. They took my money and still my tire went flat within the next hour. I was looking for a place to buy a new tire and came across Nzuimanto Tires. Dem was very helpful in letting me know that it wasn’t the tire but my rim and he could fix it. After going to 4 other shops within 2 days, I was frustrated and irritated and I wasn’t sure if he could fix it. My car is driving perfect and my tire has not went flat since he fixed it. The service was great and I didn’t have to wait long. He fixed it on the spot and the prices were superb. If you are looking for a guy who can fix on tires and not gone take your money then I recommend this place.

Their website states opens at 9am; yet, they began at 9:30. There are no posted prices. The waiting room is hotter than outside. The attendant over tightened my lugs and over pressurized my tire. Also there are no warranties on plugs or patches.

Unsure how to rate this place.It took a couple minutes for anyone to appear, and the front door was locked. I almost left when someone came out. I point to the flat tire, and he started jacking up my car. I guess he was confident I was getting the service done.After the tire came off, a different guy came out and asked if I wanted a new or used replacement tire. I wasnt given options, just one price for each of those two.I went inside to pay, and by the time I came out, service was done.I cant tell the quality of the workmanship, or of the tire itself. But I got to work and back just fine.The minimal customer service and lack of options and description is why I knocked one star.

Great place to get tire repairs! I went there on a weekday evening to get a tire plugged because there was a screw in one of my tires. It took about 15-20 minutes for the entire repair. Fast service and great price for a tire plug.

I called in advance because I was in a time crunch and the service person assured me they had the tire and the price I needed which was 45$. When I arrived the service person looked at my flat tire, told me that the tire was fine and its just the rim needs fixing. He charged me 15$ dollars and i paid gratuity (richly earned). I was in and out in 13 minutes. I am not a well read vehicle person, but the customer service was amazing.

Honest and affordable. I came in with a flat tire, and had recently heard from the dealership that the rubber on all four tires was cracked and that they needed to be replaced. I asked the folks at Nzuimanto what they thought, and they told me honestly that the other tires looked fine and only the flat needed to be addressed.When I asked them to fix the flat using an interior patch, they made sure to tell me up front how much that would cost, since it would be a little more than doing an exterior plug (it always costs more, since its more work). I appreciated that they were up front about the extra cost - and, frankly, their quote for the interior patch was as cheap as Ive ever seen.

I had a leak in one of my tires. They took care of it quickly and efficiently, showing me in their work room what they were doing to clean and seal the tire. In and out in less than a half hour, total cost $30. Good stuff.

This place just demonstrates how the rest of the auto world is horrible.  They have dug me out of multiple holes at unpleasant times.It feels natural afterward that youd drive up with a problem, theyd look at it and fix it, and youd leave.  But this is, I think, the only place thats ever happened to me.Ive used them for flats, changes, and just giving me a full-size spare.Overall: A+ review based off of their knowledgeable attendants who consistently resolve customer needs with ease and efficiency

Dem and the staff at Nzuimanto were so helpful and friendly! They made replacing my tire super easy. When they didn’t have what I needed in stock they were able to order it and still replace it for me the same day. I called a different store first: they did not offer to order anything and told me I would have to pick from what they had in stock. Dem even offered to stay open a little late for me since I was coming straight from work and often work late. Awesome service, thank you!!

Best tire place in the DMV

Visiting from out of town and needed 2 tires immediately. Dem was a Gem, not only did he have the tires they worked so efficiently so that I was on the road in less than an hour from arriving by tow. They genuinely care about the customer experience and were very congenial and friendly. Also they were open late which accommodated the 1.5 hour wait on the tow truck. For anyone who needs tires I recommend calling and asking for Dem!!!

I cant remember the young man who help me install the tires, but he was from Dominican Republic, very friendly, professional and went beyond his job by fixing my back tire when he noticed it had a nail inside, thank goodness I did not need a replacement :) and was not charged a extra fee. Got a tire plugged here. Quick service and reasonably priced but they jacked my car in the wrong spot, inflated the tire to 46 lbs (didnt even bother to check the specs), and put it back on with an air wrench instead of a torque wrench. Three strikes and youre out...

This place was wonderful! When I got a nail in my tire, I called to see if they were able to fit me in the next day. The owner picked up and told me no need for an appointment they can take me now. I was In and out in 15 mins, they checked my other pressures and made sure I had no other holes or nails. They didn’t try and talk me into a new tire or other unnecessary things. $25 later and less than 20 mins and I was On my way. This will be my forever tire shop. Thank you!

I came over here after checking two other places for a pair of used tires for my truck. The other places had used tires in real rough shape. I got out the door at Nzui Manto for $100 installed for a couple of Goodyear wrangler ATs in really nice shape. Will come here for all my tire needs in the future.

Fastest patch job on a tire Ive ever had. Finished less than 15 min from when I drove into the parking lot. Friendly, helpful team, and right here in the neighborhood.

Hard working guys

I noticed that my front right tire was in need of being replaced and after calling two other tire shops in DC I connected with Nzuimanto, which is fairly close to my house. Very professional and friendly service upon arrival and within 20 mins they had a good quality used tire in place for $55. They even located a slow leak along the rim of my back tire that a full garage in VA was unable to find. They sealed the rim for $20 and I was off with 4 stable tires for a great price in roughly 30 mins. Great shop!

Great prices, great service. Dont go anywhere else for Tire work. Fast, efficient.

I had my tires mounted and balanced . They over charged me for the valve stems and the tires were out of balance. The car vibrated badly at 70 mph. I took it back the next day and asked them to rebalance the tires. They were not busy but very reluctant to do it. They used second hand wheel weights which are more likely to fall off. The tires were still out of balance. I went to Radial tire and they told me that the tires did not seem to be seated properly. They reseated the tires and balanced them and now everything is smooth on the highway.

Need a new tire, need to fix a flat tire this is the place, they will take care of you very fast and at a great price. The owner and the staff are unbelievable ready to help you.
