Guys provide pleasant service but had inconsistent messaging about pricing for tint. I was told 249.00 then told “Oh the guy thought you were talking about a Sedan rather than a SUV. I always said it was a SUV and gave the specific model. After the tint job was done the back window wasn’t tinted all the way to the top. 3 of 4 windows had lots of bubbles and front passenger had a scratch in the tint. They did agree to fix it; they verbalized multiple times “This is aftermarket tint so there is no way to get it perfect”. I’ve had multiple vehicles tinted, including here back in 2017 and never had this issue. I chose them over another guy who told me that I was going to have problems at this place; I should have listened.

Excellent service! There was a pre-existing issue with my truck. Rather than just ignore it, and get it done, the tech showed me the issue, and we were able to find a solution. They got me in when they said, and were finished before the allotted time. Great job!

These guys have been around for 20 years. I passed by there all the time but I never had a reason to stop by until recently when my son got a 2020 Blackout Edition Ram. So I wanted to get a cover for his truck bed. I stopped by Wednesday afternoon. They helped me out with a variety of bed covers. I picked the one I liked he said they will order it an it would be a few days. I got a call today at 11 something am . I got and appointment for 1 pm . I was in and out,the cover looks good. Good place for you truck accessories and good service 👍.

Found the tonneau cover I was looking for, and although they quote a price that includes installation, they also have a carryout price for installing it yourself. Truxport by Truxedo was 269/299.

After initially trusting that this company was deserving of 5☆, boy was I wrong. My first visit I bought a K&N Cold Air Intake and requested also a flush mounted bug deflector for my 2016 GMC Sierra. However, they installed a Weather Tech hood clip on/3M tape adhering bug deflector instead which I told them I didnt ask for. Yet they assured me that if I had an issue with the clips eventually popping off like I did the previous bug deflector I purchased from Amazon theyd accommodate me. When it occurred they still didnt get the flush mounted bug deflector, instead opting for a AVS deflector insisting flush mounted bug deflectors were no good and somehow now I cant get what I initially asked for. Within 2 weeks it literally snapped in half just from the touchless dryer at Jax car wash. When I called Auto Truck about this they passionately stated that there was absolutely nothing theyd do for me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Since then I took it upon myself to buy my own AVS FLUSH MOUNTED deflector that looks awesome with absolutely NO issues even regularly going through Jax car wash being that Im part of the club and dont have time to keep my truck clean the way I like. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND $ AUTO & TRUCK! Ill go without before coming back to you for anything.

Very impressed with the customer service. Ordered mats for my truck but didn’t specify the correct ones; when they came in they weren’t the ones I had wanted. Was able to return them with no hassle, got the ones I originally wanted within 2 days, AND didn’t have to pay the difference. Businesses like this are a rare find! Traveled from Ky to Mi and my key fob went bad, had to replace batteries twice on the trip up just to unlock the car. Called late in the evening Monday, to see about getting it looked at this week. So far so good! The service was incredible. Found this place online called to make an appointment to have a couple things installed. Came in and they were upfront as to what they were going to do. Then they confirmed with me what we were doing once they researched the work. Over all the work is talking longer than expected however they kept me in the loop and even offered me a ride home and pick up once it was done. Will remember this for further work!

Had a remote started installed in my car. It was very friendly and fast service, but then after getting it home I couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong to get it to start on my own. I called them, explained the situation and they were more than happy to come out and take a look that was the most convenient for me and solved the issue. I could definitely tell they care about their customers satisfaction.

Ive come here for multiple accessories for my vehicle. They are quick and reasonably priced. They do very good work. 2015 F-350 SUPER DUTY PLATINUM I had them install Recon amber led cab lights. It required drilling holes in my roof. I let it in there hands it was done in one day professionally installed no leaks and they also made sure it wont rust for future longevity. I am very happy and satisfied will be back soon.

Had to order my parts, and when they came they found out they could not loosen my body bolts to install. Said they find that on older trucks. Well if you know that WHY DIDNT YOU TRY THAT FIRST, BEFORE YOU ORDERED THE PARTS. AND NOT WASTE MY TIME.

I contracted with these people to install a topper for my truck. When I got the truck back I found that they had driven my truck into something and smashed the front bumper. They also botched the installation which required me to come back another day. When I took possession of my truck that second day I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that they had damaged my truck yet again and there was a new dent and scratch in the side of the truck! The manager claimed no responsibility for the damage they had done because it was not captured by the security camera. Really?!! Now Im on the hook for $1100 in repairs. THANKS!!!These irresponsible and unscrupulous people are unskilled at installing vehicle accessories. Plan on multiple trips to get your work done correctly, and if they should damage your vehicle, like me, youll be paying for the repair yourself. They claim to have insurance but refuse to use it when it is necessary.

This company is anything but spectacular or reliable. I would never recommend anyone to use them due to their poor customer service. I had a cube truck that had a lighting problem, clearly stated we wanted power from the existing fan to operate a new light and abandon fan in place, the technician took it as the fan and the light to run at the same time. When I called to say there as misunderstanding, they were defensive and put all the blame, on me, the customer. This is truly a poor lack in customer relations. Instead of coming to common solution, they said why dont you try going someplace else So if you need warranty service or service after the sale, this is not the company to use!!!

One of the worst service I have ever received and heres why: I took my 2015 f150 to install my brake light bar and things went down hill from there I had to go back there 4 times because they messed up my back up sensors and trailer connector now I have sensors and trailer default going off, I talked to Den he said he cant give me my money back or fix it and I he also said I have to take it to a dealer to get that fixed so basically I will have to pay more money so they end up disconnect the light bar, and mr Den recommend me to put one of his own light bar that I have to pay around $300, so basically I paid for 3 hrs and got trailer default and sensors codes going off on my truck and no light bar, I will never go there again very disappointed, Shame!!!
