Wow, these guys are FAST! My bosss phone screen broke and he really needed it repaired. Got squeezed in same day and was repaired within twenty minutes of arrival! Great work!

I had my iPhone screen replaced recently. After the repair was performed I noticed the screen is a lot less responsive. It takes twice as long to type emails and text messages because the new screen they installed keeps missing keystrokes. Super frustrating. I reached out to i-Caramba to inquire about how to resolve this issue, and got ignored. They will not even reply to me! Very disappointing. I cant keep functioning like this, so Now I have to have my screen replaced again at Apple. Sad thing is, the price is almost the same from Apple as it is from i-Caramba iphone Repair Service.

This establishment is really the best at fixing Apple products. Price is worth the service. I came in with a broken iPad Air 2 case, fixed it within a few hours. They offer a long lasting warrant if any trouble should arrive after the repair. The service is top notch and quality of work is A1. I def would redolent to anyone who has the same issues. To add they also have multiple locations as well.

Took my lap top for repair. The gentleman quickly did what he thought might fix the problem. He didnt charge me anything but said he will charge me if the problem is not fixed when I bring it back for a permanent repair. The problem is fixed and didnt have to take it back to him. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly. I came in looking for a present for my friend and they were very kind and accommodating and helped fix my phone for a reasonable price. Much much better than driving all the way to State Street for the Apple Store.

Maya was my first and only contact, she helped me booking the appointment for the next day. Finding the place was not easy, make sure you enter in the first small street right behind Chick-fill-A. There are a bunch of offices there, keep walking and youll find it. Maya looked at my smashed screen, took it away and within 15 minutes it looked like new. Make sure to try the phone before, because if there is anything different Maya can fix that back. Quick and accessible, although I wish I never have to pay for a new screen again, $79 seems kind of ok...

Not your average phone repair store...more like a one-stop shop for everything mobile. As a matter of fact, the store itself is mobile! They came to my place and repaired my phone on the spot! I was impressed by the outside of the truck when i walked up for my appointment and when the technician opened the door i was blown away. They had all kinds of goodies (accessories) for phones! Ron had my phone back operational and looking like new in a jiffy.By the way, everyone i spoke with was very personable, from the gal that scheduled my appointment to the technician (Ron) that repaired my phone. I really appreciate the friendliness that they showed....they kind of make you feel more like an acquaintance than a customer.

These guys are excellent and highly trained. They saved my phone, thought it was lost forever. Also fixed my work phone, an old windows phone which most places dont work on.They can order any part and work with it.

Wouldnt come to West Oakland even though I saw their truck outside once. Asked me what time I wanted. I said afternoon, they said, I mean, the traffics gonna be pretty bad.... These guys are CLOWNS. Also, dont believe their fake self-done reviews such as Unbeatable price and service. They told me $129 for a iPhone 6 screen, Apple Store does it for $109 so theyre not beating anyone in price or service.

Found this location on Google. The reviews are very accurate on the high quality of work, speed, and reasonable cost of repair. Hopefully, will not be back, but will return in a heart beat if I need a repair.

My boyfriend broke his screen on his S8+ while we were in Thailand on vacation. I called i-Caramba upon our return and Maya answered my call. Unfortunately, they don’t repair the S8 or S8+. She also let me know that due to the screen curve, she doesn’t believe anyone does, and my cheapest option would be going directly through Samsung support. I’ve totally been on the phone with other screen repair companies before that just let you know they “don’t fix that”, and hang up. My iPad screen shattered, so I ordered the parts on Amazon not knowing this amazing company was also locally here in Fort Bragg, CA. Long story short, the home installation was not successful so I was referred to these folks, Ron, by a friend and I am SO GLAD I was! He was so nice, excellent service. Even came by my work to pick It up and drop it off! Who does that?! This company! Not only was the service great but my iPad was good as new and I am so thankful. Do not trust these people. They charge me 100$ to fix my phone but they didn’t and also didn’t return my money and when I went to pick up my phone they said they donated my phone because it wasn’t working 😳They never called me to update me about my phone and I had to call them several times to follow up, and at the end they didn’t give me my phone back. horrible people and customer service
