Responding to a negative add we received at our business. We have had a customer in which we sold a vehicle to report a very unfair ,negative review . Upon there first oil change they elected to take it to a different oil change facility. The engine became noisy soon after the oil change. They returned to our business the day following the change and our certified mechanic checked the oil and discovered it to be totally black and possibly a recycled form of oil , and definitely not the required synthetic it requires. . We informed the customer of what we discovered, did a proper oil change in which the motor seemed to quiet down, but there was damaging consequences as a result of the improper oil that was utilized at the other facility. The vehicle was sold with a warranty and we asked the customer to drive the vehicle for a couple of days after the proper oil was utilized at our service center to see if the problem would resolve. That being said we are being publicly reviewed with online postings to doing business that is not fair nor honest. We here at Elite Motors have and will always deliver to our customers the service that has supported our great reputation over 20 plus years. That is a true statement which supports our 20 plus year tenure as a top rated sales and service center. We appreciate our past and future customers taking this time to read this explanation . We truly thank and appreciate all your business... Thanks Elite Motor Sales and service..........by the way the warranty replaced the motor in there vehicle.and it only cost them 100.00 dollars.

Negative stars here.Not very happy.I bought my truck here.Dave salesman did his job well. But I do not care for lot. I had my truck a couple days Air Conditioning worked fine(it 90 degrees when I bought the truck in late August).A week later I went to use the defrost.Fan only worked on vents.I took the truck back.They fixed it,but with a attitude.Acting like they were doing Me a big favor. Fixing the truck THEY sold me.No They did not charge Me.But,They broke the dash deck all up and wanted to charge Me for that.I said NO. Now 6 months later and 2,000 miles later.I am having a new front end put on my truck.Which is 1500.DOLLARS out of my pocket. I bought a warranty,that is NOT worth what I paid and not worth the paper it is wrote on.I am happy?NO. Next question,will I sent anyone?No.And is one better would I sent my worst enemy?Not even on a bad day.

Shady people doing shady business.Looking to make a buck off of anyone.Took my car in for repairs.I was told that the oil leak was fixed, when in actuality there were 2 leaks and only one was fixed.Drove away, oil all over the ground after I parked it.Chris the mechanics exact words, Its coming from the dipstick tube in the oil pan I took care of the one leak for free I cant push my luck because the other leak is a little involved just get rid of the car.Dave lied to my face and so did the mechanic Chris.Untrustworthy.Scam.

STAY AWAY !!! I made the mistake on buying a truck from these guys last month . First problem was when signing the contract we noticed that the price of the truck was $1000 more then on there website. So are so called salesman Dave had to redo the contract and when doing so he mixed up my cosigner and me the buyer up on new contract. I also signed a paper about if Dave was to make a mistake on the paperwork that he would fix it , thats far from whats going on . I called Dave the next day a few times i kept getting he was busy, but what Dave did was waited for the bank to fund the load before he called me back. Now to fix this problem we need to go to the bank and they need to run both of the credits again to do a refinance on the newly bought truck . Dave could care less that he messed up on the contract. On top of that now i have to put $700 in to parts for the breaks are bad . And just paid my first payment . STAYAWAY FROM THIS SMALL CAR LOT !!!!It was already said and done with my girl on the loan before you had to redo the paper work because you added 1000 dollars to the price of the truck so keep acting confused about the truth so what else do you have

Poor service never buy a car from them again we only had to truck for 3months and it needs a engine thanks a lot Elite Motor I got a engine put in in two dayz and you Guys had my truck and dont know it needed a engine well yall did know and didnt want to do the job so i took it somewhere else Thanks alot unknown auto repair. Elite was say i put the wrong oil in my truck you was wrong again you could only put motor craft in it...everybody aint Dumb or Stupid when it comes to car and i have recipes to prove that its motor craft oil in my truck elite motor sales did not want to honor my warantee because they said it was bad oil on it which is a lie and my deductable was $100 and the ppl got paid 2000$ you guys said yall was going to put new plugs in but didnt not....

I bought a truck from there and my mother got a truck from there .they take the check engine light out so its not lite up showing there something wrong but when you get the vehicle scan theres multiple codes ..the sales men are nice except when they say they cant get you approved for the truck you want and try to sell you something else that is a pos .i told them I dont want and he said Im trying to help you and your screwing my around .when I told him I dont want it and all of a sudden Im approved for the truck I wanted all along . The truck I bought is a good truck runs good and everything besides for the check engine light was taken out due to a EGR code which is an easy fix dont know why they didnt just fix it so I wouldnt say dont go there but I would just watch for the check engine light being taken out.

Purchased a Chevy tahoe 3 months ago and the heads already blew on it, would not reccomend. Numerous other things clearly wrong with truck not to mention the half ass paint job they did to make it black thats already started peeling. I know what can happen purchasing a used vehicle but this takes the cake and really shows the effort they put towards their products. Stay clear
