My daughter and I both had a wonderful experience at Brodell Medical. I saw Wendy Demetrios for a concern on my face and my daughter saw Dr. Lindsey Dolohanty for a skin issue. Both were fantastic and the staff was very friendly! The office is huge but we were in and out. I was happy to make it back to work within a half hour. Would definitely recommend!

I very much regret having to write the following, seeing that most reviews are 5 stars. In brief, I met Dr. Brodell on the occasion of both my parents having their eyes operated on via her office, and the impression I formed was a good one, never suspecting what was to follow.In my case however, after 2 years and repeated visits with one of her associates, Dr. William Helwig, I learned that my eye problems were entirely my fault, because I had dry eyes: consequently Dr. Helwig prescribed an antibiotic cream, steroid drops, and warm compresses. Irrespectively, when driving I still had double vision.Every time I was charged for an eye exam, and every time I had no choice but to order new glasses: 4 pair at the in-house optical shop for $360.00 a pair for lenses only, as the frames were always my own.Noticing that I was slowly draining my bank account, and experiencing no improvement whatsoever in my vision, I requested another doctor.This was Dr. Christopher DAllito, who, after learning of my double vision stated that such is treated with prismatic glasses.I did not for a moment doubt that Dr. Brodell would see to it that either a refund be issued, or lenses replaced - given Dr. W. Helwigs regrettable malpractice on my eyes. Surely they are up to date on their business insurance payments, such that their personal finances ought not be affected. In the meantime, in 2018 I had an accident with an 18 wheeler on route 80, as I simply did not see him. My divers mirror was sliced off, and my reaction predictable: in 40 years of driving this was my first accident.In any case, not only were no good intentions in evidence at the Brodell Clinic, but also a demand for additional money$ was made. No, they would neither refund my money, nor replace the lenses.Be that as it may, I only seldomly write reviews: this however is so blatantly an abuse of trust, a severe Janus reaction to a patients life and wellbeing on behalf of Brodell Clinic, that I am obliged to bring it to the attention of possible future patients, in the hope that such egregious comportment may be avoided.

My whole family has been going to Brodell Medical for as long as I can remember. Always get great service. They always take their time to answer any questions we may have. My son has had many eye problems and they have been wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been a patient of Brodell medical since I was a teenager. I travel out of state to continue my care with Brodell medical. The staff is outstanding always polite, caring. The process from check in to being called back visit and check out is very smooth process. Five stars is just not enough.

Their optical department has the best selection of glasses in all of Warren! I would highly recommend their facility and their professional staff to provide for all skin and eye care needs.

Straight lied to me. Called in to make an appointment, was told that there was a balance owed of $40 that had went to collections and that I’d have to call collections then call back to make an appointment once it was paid. No big deal. Called and paid it. Then called back and was told that he wasn’t allowed to come back because the bill went to collections. Even though that was NOT what I was told just a few days ago when I called in. I’m sorry but life happens and bills get forgotten about. To tell a client they can’t come back over $40 is petty. Will never recommend to anyone. Humans make mistakes, humans forget about bills. Clearly they’re perfect there and really needed that $40 🤷🏻‍♀️
