We’re not from the area and I was so grateful to have found Mr Tire! The staff was very helpful and patient, even though it was almost closing time. They were able to carefully patch the hole in our tire from running over a nail. I knew we needed this issue taken care of before driving on the highway the next day. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop. My family and I were traveling and got a flat, leaving us stranded. Fortunately, we were close by to Mr. Tire and they were able to efficiently replace our tire. They were extremely helpful and caring; and I can only hope that if stranded again, we would be so lucky to find a repair shop as excellent as them!

I was traveling to DC for labor day weekend from Central Ohio when I had a flat on the freeway. Nobody would get me in, but 10 minutes to closing, they were hospitable enough to get me out of a pinch. Highly recommended!

Found a leak in my tire I put a plug in and took it to Coen tire. They were under a remodel and closed that day so I came across town to give mr tire a try. They took my truck put it on the lift and took the tire off. Then said they couldn’t patch and wouldn’t plug it and I had to buy a new tire. I priced a new tire 245/75/16 and they wanted $174/ tire installed. The tire was a Chinese tire. Other tire shops I have been to usually run $100/ tire installed. So definitely feel they are overpriced. Sub par tire shop as well since they couldn’t put a plug in a tire. I will not be back and will not recommend

I called them first thing in the morning as my tire lost a lot of pressure on my way to work. They told me to bring it right in. Ben was helpful and accommodating. Turned out they couldnt fix the tire, but they pointed me in the right direction to get the problem resolved. Good customer service even when they couldnt help.

First time going to Mr. Tire in Washington, PA and I had a very good experience. They were able to get me in and solve my problem. The price was fair and the showroom and waiting area are clean and nice. Everything well really well.

I went in for an oil change and realized they also did state inspections, they were able to add that on and get me going in a very reasonable amount of time. The manager ,Ben, was very personable and courteous, a pleasure to talk with. Not only did they save me another trip but also at a very reasonable price.. Fastest inspection and oil change ever! I needed an air filter and a rear axle and they were able to do that as well in under 2 hours! I can’t thank Steve enough for the fast and efficient service! Short answer is: quick service but not thorough, employees are very friendly. Miles better than Walmart.They were able to get us in quickly to have a tire swapped to a new rim, and have four new tires mounted on a different vehicle the next day. Friendly service. But the low tire pressure light was on when they returned my vehicle to me. Driving did/does not clear it on my vehicle. The tire they swapped to a new rim also needed air, but since I am not absolutely sure whether it has a slow leak or not, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, even though I believe that if the tire is leaking, a good tire tech would notice damage to it while installing it and notify us.They are a typical tire shop so you can expect they will tell you about your alignment, brakes and rotors. But they do NOT seem to give you hassle about carry-in tire mounting, for which I was very grateful. I also get the feeling that they would be more inclined to mount tires that are not the size called for by your manufacturer (I cant guarantee this), and these things ALONE are worth a whole extra star.The waiting room/showroom is very clean and bright, unlike many automotive facilities.Ive had occasion to stop in before to ask the person working the desk for change to feed the parking meter, and they were even super friendly about that.

10/10 service!I needed a set of low profile tires mounted on aftermarket wheels. I had been turned away by no less than 8 shops who said they were unable to do it or wanted a ridiculous fee. Mr. Tire offered to at least try to mount them which was more than any other shop in the area had offered. I dropped them off and the next morning they were mounted and ready to be picked up. They did a perfect job for a reasonable price. Everyone in the shop was helpful and I will be using Mr. Tire exclusively in the future.

On my way into work, I had to make an emergency stop at Mr. Tire due to a significant tire leak. Cody and Brian were able to squeeze me in on the spot. The work was completed faster than any other place has in the area, even while taking care of other customers! Both were very informative and gave me multiple options with fixing my problem. I was very relieved that I was able to make it into work timely and that the car runs smooth. Extremely pleasant, efficient, and welcoming staff, felt that I was treated with honesty and respect. Highly recommend.

I had to get all new tires. The manager helped find the most affordable quality tires, ordered them and got me in within 2 days. My car was ready in an hour for pick up, from when I dropped it off. They were super helpful and friendly. 10/10 will be coming back for my automotive needs. Thanks guys!

Emmett, the new store manager, is first class. He dropped what he was doing and personally came over to my business to help us out in a pinch. I can’t say enough about him and his staff. They gained my business for life!

I will never go to another Mr.Tire store again after what he did to my best friend. It was almost the end of the business day. She was a loyal customer for many years. He knew she had her kids with her because the car seats were in the back seat. I could see if it was at the beginning of the day where he wouldve needed the parking space for a customer. But it wasnt necessary to have her car towed at the end of the day. Especially when she had her two young kids with her. Im sorry but I will never do business with Mr. Tire again either. She had an appointment at the office across the street and there was nowhere else to park. I think it wouldve been more reasonable to help a customer out with two young kids with her than to go ahead and have her car towed especially at the end of the business day.

I needed my tires rotated and nobody else could get me in right away. Luckily the guys over at Mr. Tire was able to do it for me on the spot. Thanks again guys!!

Great Customer Service! I did not have an appointment and needed two tires and an alignment immediately done, due to a family trip. They were wonderful and fit me in with little wait time. I highly recommend Mr. Tire and their team.

Steve made me an offer I seriously couldn’t refuse! Came in well below any other offers. And while they were changing the back tires, caught that my back brakes were really bad (the mechanic that had done my inspection several months previous told me they were going to have to be taken care of soon so I know it was true). So I got them done at the same time. They definitely worked for my business, followed through with excellent service, and now are keeping my business!

Steve and Cody are very friendly and polite. I was looking for tires, alignment and oil change, these two help me select the best priced tire and had to order them which I had them before end of day. MILITARY friendly and provided an awesome discount. I was pleased and would go there again.

Emmett the GM is very pleasant with his customers and will explain in detail what your vehicle needs. Ed is the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He did a great job and was in and out in 2 hours. Thats inspection and front brake pads. Very good on price and I havent found anyone to beat thier prices. I have been going to Mr. Tire for several years.

Was across the street when my steering wheel would no longer turn. Turns out my power steering fluid was out. Not only did I make it across the street... barely but they had amazing customer service and were able to help me on the spot! Definitely recommend and they were all super helpful!!!

I am a customer of many years of Mr. Tire and was very happy of the service. Today I made a mistake parking in the parking lot to go to an appointment across the street, I was in a hurry with my two kids. Came outside and my car was towed. The business was not even closed yet and no signs saying you can’t park. I had my two kids with me, but no car. Talked to the manager and pretty much told me who cares that’s my problem and get out. The other employee was very nice about it and told me where to find my car. Thank you Manager Mr. Tire for the 100 dollar tow fee and 25 dollar fine appreciate it. I hope you don’t treat all your long going customers like that and will never ever be back.

I am a mailman and I have to use my own car for delivery. I drive a very rural route with a lot of rough roads and I get a lot of flats because of them. I bought a set of tires here with road hazard protection and every subsequent time I’ve come in with a flat tire the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful and they have always been able to squeeze me in. On two occasion they were unable to fix the damage, the first time they were able to order me a pretty hard to find tire and had it installed the very next day, and the second time they made me an offer on 5 new tires I couldn’t pass up. The road hazard protection here has literally saved me hundreds of dollars, every plug is free and if the tire is beyond repair there are massive discounts for the new tire. I highly recommend the road hazard here, not every place will cover a mailman and they have every time without question.

Several phone calls were made on my behalf trying to find the tire I needed.No luck but they exhausted every source trying.Rich did put a plug/patch on for me until I can actually find the tire.Best customer service and if I ever need another tire, this is where I will go!!

Charge me $250 to fix my axle on my driver side they cut a hole in my boot and then told me a ball faced lie about my brake bracket set on it and put the hole in the booth he wont replace my boo said the boot didnt have a boring to you on on the axle so basically from several mechanics they told me that he cut the boot open shot greased up in there and then charge me all that money

Called to make an appointment for my inspection because I waited until the last minute again and Steve told me to bring the car right down if I had time today. 4-5 times the past couple months I ran into some car issues and those guys always take me right in!! Excellent customer service.

Crystal and staff where super friendly. I went in thinking my car had a serious wheel problem, as i was told by 2 other local tire places. Some other tires shops in town couldnt even look at my car. ! Crystal and the guys took me right in and said no problem fixed me right up. And so affordable. Kody Was very helpful they lifted my car up and actually showed me what was making the noise in my car unlike shady mechanics that usually wouldn’t of showed you what was wrong they did , they also got me in extremely quick for a brake inspection when I had no appointment and swapped my exhaust out in under 35 minutes I would never step foot to another shop I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast honest and reliable car maintenance jobs small to large !

I got 4 new tires yokohamas for my honda CRV at Mr. Tire. In addition to this, i had my oil done, state inspection, and brakes serviced. For some reason, my rear brake pads would wear out every year, because the people installing them didnt take time to clean the calipers and ensure they were working properly. However, after I took them to Mr. tire, they work great, because Emmett actually listened to me when I told him about it, and he was able to find out why. Anyways, I am very happy with Mr Tire, because I no longer have this problem, and I am confident that my car is now reliable. Mr tire does quality work and has fair prices, but most important , is that the work is done right. Thanks again Emmett and Mr Tire.
