The people in the shoe section were amazingly helpful! They know their products. They can narrow it down for you.

Visited Sports Basement which is a vast store. I went for hiking boots and found a good pair of Hokas. They have all brands of shoes and clothes, staff is helpful.

Went to Mountain Mikes for a serious Friday night Pizza to take home. Ample parking available. It was my sons idea, bacon, pepperoni and pineapple, I thought it was just crazy enough to work. The pizza was even better than I imagined. Masks are currently required inside.

This collection of shops and restaurants is conveniently located across from Heather Farms in Walnut Creek. There are abundant restaurants that make this a must visit location. Great shoe shops and one of my favorite stores is the Sports Basement. They have great clothes and fabulous outdoor sports equipment. If you are looking for pastries, fresh baked bread or the ultimate cake for a very special occasion, A Sweet Affaire, is located in the Ygnacio Plaza Shopping Center and it is my must favorite bakery/lunch stop.

T4 is great place to stop after a nice walk through the park across the street.

This is my local shopping area and it is well maintained and has some good small businesses and services. I wish it had a grocery store, but it is still a good place to find good take out (or dine in when we can do that again), mail a package, get a haircut, visit an independent pharmacy, workout, dry cleaning, massage, and several other things!

Its a nice strip mall with a great assortment of eateries. Burgers, pizzas, a bakery, a Mediterranean food place, a boba tea place to name a few. There is also a T. J. Max and a Sports Basement here. Conveniently located next to a Chevron gas station too! There are also a couple of free electric car charging stations!

Nice suburban shopping center. No complaints.

Fairly typical shopping center, with a mix of small retail shops, small fast food shops, small restaurants, etc, etc. No real complaints, other than traffic can be a little bit of a challenge getting in and out because its adjacent to a major boulevard. But nothing insurmountable.

Extensive sporting goods store. Its a very comfortable atmosphere in the salespeople are not pushing at all. Theyre there to help and they will if you ask.

Im not really a fan of a shopping center without a grocery store or even a drug store. Both went away many years ago and have been replaced with retail stores. The grocery store became sporting goods and the drug store became a store that sells a bunch of random stuff that I dont really have any use for at prices that are not amazing. There are a few good restaurants though.

Convenient location but traffic in the late afternoon.

Parking is great and one has to watch for cars AND people. Nothing negative to say at the moment 😉

They have a huge selection of sporting equipment all under one roof and reasonable prices too.

There are is a milk tea shop, a few sandwich shops, a TJ Max, some restaurants, and a Sports Basement here. A nice plaza to visit if/when the shops you want to visit are open.

Gas station for your vehicles needs or your needs. Sportsbasement is conveniently located in there too for any or most of your sports needs. along with many food options. Kinders is in there too. And then a nice big park across the road to walk off all the yummy foods you ate.

They have everything the athlete or outdoors person could want, within reason. The staff is helpful and someone there will be answer your questions.

Went to Sports Basement and had a good experience. Seemed like the whole center was open...little to no parking available.

Convenient neighborhood shopping

This is an older, outdoor shopping center with ample parking and a varied collection if retailers and businesses, from a bank (Chase) to several fitness studios to (at last count) half a dozen eateries. as the property is older and the rents theoretically lower, there are no big names here (they are all further east along Ygnacio Valley), but this area has a quaint charm to it. the adjacent neighborhood is great for low key runs and cycling.

T4 great Staff. Worked very hard to complete orders after business had already closed. They completed already processed orders even though many late arriving. Awesome Staff of three

Stopped here to pick up lunch at Kinders. Grilled chicken club...delicious! Getting out of the parking lot there was harder than it needed to be. Following the main strip along the store only gets u tucked away into a parking area that you have to back all the way out of to actually reach an exit. Kinders though 5 stars!

They pumped out a grease trap right onto the asphalt and left it like that for everyone to drive thrpugh and dirty their carI assume the thing was clogged and they called a service to unclog it, but its very unprofessional to just pump it all over the parking lot.

Its a nice and lively plaza. There are lots of activities going on. The sports basement is a big attraction. Peets coffee is very nice, nice staff although its usually very busy. Sweet Affairs is great for desert. Also lots of food places but none is exciting.

Must try the bakery in the corner

My family and I enjoy coming to the shopping center due to the many varieties of food and desserts. Plus who doesnt love sports basement.

This shopping center has a wonderful selection of places to eat with a nice area to sit and eat so whomever your with has their choice of what to eat. One thing I will say though is that this shopping center gets extremely crowded and parking can be pretty bad at times. Still overall a good spot to check out especially for lunch

Sports Basement offers so much! They have reasonable prices on sports related items and they offer many classes. I recommend you stop in! There is something for everyone!

Good parking

Running late the other night and needed mouth guard for kids with braces. Girl on the phone was great she asked me questions to make sure she got the right one and then told me she would hold it at the register. I made it 10 mins before closing and was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service :)

The bike shop has the most skilled people to assist. Gino is knowledgeable in all facets of bike fit, saddle fit or just adjustment to the bike for a painless century. There trustworthy people check it out Sports basement.

This place is interesting. I feel as though they are overpriced on many things which I find to be less expensive somewhere else. Ive aldo had some cold experiences with some employees. For instance I went in to look at a new bike..( I have a lot of tatoos and often am treated differently by many folks) When a bicycle specialist came to ask me if I needed help and I told him Im looking to get back into mountain biking, his eyes looked me up and down, then he took me to the cheapest bikes in the shop and he began acting as if i was stopping him from other things he could be doing. I told him I am looking for a higher end mountain bike and if he could show me those.. He took me to them and immediately walked over to help another person who looked a bit more wealthy.. There were 3 other people who could have helped that person. Needless to say, I walked out with my $4500.00 and likely wont be back again. Tatoos work like that, they alert you to people and businesses which arent worth supporting

It has a good variety of shops and food places. Parking is always available. The walkabout shoe shop is a great local find. Sports basement is of course a go to place at the plaza. I am not fond of the fact that have not been able to hold a grocery store there for some time and probably wont be one soon given the new one just a mile down YV.

As far as strip malls go, this place hasnt deteriorated as much as Concord & Pleasant Hill strip malls- Yet. The Standard/Chevron station on the pad site is the de facto anchor store. Its probably still safe to go there at night.

Lots of dining options. I recommend the Japanese restaurant for their teriyaki and tempura. And a little retail therapy at TJM never hurts.

A neighborhood shopping center without a supermarket or a drug store?!? Whats up with that? A few good small shops bring me in from time to time but a fresh produce market would be really helpful.
