Didnt have the books for the south campus exclusive classes but for some reason the center campus did that doesnt offer the classes.. waste of time.

To many boring books. Not enough books with pictures either, most are just filled with words.

I went to get my Corvid shot. I was like in and out. My appointment was at 9:10 am. I got there at 8:30 am. I was in my car by 9:30 am. It included the 15 minute observation time. Everyone was so friendly. They pushed me around in the wheel chair. It also included the transportation they provide back and forward to the parking lot. A awesome experience. Thank you Ascension. You are the greatest.

Got my 2nd Pfizer shot today. Everyone working there, from the nurses to the people wiping the chairs off were very nice!! Loved the whole process!!!

Was in and out without having to wait too long. I got there a little before they closed and the cashier didnt seem to mind. She was very helpful!

Went for both Covid injections at this location. I wish the US Government were as organized as the organizers of this event. Great job in a great place !

Really busy from 11 AM - 12:30 PM at the COVID testing area at building K. They are very organized and well informed.

My wife and i received our second Moderna shot at MCC. Very organized and efficient. Didnt see any books, maybe another time

They have everything you need. Its when its time to buy books that you want to get there even before the store opens or you will be standing in line for a (long) while depending on the day and time. Im giving it 4 stars just because when its time to buy books, they might only have 2-3 cashiers working when they should have all of the registers up and running.I work in retail now but not up front but I hear all of the complaining that happens up front in the back room or the lounge.

It completed all of my MBA exam competencies for Western Governors University online out of Utah, there for the last 3 years. Very accommodating and you can schedule when it is convenient for you.Very friendly staff. Convenient drive either freeways or surface streets. Right on 12 mile.Took my last exam on my birthday in June 2018 and passed. Best birthday gift ever!

Super long line, but the staff were doing the best they could. They were all friendly and got my books sold back in no time (once I made it to the register, that is). Id say I recommend it, but if you go to Macomb you dont really have any other choice!

Staff is improperly trained as they know absolutely nothing as far as how everything works, the actual products that they sell to even being able to answer a few questions to help guide or assist the students. The only thing they are fluent in, is helping u find your course selection book, but if its not in stock ...forget it. They mess that up too.

I enjoyed this day of exposure to the campus, the light but thorough manner in which we were treated. The staff are professional yet nice and approachable. I appreciate the attention to detail offered during the tour.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The prices are high!!!!!!!! They sell the books for a million bucks, but buy them back for pennies. I wouldnt sell books here or buy them here unless I need an access code.

If I could rate 0, I would. Very rude customer service! And they wouldn’t refund me for a book that they never called me for in the first place. So I had to go elsewhere and order a book for my class, and I’m stuck with the one I ordered from them. Center campus book store is way more accommodating, will never go to the south campus bookstore again.

Nice school, but the bookstore is a rip off! They gave my son the wrong book and when he went to take the book back they wouldnt accept it. I know the access code was scratched, but he couldnt use it because the book was not correct for the course.

The line was long and the person who worked there was trying to say that what I use to buy my things. Trying to say oh you need to double check with the office. To see if it would cover it. I know that I had money on my card so end up to purchase what I needed for my design class.

They have what you need there but the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. They need to learn how to properly talk with and handle customer problems. Also they need to be more educated on their products, I wanted to buy an online version of my class book and they sold me a my lab.

A great place to get all of your college needs. The staff are also very nice.

Staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful but the hours are terrible for students who work fulltime jobs. Weekend hours would be great!

2 of the 3 books I needed werent right. Whether or not this was because of the teacher or the bookstore or a combination of both... its no fun.

Bought a folder and it split in places because the book was just so big and they replaced it no questions asked. Quick and friendly.

I wasnt greeted by anyone, and nobody asked if I needed any help finding my books. However, they did have all them in stock.

Prices are the highest .on thire webpage they say they offer price match, I got there and found a book that I needed for one of my classes that is listed on Amazon for $30 less and comes with an online learning tools too. They one at the book store didnt have that online learning too and she refused to do a price match saying that are not the same smfh. Dont buy your books here the prices are doubled.

I go to this school and they are really good from the aspects of teaching, treating their students. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Good costumer service, nice and organized, but everything so expensive.

They did not have any of the books that I was looking for. Two different times I went.

They have what you need, but it may be too inconvenient, late, or just pure cheap and lazy.I had to buy 2 text books for my class (both were about 100 bucks over the listing at the store nearby.) and a program code, well one book was there but under the wrong code, the other one didnt even arrive till the point where i said screw it and bought the e text, (which if your curious was about a month and a half after my class started.) then my access code was printed on the same receipt now this is my fault because i always only write a amount paid and throw it out but i forgot the access code was on it which thanks to the crappy wifi there its impossible to enter it until your at your own house or a time outside of normal hours (8am-9am and 6pm-close.) to be honest the stuff there is also over priced, i know its convenience but double the price or higher at a store that sells food is still an unacceptable amount, even gas stations are cheaper then this place. finally the staff are more aggravating then anything. they will yell at you if you dont get in line for paying to ask a question and when they direct you to it, you have to get in line again to buy it. dont go there if you dont have to.

Manager at the book store is rude. Bad customer service and communication skills. needs to calm down and not take offense, youre providing customer service!.. dont forget your job description.

Worst place to buy books from on the face of the Earth, not one single employee at this place is helpful nor are they kind they treat all their customers like theyre dirt, not only that the books seem to coat three times the amount that they do anywhere else if I didnt have to buy my books and supplies through financial aid I wouldnt even come in this place no, not to mention they gave no notice that they were closing the location and moving things over to center campus
