Purchased a certified Pilot here last week, great experience, thank you Kenny (salesman)! Called in at end of a day and asked if vehicle was still available and told them Id come in tomorrow morning to look at it. Had to negotiate a little bit on my trade-ins but got the vehicle I wanted (features, miles, price, model). Appropriately priced vehicle compared to the market. Zero pressure to buy. I did find it odd the manager didnt meet/greet us, thats usually what happens in my experience. Definitely recommend Kenny (Ken) in sales. He did not feel like a salesman which was pretty nice for once. Would definitely buy here again, if they have what Im looking for next time. Zero issues.

I purchased a new vehicle from this place and continued to take it for all recommended services. I took the vehicle back for service and had a complain about performance. They tell me that I didnt do necessary maintenance which has resulted in payments almost 4 times normal service would cost. Upon talking to service manager I am being told that it is not their problem that the service advisors dont provide all the details of necessary service to be done.This place has been consistently ripping off on services. If you are worried about your vehicle and plan on using it for longer term I would not take it to this place for service. I doubt they even do the necessary work on the vehicle that you pay them for!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. My car has been here since 8/3 they just barely ordered the necessary part which was on back order (big surprise), Im being told it could take weeks or months to arrive but Im here from out of state and my child needs to return to school and they act like they cant do anything to help. Even though I see the part is available for delivery 8/24 from a genuine OEM source. They have refused to offer a rental car and continue to take the stance that theres nothing they can do. Ive offered to pay for the part if they reimburse me for it to get it fixed faster. It usually takes 4-5 calls before hearing back from someone as apparently only 2 people work the service department.

I leased a Honda Civic through Washington Honda with Tyler Holt. He is a great Salesman who really cares about his customers happiness! He made financing my lease and handing it in the easiest process as possible, when lease hand-ins have the potential to be a stressful and expensive time. Hes honest, dedicated to finding the car I wanted in my price range, and is a great guy to do business with. Hes very knowledgeable and eased my stress every time I dealt with him. The used Accord that I purchased two months ago, broke an axle while I was driving UP A HILL. Scary experience. And, although I appreciate them finally offering to pay half, the car remains at their dealership until I can afford to pay for the other half. I hadn’t been prepared financially to have to deal with something like this happening so close to the purchase of it. Disappointed.SOUTH HILLS HONDA will offer you a 6 month warranty on their used cars.

Ive leased my last 5 cars from Washington Honda and always take my car there for service. Yesterday I hit something on the highway & had a tire blow out. I called them @ 4:30 on a Friday and they got me in next day. I was panicked about not having my car for work and didnt trust the donut tire. I would highly recommend Washington Honda to anyone based on my past experiences. Thanks for helping me out in a bind!

The electrical licht can on my mothers 2017 Honda accord. She took it there to be checked. They shocked her with an estimate of over 2300.00 stating the battery harness was cut and the entire wiring harness needed replaced. She was practically in tears. We took it to Moon township honda and they found no wires cut! none. The wire was rubbing and the insulation was worn but nothing was cut or needed replaced. I will never go there again. I feel my elderly mother was told something that she did not need and I an extremely dissapointed in Washinton Hondas approach.

Brought my car in for service. When I picked it up my air conditioning was not working. Service manager offered to fix it for half price. A strange offer since it was fine when I dropped it off. I talked directly to the Honda dealerships general manager Ryan. He feels half price is a good deal. I just spent $300 on an unrelated issue. I guess that wasn’t enough of a profit margin. I would not recommend this service department unless your car was under warranty. Very sad because I have bought cars from them in the past and was currently working with the sales department to purchase a car for my daughter. Please read the other reviews, mine is not a singular experience.

Our Sales Rep, Lance Epps, was wonderful! If we had questions, he had the answers. He was very polite and personable. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with Lance. He took the time to explain all the interior features of our car and went over the exterior as well. He diligently worked on getting us a monthly payment we felt comfortable with.

Excellent service. Our car broke down on a road trip from WV to Cincinnati. Had it towed to Washington Honda where they proceeded to look after us immediately. Replaced the caliper bolt and tightened the rest. Thanks for getting is back on the road so quickly.

Completely unhelpful...especially Mike. I cannot believe the rudeness that my sister experienced here! She has been calling trying to get information to turn in her lease and they wouldnt even call her back, finally they said Mike would be available to turn in her lease from 9 to 5, so she arranged her schedule to come here and he told her to pretty much go away because he is too busy today! To busy to do your job?? And he treated her like she was bothering him! Dont use this place!

Service was HORRIBLE! Ive never seen such a business that blames the customer. Wow! I was confused the whole time how I was treated. Colton was very inexperienced, however his manager blamed me for having to deal with my warranty company (Ally auto). First tried to change me 572 dollars. I had to call my warranty company. I had to give Honda the number. The following day, the rate changed to 200 dollars. I would NEVEr recommend these Jokers

If I could give zero stars I would, but the joke that is this car dealership has been from two separate experiences.First, several years ago I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership which was priced pretty competitively given the mileage and overall condition. The salesperson revealed to me that the car was in a previous accident but had been repaired well enough for them to sell, cool. I did not think that it would have made the title of the vehicle reconstructed, which I later found severely reduces the value when you go to trade it in. At no point did any salesperson explain that the car was an R title, while this may not be necessary, it is certainly shady business practice.Fast forward a couple years I take the vehicle to the same dealership to see what they would give me for a trade in. Speak to salesperson who takes my keys and registration and starts to test drive the car and process whatever paperwork to establish a value. We went for a test drive around the lot, come back inside the dealership and he tells me to wait for a bit to speak to his manager. I take a seat. About 40 minutes goes by and the salesperson is AWOL, havent seen him since. Pretty fed up at this point so I entered the managers office, took my keys/registration and left.I do not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. Im not sure if its the amount of volume that the business deals with that makes them think its okay to jerk customers around but hopefully they get their act together.

EDIT: I had to update this review from 5 stars to 2. In nearly 3 months since I purchased my vehicle, Ive had to clear up numerous paperwork errors with PennDOT and my lender. Ive also comes to question if some of the required paperwork was even sent to the state until I emailed inquiring about it. Some mistakes are acceptable up to a point, but given how time consuming its been to clear it all up, I probably would not have gone to this particular location if there was an opportunity.to do it over again.Old Review:Tyler wasnt pushy about his sale. He was friendly, explained things well, and made sure I understood what was going on and was satisfied with how things were proceeding.

Tyler was courteous and super helpful showing me vehicles. I was very pleased with everything up to and including the purchase of my car. At the time of purchase, I also had a leased Hyundai to turn in at their other dealership. I had forgotten to bring my second key, so they told me theyd move my Hyundai down to the other dealership for me, and I could just bring in my second key to drop off the next day. This is where the problems started.The next day, my car wasnt moved to Hyundai, they had no idea I was coming, and my original key was left in Tylers desk - so once again, I only had one. He was off for the day, so it was about an hour of running around before anyone could find my key.The next problem came with my registration from the state. I purchased on March 7th and didnt receive my registration in the mail until June 3rd. This was because the paperwork wasnt even filed by the dealership until the end of April. Numerous times I called and emailed during the waiting period to get a status update. Most of the time my messages were completely ignored. When they were addressed, it was only to tell me everything was in the works and Id have it soon. I was told that for about 2 months. The kicker came in early May when I was informed the dealerships title clerk had the ability to print the registration for me would do so and mail it, and that I should expect it in a couple days tops. Of course, that never happened, a month went by, and I ultimately had to get it from the state.I was soured by all of my post-sale communication, starting the next day with the turn-in debacle. Not getting my registration until 4 days before my temporary one expired was an excessive wait. Ive never had to wait more than 2-3 weeks for a registration to show up before - but then again, most dealerships dont wait 7 weeks after purchase to file for it. Dealing with this place was the epitome of salespeople who lose interest in you after they make the sale. Will not be back.

Update November 2019I just went there late on a Friday afternoon before closing. Someone totalled my 17 civic ex and I had to get a new car 😢. Carrie was AWESOME! (Just like the previous time) in getting me a good deal on a new hrv ex. She was straight forward and doesnt screw around trying to BS me. She and the staff even stayed later to help get me worked out for the new car. For someone who works everyday and has limited time, thats awesome!! The past 3 times have been a good car buying experience.(Previous review from July 2017)I have always had a great experience the past 2 times iv gotten cars there, and the past couple time my mom has gone there they have always been awesome. They wont screw you around or rip you off.

Eric Johnson in the service department is great. One of the other service advisors dropped the ball on a repair to my car. He straightened everything out, did the labor for free, and gave me a card for a free oil change.Ive never had an issue with the service department here before this. But mistakes can happen anywhere and I really appreciate how they bent over backwards to make it right. In my experience, customer service that good is hard to find.

I wish i could give this place zero or negative stars. If you value your money do not have service done here. I took my vehicle in because there was a sort of grinding coming from the wheel area. They told my wife that the rotors were warped and i would need new rotors and brake pads. They said it could wait a little while so i decided to wait until inspection time. I called the other day to get a price and see if it was the front or back brakes. The guy said i needed new back rotors and pads. Quoted me 75 per rotor and 65 per pad and 150 per hour for labor. I couldnt afford that so i went to an auto parts store and got everything for about 150 bucks. I went to take the back wheel off only to find out i have drum brakes on the back. So honda apparently didnt even take the wheel off to see what was actually going on and then they proceed to try to scam me out of about 600 bucks. In case you were wondering i did take the front wheels off and i changed the pads even though they didnt need changed and the rotors were fine.

UPDATE: The service department was willing to work with me in resolving the situation. Also, I will say everyone there is very friendly. I am open to possibly going back again.I decided to come back to this Honda service to give it another chance after a few years of going elsewhere. I had an oil change and inspection done with only needing 2 new tires. When I went to pick up my car, the car sounded much louder when I started it than when I dropped it off. They pulled the car back in to tell me the muffler must have broken after they parked the car outside and now tell me I have to pay an additional $400 + for a muffler that broke while in their care. I will not be back again.

Went to purchase a vehicle on Monday. Very friendly service to start including the detailer who let us view the vehicle while he was working on it. We were ready to purchase. Was told we had to wait on the title transfer from OH and for it to get out of shop for certification and price. Gave salesman my number to call me when I can put a down payment or deposit. Three days later I called them to get status. I was told it was ready (except title) and I could put a deposit until title transferred. BUT someone was on their way to view. Salesman told manager I was ready to put deposit. I’m put on hold while the salesman talks to the manager. Salesman comes back and tells me he’ll call back in an hour. Again I say I’m ready to put a deposit down. No call back. Next day I call to see what’s up. I’m told the car is sold? I asked how without the title, told well they put a deposit down. Asked to speak to the manager but “he’s not in the office” Manager (Bill?) had no respect for salesman we were working with OR his customer. Take this review for what it’s worth. I would recommend going directly to a manager.

I am sitting in the waiting room for the THIRD time to fix the repairs made earlier this month.Does it take three times to properly install a cover gasket? Three times to fix the coolant leaks after changing a water pump?I love Hondas for their longevity. Purchasing from them was great, but find another place for repairs! You have been warned.The only positive is they are doing this work at no monetary cost to me. It has taken me hours, gasoline to get here, and many phone calls (my phone now lists them as a favorite!)

They sold a honda civic to me two years ago and paints started peeling. They didnt tell me the car war repainted when they sold me. The problem is when they repainted they didnt paint hood and trunk. Now when I went to them for service they telling that Honda is not allowing the service. If they know the paint is peeling of why thy didnt repaint the entire car. Why they didnt tell me it is repainted when I brought the car. I didnt expect this from this. The sales man is not there.
