I love going here to get my car serviced. The manager, regional manager, and all the technicians are always very helpful and friendly. They will tell you exactly what you need and dont need and will be 100% honest with you. If you hate going to Walmart and want to go to a place where they will actually remember and talk to you, I highly suggest going here.

Most reviews that appear negative are typically the customer either nit picking or in general feeling hassled so it comes out looking bad on the business. i hope that this review is honestly taken as what its intended to be and that its just a professional opinion. took my new pickup in for a straight forward 4 tire swap. first let me state that the staff i dealt with directly done an excellent job. the front man Rick was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and done his very best under the circumstances at the time. in general the shop was fairly busy so im in no way criticizing the amount of time it took to get my vehicle in.i have been all positions in a big o tires from tire technician, mechanic to front manager. i am M.A.P. certified which is a standard set to ensure that a customers vehicle is of top priority in maintenance and safety. i point that out to hopefully validate my words for anyone thinking this review to be a mundane rant.Training training training cannot be expressed enough. my vehicle was not damaged that I have noticed yet so that at least earned the second star with the upfront manager securing the first. i spoke to the technician who took my vehicle inside as he was getting in it and lightly joked with him that hey those black rims are not scratched as of yet so please take care when changing the rubber. he was friendly and polite saying sure will no prob or something like that. up to that point smooth sailing. once my vehicle was staged and ready for work to begin is where i started noticing the big lack of training that this technician had. he wasnt certain of himself on the jack point of the front of my truck so i painfully watched him jab and stab the jack against the airdam of my bumper multiple times until he was able to position the jack. 1st wheel comes off and is rolled to the tire machine. that is when my stomach dropped. the technician begins breaking down my tire paying no attention to valve stem location. dangerously close to my tpms sensor he managed to break it down without casualty but my horror continued when I then watch the tech heft my tire into the machine and metal to metal clamp my black rim from the inside. 2cnd major no no in tire changing. i blurt out to the front manager rick to please stop the tech before I ended up with nasty gouges in my wheels which rick did and told the tech the proper way to rim clam for my type of wheel. for the next two wheels i watched the tech clamp my rim inside, then remember and unclamp just to clamp the wheel correctly. i will say that i didnt see the tech do anything that indicated he didnt care so much as he didnt know. there were other practices that I watched that screamed lack of training as well as could be very costly mistakes for the company in the long run. in summary if you are taking your vehicle that both costs you money as well as most importantly hauls your family around either watch every move the person working on your vehicle does with vigilance or look for places that train the people doing the work to do it right.

Clean nice waiting room kind people. Service is slow. Only myself there before opening. Was 10 minutes late opening doors. Im still only customer, all three employees are just standing there talking. Took almost 45 minutes to patch a flat that should of only taken 15 minutes.

Went to big o yesterday with a friend to get her oil change took over two hours left for over an hour came back didnt even have her truck in shop yet waited another hour the young man at the counter that waited on us was very rude to us when we told him that it shouldnt have took that long he was very rude an then went out in the shop were her truck was an said get that truck out of my shop came back in gave her the keys an said since you had to wait so long your oil change was no charge .he was the rudest young man working in a place of business an there was lots of people in there that will tell you the same thing I will never going there again an neither will my friend being rude is never good for business you need to get reid of that young man I was ready to take him outside an give him an old fashion ass beaten an teach him some respect for other people ...

Active military discount. I bought cheap tires from someone else last time. I didnt even get 30,000 miles . Big O just sold me 50,000 mile tires , brand-name at what I paid for the cheap ones last times. They are throwing a center cap that Walmart lost when they took the tire off to repair it yesterday. If you are a return customer they will often recognize you. They will test you right. I have never been disappointed with this location. One time I came the day after a tornado hit this town . I didnt realize how busy they would be . People were running over nails and other debris and needing tires fixed immediately. I still got faster service here and better service here than I wouldve gotten most places on a regular day.

My Experience has always been Good. Been going here for Years. New Years Eve. I was to perform music at Resaurant. I would not gotten anywhere as my tire was going Flat. They were getting ready to close fixed it and didnt even charge me. That was Awesome.

This was a Saturday , and when I called they said they were not busy ! I went right over there ! I sat there for more than an hour ,and when they took some one that came in after I did , I told them I wanted my keys back ! Well at same time they took my car in ! They had oil all over the place , over filled my oil , pushed my seat.up as far up as it would go And pulled down my steering wheell All the way down ! I was looking for a place for my wife to go that will never happen with this store . And I was laughed at by some one coming out of the store that made me MAD !
