Went to ACE because I didn’t want to shop at a big hardware store. Happy I did. I received such great customer service from Dave on Saturday. He was knowledgeable, Professional and kind. Will continue to return to this store.

This place is great and I will always go to this location for help! Prior to visiting this store, I went to another location and had to repeatedly go back to the store after being given wrong instruction. Tomas listened to exactly what I needed and was able to assist me and it worked! Take it from a girl who never used a drill before but used Tomas directions/advice to put up an address plaque into mortar:)

Love this store! It’s convenient, clean, stocked full of goodies, and located close to my house. I call to ask if they have items I need in stock and they take the time to look on floor and then come back to call to say do you mind waiting while we check back room. I always appreciate this high level of customer service! Every time I enter the store it’s always clean, organized, and I can’t even make it down one isle before someone is asking me what I’m looking for. This store has the best customer service around hands down!!!! I even find things that I can’t find lately in other stores I shop at like some cleaning supplies. The water I purchased when I checked out and had to go back for more it’s really good. Located in little fridge by check out lines. Other flavors available, but this one is awesome!

Just came in to have 2 keys made and after waiting, then asking the cashier to page someone to the Hub, spent another 10 minutes there and still no one came. Myself and the other guy there just walked out.

Unfortunately I cant rate this higher. I tried to give them another chance. First time I tried to get a key made and waited 15 minutes with no help. This time I had some screens repaired. First off... very expensive. I understand that they need to make money and all that, but cmon. Second, it took over a week. Third, no call that they were done. I had to call and check on them, was on hold for too long, and finally was told that they were there. When I picked them up and asked about not getting a call, I was told they were busy.. I understand its hard to find help these days, but you cant make a phone call? Im not gonna say that Ill never be back ,but Im still debating on giving them another try.

Helpful Hardware Man! Yes, I need keys cut that the big box stores couldnt or wouldnt do. It an old GMC key blank. No problems for the man with the key cutting machine. Old school works best. I cannot thank you enough. Got it done and done right and fast too. Will be back Arizona raspberry iced tea is on sale too. Amen. Nice touch.

My go to hardware store. If they dont have what Im looking for they know where I can get it they are the only store I will have cut keys they always get it right

Not happy with Great Lakes Ace. I am a rewards holder. Today we went to Ace to purchase outdoor Christmas lights. At checkout I was unable to redeem my $5.00 rewards for a purchase of $30.00 or greater as the $60.00 purchase of lights were on sale. Some customer reward program, it will be a long time before I return, if ever.

Great service and very courteous and friendly. Prices are also competitive and fair. Definitely one of my go to stores.👍

The staff was helpful to those that needed help. The day was very busy and two of the floor staff members had to jump on registers to help the ever growing line. They worked swiftly to reduce the wait time and they were practicing social distancing. All workers also work masks. ACE had some pretty good sales going on as well.

In and out in 5 mins. Stash was friendly and knowledgeable.

Used curbside pickup. Had to call several times because the line was busy. They need more phone lines or a dedicated number for pickups. Otherwise it worked well .

Horrible manager at this store my husband dropped off a screen to get new screen and rollers for a door they sent out it came back only with new screen no rollers my husband went to pick it up he was gonna fix the rollers himself the manager was very rude I understand mistakes being made the rollers not being fixed but for the manager to get a attitude because we picked up that I’m not ok with there is no need to be rude his customer service needs to be addressed I will contact corporate about his horrible customer service not the door as I said mistakes happen

Been going here since I moved into the area. As a previous HD employee Id watched customer service go down the tubes in what was once a well oiled machine. This store at 13 and Hayes impressed me with knowledgeable college age kids and the manager ( Kerry) makes certain everything flows properly. You wont find employees standing around w/ cigarettes in their mouths. I think the management is what keeps the professionalism.

Excellent customer service. So I ordered a lawn mower to be delivered to my dads house. I accidentally used his current address but his old street name. I could correct his address in his account but not on that delivery. I called and talked to Samantha three times to ensure it would get sent to his current street address. She assured me. The lawn mower arrived! Very happy about that since it was my blunder!

I liked this place a lot.I support our local neighborhood hardware store even if the price is slightly higher.But today I needed help in the plumbing department the young dude was very helpful and polite when hi called in someone for additional help. This older man was very rude and short not helpful at all.Ending up leaving the store and going to homedepot where I get everything I needed.I was very disappointed

Ordered online for a store pickup. Everything went smoothly and the staff was courteous.

Nice store, good location, and oh very clean! The employees are very friendly here. The store is very very easy to navigate through. The parking lot is very well maintained. The store was well stocked and I found what I needed without a hassle! Me and my family just moved to the area so we come here often and so far no complaints. We will be shopping here often!

Went in to get some Ice Melt, in and out in less than 5 minutes, WITH people in line! Super customer service!

Its nice for the convenience as its right in the neighborhood, but its almost always 25% more than Lowes or Home Depot. They close too early too. The 3 stars is an average. Mostly for the staff which is great here (except for one grouchy old man) they get a 5, but the cost and crummy hours is a 2, so the average for the whole place is a 3.If you go here, look for a dark haired, nice looking kid about 17-18. Hes one of the nicest kids Ive encountered in a long time, and hes very helpful. He will drop what hes doing to walk across the store to help you out.

Great Hardware store. An employee is always around to answer your questions. Which is not at the big box stores. And their prices are the same or even a little cheaper than the big stores. They even have hard to find items.

I only go here if I need something quick and dont mind paying a little extra to avoid the drive to lowes or home depot. Some items are way to expensive, the store isnt dirty persay, but it just gives the feeling that it has only been cleaned with wet rags for years. The staff is friendly, but I dont get the feeling I could ask them questions beyond where something is or how much it is.

Even though i could find things cheaper at lowes the convenience of this store is a plus...i needed to get a piece of glass cut as i have done here several times...the lady up front was so helpful as she walked me to the older man in the back..omg..what a rude man..as i just decided to leave cuz of his attitude..he did not even wait till i was out of hear shot before calling me names...you lost a whole house of customers!
