Just received a box with two cans of SEM Cordovan Brown, that I never ordered. I have never herd of this place! I can not make contact with them by phone or E-mail to clear this up. Seems a little shady at best.

Believe what you read in the other reviews - avoid buying from this place. I placed an order, received confirmation that they received my order and said they would let me know when it shipped with a tracking number. I didnt need it right away and actually forgot about it. Tried to call them at the number on the invoice and it was disconnected. Finally found a different number and called them after it had been 3 weeks to see what happened or when it would be shipped, and was told that it just shows it was cancelled on their end - with no reason or explanation why it was cancelled. Talked to 2 different people who were rude and didnt seem to really care. With that type of customer service I dont think they will be open long term.

I ordered 6 items, they charged me for all 6 but only sent 1. I have tried numerous times to contact them and no response. It appears that this is a scam operation set up to steal your money. Wish I read some of the other reviews before I got taken.

Purchased paint from the eBay store they only sent half the order I called the store they gave me the owners phone number he said he would ship the other half of my order out and never did. Total scammers read the reviews wish we could do one star

Placed an online order almost a month ago and still no update on shipping or anything. No phone # listed on site so you need to hunt to find any contact info. Using online contact form is useless as they dont bother reading or replying. Having to report order as fraud as there seems to be no way to actually get to talk to anyone at this store. Stay away!

Bought a Christmas gift for a sata. Ended up being the wrong part so we sent it back. The part was $282 and they gave me $150 back saying they took 50% because it was missing parts or used. There was no way it was used by us bc it did not even fit his spray gun (wrong size for the wrong gun which he knew when he opened the box) it came with a medal Gage and a straw. I sent both pieces back. When you call the store to see what happened and why they decided to refund HALF they tell you to email that they cant do anything over the phone... Apparently they cant look up parts over the phone according to your order which I find very strange.Id suggest finding another company that wont rip you off.

I will never go back to this store again. I did walk in and order paint and I provide them with the paint code. when I took it to the shop to start work on my vehicle first open the con they told me it is a different color completely different from what I have . I took it back to the store . they didnt even try to fix the mistake or refund my money after I was spending every month over $700 at that store. I will do the business with someone else who deserve it .you guys are scam especially the owner

Had an online order. Bad customer service. Had to email four times just to get a fake tracking number. Luckily I got refunded after 2 weeks. Item was never shipped.

Bought a gallon of sealer from these guys and they didnt have the courtesy to shake it after it seemed like it sat for ages. Tried to first shake it by hand, no luck didnt even change, the resign was seperated. Tried to mix it with a paint sick, ended up breaking the paint stick on the first attempted stir and the sealer went right into my eyes. I thought i was going to go blind it hurt so bad. Never is it worth losing sight and the hassle of not seeing for a while and eyes burning for almost 2 days. NEVER BUYING AGAIN.

Ordered item online, emailed twice for update, called number and its not in service. So I checked PayPal and Paypal had already caught it was a scam site and voided the transaction. DO not give this place your money, they wont send you product you order!Order was cancelled by company bc they realized they could charge more. Poor customer service when responding to emails and claimed my zip code was wrong, which it wasnt bc I used PayPal. Would not recommend or purchase from ever in the future.

Not only did I find everything I needed for the job that I was working on at the time, I also saved a great deal. Mike and Alex are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Discontinued products are listed on their web site. When called to ask why my order did not ship, was told the item was back ordered. When i told them it was a discontinued product and they will not be able to get it, then they finally said my order was cancelled. Disorganized, bad service or worse. Never occurred to them they should let me know when I had requested two day shipping..

Ordered paint off Ebay. My paint arrived spilled out into box. I got pictures and sent it to them. I emailed no reply , after a while they emailed back but was very rude. I want new paint or my money back.

Scam artist. The don’t have all the products they list. They will take your money then ignore emails and phone calls

Gave me the wrong paint. Should have been three stage but they gave the regular stuff and said that’s going to work. Ended up costing me labor to get I t sprayed then had to get paint from another paint shop which gave me the correct stuff and didn’t even need to get it blended. Stay away from these idiots.

Found this local store through a Google search. Drove 45 minutes to check it out. They had the 2K clear gloss I was looking for. Heavyset counterman tells me its $20. I look around some more and decide to buy the 2K. Counterman now says its $25 after doublechecking. Well, I was able to doublecheck too. I found they had an eBay store and two cans of 2K were listed as $38.99 with free shipping. In this day and age of small businesses hurting and Amazon dominance, why would you scam a local buyer with the potential for continued business? Well, after reading their eBay reviews it isnt just walk up customers theyre scamming - 120 negative or neutral feedback ratings in 12 months. Looks like Im buying elsewhere for all my painting supplies.
