I recently went to Satolli Carpet to purchase new carpet for my living room, hall, and two bedrooms. I purchased a lighter patterned carpet with a repeat every 18”. Not the easiest carpet to install. My initial purchase with Eric was excellent and everything took place in a timely fashion. The carpet was ordered and installed within 30 days.My installer, Scott was a one man show. He did a meticulous job making sure the seams were perfectly lined up and invisible. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Amazing customer service! The entire process was fast and easy. Great communication of when installers were going to be at my house. Installation went smooth and the guys worked after hours to ensure my entire project was completed in 1 day. I had 3 bedrooms, 2 landings and large stairway completed. It’s a 1920s home so nothing is square.

I had to call and make a few changes on the time of installation. I had it all set up based on when our furniture was arriving. The place we bought our furniture at made a couple of changes to our delivery date. They really put me under the gun but Eric stepped up to the plate and helped me out getting our installment done in 2 days. He’s definitely earned our future business and I highly Recommended you give him a chance when you are purchasing flooring. The carpet we picked is awesome and we will be happy for years!

I was promised a date from Eric and the instalation was started on time. after I had a small issue with the quarter round and I spoke to Eric. Everyone was Very helpful and patient while in the store browsing options, and Let us take samples home too. We got a better quality carpet then a big box store and had a better experience. They asked our budget and guided us to the best we could afford . They told us to expect 2 weeks then we would get a call to set up install, in 1 week they called and installed the next day! Some things reasonable others not so much.

We purchased carpet several years ago from Satolli after renovating the second floor of our century home. Eric was extremely helpful in educating us and advising in specific choices. The installers came on time and were very patient with our curious children. The carpet looked great and every scrap, string, lint and wrapper was removed when finished. We have 9 children and have been VERY satisfied over these years with the installation , long-term durability, stain-resistance and look of our carpet. In fact, the carpet held up better than the polyurethane stair treads in the same traffic path. At this rate it might be another 10 years before we need to replace the carpet, but our now grown children will be going to Satolli sooner. (the uploaded pic is current after 12 years of constant use)

Satolli Carpet in Warren is the only place to get your new flooring! They installed carpeting for us a few years ago and the experience was so amazing that we just had them do our kitchen and bathroom. Vinyl planking in the kitchen and vinyl sheet in the bath. Installers are phenomenal!! I wish I had more floors to have done!! Great prices and beautiful flooring!! Love it! Eric is a great guy!!

Terrible installation, heated conversation in office. We ordered one color & he tried to switch it with extra carpet he had stored in his backroom but we caught him. This is a very unprofessional company to say the least. The installation was done at such a rapid pace that now requires me to not only write a review to the BBB & but to also file a claim in the court system. He eventually gave us all our money back but left his other useless material on my job to dispose of for him.

Great customer service! Eric Thompson took his time to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and what would stand up to a high traffic home . The carpet is approximately six years old and looks like new. It has survived a dog a cat and two toddlers. There is next to no ware and tear and istill looks great.
