My mothers doctor sent her here because the treatment she received at another company did not help her problem. When I called in, Denise was so nice and answered all my questions and did not lose patience with me when I called back a few time with more questions. The gentleman that saw her watched her walk, changed the height on her walker which made such a difference and then he figured out that a very light weight black brace would help her. It came in within a week and its changed her life. She is much more active and hasnt tripped over her foot since she got it.
Receptionist was nice. I was told my diabetic shoes and insoles would be in in 2 weeks. It took almost 4 weeks. If my insurance would have approved this place in Austintown then I would have gone there. Their selection was terrible, only had 2 leather athletic shoes, 1 black and 1 white. My shoes came in and they are super nice and comfortable.
My orthos dont fit. Never have and the last time I was there for adjustments he threw his hands up saying that I just have really bad feet. Then basically told me to adjust them with a blow dryer. They have hurt my feet worse and cause a lot of back pain. I have had 2 podiatrist tell me they are not good for me. So I moved out of state and because of my insurance cant get another set for about 6 months. I cant afford to pay for this as I am disabled and limited income. Livid 😡
