In my case bring them my Mini Cooper R50.The customer service from the beginning is very well, they explained me everything and how much money for the reparations.They give me a date to pickup my car and was ready for that day.Whrn I received my car one part was broken and I noticed them, Pete (Great guy) took pictures and tell me than they will fix it.One week after that, Pete call me and they replace the part.The only bad thing is a little bit expensive. But they fix things in my car than another mechanics cant do it.Thanks, and successful

European Service Center got my car in quickly, checked my car thoroughly and called me to advise what was necessary and what other service could be done. They solved the problem and didn’t try to get me for extras. They were also very helpful with general questions and really know Mini Coopers!

Took my car here because they are authorized to work with my warranty company. They told me the issue with my air springs was due to my battery. The price for the battery replacement was more than BMW. So I took the car to BMW and they told me the air springs are not related to the battery and that the airsprings have gone bad. This was my second time coming to European Service Center for the same issue and the first time they said they could not recreate the issue. They charged me $103 the first time when they said they could not reproduce the issue. They then told me if I had the issue again, to bring it in and they wouldnt charge me the 103. So when I brought it back in a couple of months later demanding the issue be fixed, they again tried to charge me the $103 and did not diagnose the issue. BMW fixed the issue the first time. Do not use this place as they are useless.

The worst. Spent thousands and then they told me it still had to go to the dealership to be completely fixed. My BMW is 4 years old and only driven around DC. Horrible experience completely. The worst part is they dont take the blame for not being able to fix my car...but still charge me over 2 thousand.

They are brilliant with Merceds I had previously spent $1,200 to fix an electrical problem at another shop- when the problem reoccured I took it to European service center they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got me on my way on the same day! Exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable service.

I would not recommend this place. I took my Mercedes C320 this European Service Center on Rhode Island Ave. NE. I was given inaccurate information about my car and their prices were outrageous compared to other quotes I received.

Couldnt fix a gas cap. Caused me a month of running around to pass my emissions check because they put in a $5 cheapo gas cap that lit up my check engine light repeatedly. Not to mention charged me top dollar for bottom of the line tires, quoted me at $80 just to run a diagnostic (then sneakily tried to charge me $95,) filled up my tires unevenly so I was dangerously unbalanced, and oversold me by hundreds each and every time I went in. Why did I even go to them more than once? AVOID AVOID AVOID!
