I love this place has some very unique things for all special occasions. But I wish the prices was a little lower. I do get coupons and make sure I use those via text.

Looking for farm birthday this time. I was told to look online (again). They had one group in the store, but it looked like a child had drawn it. No coordinating balloons. No coordinating wrapping paper.I am a crafty person, but I dont always want to make what I need.I can buy the exact same stuff they have in the store at Walmart for less and I can buy the exact same stuff they have online at several retailers for less.

This is the place to go for school spirit! Inexpensive and decent options for most of the popular team colors. I do hate how they want you to give your email every time you check out.

Party City has a good selection of party things and accessories. You have to be on top of checking out their prices, but they were pretty good and the selection of stuff was really good. Their app is helpful showing what is in stock and ready to walk in and buying was easy. This location was pretty busy when we were there.

Came in here to purchase some balloons for my daughters birthday and asked for some help. The woman there who went by Rochelle was not friendly and more or less obviously hated her job. But was there was no need to be unpleasant with me. Wasnt very happy with her but luckily there was a young gentleman who was very helpful and pleasant.

This Party City store is not far from my home and I have been there a couple of times recently. My 5 year old just had a birthday and we needed supplies. The store is very well organized and they carry everything you need for most any party. The staff are a young crew but very nice and helpful.

In past years Party City has been a great place to shop for a Halloween costume, but unfortunately this year that was not the case. For some reason there was a MUCH more limited selection of costumes. They seemed to concentrate more on young childrens costumes this year. There was not the same variety of accessories, masks, etc. Not sure if this will be a new theme.

Just visited your location and was less than impressed. The was 1 person being waited on and we waited for 15 minutes. Korrie walked by us numerous times and never acknowledged us. There we 2 registers with lights on and only 1 cashier. Even a simple someone will be right with you would be been nice .

Excellent place, always has all the party supplies Im looking for. We always wait to buy any party supplies until we come down to here and we stock up for the full year of birthdays. I just wish they would open one in Traverse City, MI.

I just went in and was told that they packed up all of their Fiesta themed decorations to make room for Halloween. How do you call yourselves Party City and then pack away an entire theme?The only good thing was that an employee greeted me right away and I didnt waste a bunch of time looking for something that wasnt there.

Im really upset with the customer service. We went in to buy football game gear, and the ladies told us that we were not allowed to stay past 8:30, they kicked us out two minutes before 8:30. A real party pooper.

Balloons have holes! The customer service was great (which is why I didnt give one star) BUT our large $10.00 Pikachu balloon I bought had a small hole in it. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed it had lost quite a bit of air. I didnt even want to spend that much on 1 balloon but I did so I could make it up to my child for not being able to get the character party supplies that they didnt even have (even though it showed it on their website). My child was disappointed twice now from the same store. I drove 40 miles to waste my $ and end up with a very disappointed child. It didnt even last one day! I cant drive another 80 miles (round trip) to fix THEIR mistake and waste more of my $! The dollar store balloons (for $1) last over a week...that is where I am going to go to buy my balloons from now on.
