Good customer service. Bought a tank that didnt work with my battery. Full refund. Even opened coils to try to make it work. Higher price than online but it is a business. Very fair. No complaints.

This place is a ripoff!!!! I bought vape juice nkd100 salt 35mg and he charged 30.00 a bottle.He said it was high priced because of taxes!!Wrong.....It can be bought at any convenience store for 20.00 or less and online for 12 bucks.This is price gouging at its finest......go somewhere else..save money...I will never give them a dime again...

While the shop is quite tiny, the staff have always been extremely nice and helpful. They have a plethora of products and even sell individual cotton filters of youd prefer not to buy a whole box. They also get back to your questions promptly with Facebook messenger!

Awesome vape shop to sit and chill! Brian and Nicole are awesome and the only shop I go to now. Great selection for flavors, really reasonable priced mods. Probably the best deals around central mass!! Stop going wherever you’re going and stop over here. It’s located in a plaza with places to eat, groceries, laundromat, bowling alley and even a pet store!! Comfy chairs to sit in and one of the few shops you can vape in! Can’t stress enough how good these guys are :)

Me and my boyfriend went there the other day just to get new juice, coil and drip tip and when we left there was an issue with our vape and we couldn’t figure out why. It kept saying “check atomizer”. When we got back to have them take a look at it the shop was already closed but seeing as how we were just there they let us in. Not only are the staff there very friendly and extremely helpful but the man who was helping us(I didn’t catch his name) stayed late past closing and took apart our entire vape just so we could figure it out before leaving that day when he could of very well said we are closed please come back tomorrow. He tried everything he could and finally it worked!! Thank you so much for above and beyond customer service!! This shop is awesome!!😃

Cloud 9 has always been the friendliest plce to go and get help and information on devices and juices. They dont say what you want to hear just to sell you somthing that wont be in your best interest. The staff is great and they are very accomidating and will do their best to get things that are usually in stock and will always make a call to the customer to let them know their product has come in. All around great experience time after time. Thank you guys for being incredible!!

These guys are great to deal with!!!! They are very knowledgeable about the industry and the products they sell, as well as the pros and cons to vaping. Which they doesnt seem to be main cons especially compared to smoking. I would recommend cloud 9 to any person who is a heavy into vaping or any person like my self who is new to vaping and looking for a alternative to smoking cigarettes.

Read owners response before this...I was in desperate need to swap out my burned disgusting coil for a new one with fresh juice. I reluctantly called cloud 9 instead of my trusted shop located in worcester and asked if they had the coil I needed, the employee on the phone claimed to carry the coils for all models of the smok tank I had so I drove out to ware to pick it up. When i got there I was told they didnt have any coils for it, when I asked to see the cheapest tank the employee was evasive to actually show me the cheaper merchandise.
