I’ve purchased quite a few cars ranging from quite a few places. This was by far the best car buying experience. Joe was fantastic, there is no pressure when buying from Fairway auto. They are very honest and cut right to the point. I highly recommend buying a truck from there.

Bought 20k vehicle from them. They seemed nice in the beginning, we even bought them supper just for staying late to complete our purchase. However, their “generosity” is a farce. Barely owned the vehicle two months a and have already dumped 2 grand into repairs. It left us stranded on the interstate and had to be towed as well, adding to the continuing costs. When we contacted them about the issues, they basically said good luck with that. They removed our review from their FB page, I assume to keep their “ratings” up. They removed our purchase picture from their page as well. We had mentioned wanting to go look at another explorer before committing to theirs, the other one had a turbo. They then went on to explain how they would never sell one with a turbo due to the potential issues they are “known” for, stating they were committed to offering only solid reliable vehicles, families helping families. Two weeks later, they were selling an explorer with a turbo on their lot. These people will take you for everything and lie in the process. You may get lucky and get a vehicle with no issues, but for 20-30k I would not suggest taking the risk. They very much depend on Missouri’s lack of having a lemon law on used vehicles. Had they been in any other state, they would not be in business.

If your Military with a vehicle titled in a different state don’t waste your time with this dealership. They are not willing to potentially make a sale because they may have wait a couple weeks for the title to come in on a trade.I will say they are very honest and direct up front.

I like most people hate the whole used car dealership thing. This was the complete opposite. Theyre a small family owned and operated business. Everyone I dealt with was very; friendly, upfront , honest and not at all like your typical car salesman. I actually dealt with the whole family; father, son and mom. They were not pushy at all and took time to make sure you were comfortable and understood everything. After the test drive I sat down with Joe the owner and settled on a price just too good to pass up. At first I was a little hesitant to go look at the car because it was an hour drive one way , but well worth it. I ended up getting a great car for a great price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Theyre good people. The prices are great and the customer service is exceptional.

I went in looking for trucks in a specific price range. Guy tried pushing me into trucks with much higher price. After turning him down multiple times, he then starts badgering me about getting a new SUV for my wife. I continued to explain that I was in need of a new truck and was seeing what was in the area. Eventually I just had to leave. Will not be going back.

Used truck bought in August. Just found out the truck has a bad engine & repairs will cost over 1/2 of the price of the value of the truck.
