Really like this storage. Its definitely one of the cleanest ones I have been too. Your able to access the property through the app if you have it downloaded. It makes going in a breeze. The place seems very secure. For the months we have had our stuff stored here. We havent encountered any problems. I have stored things in other storages and get my stuff invaded by different critters.

We needed a large storage space quickly. We called to see if we could see the spaces and get info on pricing. David was very helpful and patient with us. He showed us the different spaces and helped us with the rental contract. He worked into his lunch time to finish help us. Thank you David. Excellent service.

We went there for a birthday party. We expected a brewery, but its more of a bar. 1st time there! Dodger game was on! Cornhole! Beautiful weather! I dont know if that contributed, but we had a GREAT time!Lots of choices of beer! The servers were friendly, polite and knowledgeable.If youre looking for a place to hang out with friends, try it.

Price for storage is too expensive! I paid the same for a two bedroom, two bath apartment in the late 80’s!

Ive had 1 or two units here for over 10 years and have been very satisfied. Customer service has always been responsive and theyve recently demonstrated how attentive they are to security. I inadvertently left my unit unlocked and Laurie contacted me immediately to check for any disturbance.The app with remote control access is the best thing ever. You dont have to pull over to the leftmost side and wait for the gate to open completely before entering anymore. You can open the gate with your iPhone and enter/exit very quickly. Combined with a drive up unit, this storage solution is very convenient and easily accessible.Thanks again, Laurie.

Extra Space Storage @ 20671 Valley Blvd Walnut is a great place.Jesse was very helpful and informative in answering all our questions.The facility is well maintained and the surrounding area is more desirable compared to other locationsThe storage units are well kept, clean and are secure.Price is comparable, though a bit higher, i dont mind paying the few extra dollars for a better location.

My experience with Laurie and all of the Extra space staff has been nothing short of phenomenal. I am highly impressed at her 5 star service. This was a relief as I called about 10 other storage places with no return phone call and/or tiny spaces a professional truck driver could not back into. There are 3 storage facilities within a mile of my home and I chose this one which is a 15 minute drive based on the cleanliness of the lot and Laurie s dedication to customer service.
