I had gone to this store looking for great deals. Everything went well and smooth I got my sandals for an upcoming trip.I went yesterday back to the mall since my younger sister needed some sandals herself. I was helping her look for some sandals sizes. Then I realize we were being surrounded by employees out of no where. Mind you I am a Latina and there were other customers who weren’t the same race. But I realized I was being racially profiled and I worked at a shoe store, so I know that protocol was to make sure we weren’t stealing. However, I was never asked for help or anything. It is sad to say I doubt I will be coming back. I will not support a store who wants to profile me. It made me feel really uncomfortable.

Amazing place. The Girls helped me find q shoe that was good for me and helped me when I had no knowledge of shows. Though thier shoes are a bit pricy. They do have a clearance section. But my feet to big for any of that. I was borderline about to order online when she figured out good shoes from me. Ended up buying 2 (one for 50% off).

I got a pair of cute boots, my sister racked up on the BOGO 1/2 off sale. Our cashier was pleasant and engaging in our transaction.

Great experience, nice shoes however, one of the insoles in my Sperrys instantly went flat while the other one remains nice and cushioned, it really bothers me... I wish they both flattened out or even better both stayed cushioned, the reef sandals are great, but I dont understand whats up with the Sperrys, I used to love that brand and still do but this issue consistently irks me Im always standing on the cushioned one and it never gets flat... Why did the other one almost instantly flatten?

I have no issue with the shoes, what I do have an issue is how they discount the lowest price shoes. How to get around that is only buy 2 pairs at a time to get the maximum discount. Try to buy 2 pairs are similar in price

Bought a pair of shoes today. After that I had asked if they could give me a medium sized shoebox for my sons school project he has. Mind you, he was with me. After not even really looking and me asking for the one that was right on the counter, I was told sorry thats for display!! And walked out with nothing. Thanks to Foot Action downstairs who helped me right away!! And provided GREAT customer sevice!!!

Horrible customer service. You can be shopping in the store but no associate will walk over and ask if you need help finding items. If you want shoes go elsewhere. I dont recommend Off Broadway Shoes.
