My script for my APAP machine was sent to them on 2/5/19. I called them two weeks later and they said they were waiting for the prior authorization. I called my insurance company and they told me they hadn’t even received a prior authorization from BMS. I then had to call them everyday until on 3/8/19 my insurance company finally received the authorization request. Then on 3/13/19 I had to call my insurance company to get the prior authorization number and give it to them. I actually drove out there to give them the number. So essentially at this point I have done their job and got them the authorization number. Instead of me getting any resolution, instead I was told that I could buy the machine outright through Saveon meds which is “conveniently” in the same building. So to sum up my experience I’ve done their job by getting my own prior authorization from my insurance company but I still don’t have a sleep machine. I wonder if I get into a accident, as I did almost get in one yesterday because I haven’t slept in two months, if I can hold them responsible.

I have never seen such poor customer and the lack of empathy to patients. I have psoriasis have dealt with Daavlin Corporation for over 20 years. I bought a lightt box from Daavlin but they contracted it out to Edgepark b/c of my insurance. My insurance used them I had no choice but to use them. After trying to get in touch with them, being on hold for I dont recall how long, being hung up on and then having to drive to Twinsburg, Ohio when I got there I had to write my own contract, demand a receipt monthly on what my balance was. It is amazing the COMPLETE INCOMPATIBILITY of this establishment. I have reported them to Daavlin in hopes I never have to deal with them again!!!!!This establishment should be ashamed of their STINKY CUSTOMER SERVICE.AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN. If I was able to I would give them no stars.

Limited selection of adult diapers and no high quality adult diapers. Felt uncomfortable speaking to staff about which brand would work best for me. Overall I wouldnt recommend this store if you are shopping for adult diapers
