As a woman, I absolutely hate and dread getting my car repaired. It is so stressful. Thank goodness I found Schultz. These guys are outstanding. I was concerned about the AC or possibly something else more costly, so I took a chance and let them look at it. They spent hours, literally, going over everything and finally gave me the best news ever that everything was fine. They could have told me anything and charged me an exorbitant amount of money, but they didnt. They patiently answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. I absolutely love them and will never go anywhere else. An honest car repair company is solid gold. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I will be taking my car here from now on, the customer service was so good and they did a great job. I’ve always gone to places like pep boys or Midas and I can’t say how nice it was to call and get an appointment and to not feel like I was talking to an employee who was unfriendly and didn’t want to give me the time of day. They were so nice. I don’t know a lot about cars but they were helpful, listened to my concerns and were communicative and patient, not condescending. The job was done quickly in one day and the pricing seemed very fair.

This is the only place I take my vehicles. Trustworthy and efficient. Most of the times I have dealt with Schultz is by phone that I am towing in a car for repairs,no appointment . Within hours I am contacted and told EXACTLY what is wrong and what needs repaired. Usually done same day if I get it there early enough.I tell all my friends to go there .Keep up the good work!

Great service, honest people.I see many saying that it’s not the cheapest place. Not sure I would ever trust the cheapest place. You get what you pay for.I have gone here for years, and every single time they are able to accurately diagnose the issue and fix it. I’m always offered options, and they always are timely and up-front about the issue.I hear horror stories from friends and coworkers about other places. I have peace of mind knowing that Schultz does it right because, again, they have for years for me. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am always nervous to go to car shops by myself because I feel pressured into services I don’t need. I started going to Schultz because of a recommendation. I have never felt pressured and they explain everything to me. Prices are fair. The only problem is that sometimes they do get pretty busy but they are definitely worth the wait! It’s worth it supporting a local family business and getting treated like family.

Great staff, and super friendly! Im usually a bit nervous going to a repair shop because of how some can take advantage of you if you dont know what youre doing but that wasnt the case with me.Id definitely go back after last time when I had a brake issue and they fixed it up great.

Update: 10/7/2018Ed contacted me and we got everything squared away. I was surprised and impressed at how much he genuinely wanted to get the issue resolved for me. Clearly customer service is important to Schultz.I was frustrated that I couldnt get my car fixed after 2 attempts. Ed and Matt understood where I was coming from but respectfully explained it from there point of view as well which I appreciated.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Friendly and honest staff but.... I just cant justify it anymore. I wanted Schultz to be the shop I could consistently go back to for the long term (I have already been a customer for years). I think this desire to be able to trust a shop with my vehicles blinded me to the numerous times they were unable to properly diagnose issues over the years. Its like they read the error code and thats it. If theres no error code they just guess. The last straw was after going back on two occasions for the same issue. The second time they were sure it was fixed. Its running great, they said. Right away it didnt quite feel right but I wanted to trust them. I wanted to believe they knew what they were talking about and I didnt (which is normally the case lol). The car worked for a day and went right back to the way it was before. Now maybe I could have brought the car back a third time, maybe they would give me a refund (unlikely) and maybe they could fix it this time around, who knows? Or... maybe Id just be out more money. Im tired of playing games and I cant afford to keep paying hundreds of dollars for a mechanic to guess what the problem is. Maybe Im expecting too much. I guess Ill find out with the next shop.

Just picked up my ford F150 from these guys and they did an absolutely awesome job on it. The issue was the rear differential was shot bad and needed replaced entirely, obviously an expensive replacement, but there prices were really super competitive compared to many other local guys I used to go to. I will be coming here time and time again for my vehicle.They tell you everything wrong with no smoke and mirrors involved. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and they do professional work. Called to get a quote for brakes was told 100 to 125. Ok went up to get it done then was told it would be 289 for the front and the same for the back. What happen to the 100/125 quote then they couldnt do it because they had to order my brakes. I also have an extended warranty that helps pay for it. Was told they charge me 20 dollars for them calles back and forth. Was told to come up Friday at 4pm to get the stuff set up with them since they arent open on Saturday. Got there the young man that i had been dealing with was not there was told he had chest pains and went to the er.(hope he is alright!)When i explained to the rude old man that was there he was like well they arent open on saturday the extended warranty people. I said i know thats why im here now to get it started. Then he was like well its kinda late for brakes to get done. I told him no Im not getting them done just starting the stuff for tomorrow. He said i dont know what to tell you! I told him i was told to be here at 8am tomorrow (Saturday). He said well try back Monday! I need a weekend appointment not a weekday very upset.

Ive been doing business with this shop for the 15 years Ive been working for Jasper Engines & Transmissions. Theyve repaired both my personal and company cars many times. From Ed to now Matt running the business every encounter is always professional. There mechanics have also been around for years and are very knowledgeable and curtious. I had left a very glowing review of this business a few years ago, which I feel that I can unfortunately no longer stand by. I took my vehicle to them for service last year, and it came home with some serious mistakes. I was willing to overlook this, until I now found out that they put the wrong oil into my engine at my last oil change despite me repeatedly emphasizing how important it was to use the correct product. The vehicle I drive has very strict requirements on this, and they did not take that seriously.This business has gone downhill, and I am unable to recommend their service in good conscience.

I stopped in at Schultzs this morning to get an estimate on a new muffler for my 2005 Chevy Colorado. I didnt have an appt, but they immediately put it on the rack. About 10 min later I had a price and it was very competitive. I had just gotten off work, so they offered me a loaner vehicle so I could go home and get some sleep while they procured the part and got it installed. I inspected the work when I returned and it was flawless. It is rare to find an auto service shop these days that does good work AND charges fair prices. it seems like everyone is trying to screw you over somehow, but not Schultz. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Best customer experience Ive had in 10 years of owning a vehicle. The owner is exceptional in the way he handles your problems 1 on 1 . I was in with a blown transmition, they had me back on the road in 24 hours ensuring I would not lose any money at work . I will be using the service center as long as there doors are open .

I am not one to write reviews, but I had great service at Schultz service center. They fixed my truck in a timely manner and even gave me a ride home/picked me up while my truck was being worked on. They fix it right the first time, and are honest.

Great prices for oil changes.

Had a break job done here spent over 1,000.00 and not even a week later the break went out on the passenger side, had it fixed and 2 weeks later the driver side went out... Neither side was double flaired and they used all the old bolts to put it back so now 1 month later where they ran the new lines its leaking... I would never recommend them for a break job, EVER... Im almost 8 months pregnant and have had these breaks go out now for the 3rd time.....
