Tried returning 2 pairs of shoes I had never worn with my receipt (bought them last week) and the lady over the counter (young, brown hair) declined to take back the shoes and had a terrible “better than” attitude. Now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of shoes and I’ll make sure to never come back to this location!

Went looking for cute white sandals on my lunch hour, but there were few to choose from, so I ended up getting some slipons instead. So at least I found something to go with my dress. The store was clean and not cluttered. Possibly their inventory was low, because I saw lots of empty shelf space. But I missed being greeted when I walked in the door like at the Grandville store where I usually shop.

We had a great experience with Shoe Carnival today. My daughter found a pair of Van shoes she couldnt live without. They were the light green ones. She likes them and Im happy for her.

I bought business casual and weekend comfort shoes today and yesterday. And, I will be going back for more eventually.

My son and husband found and purchased shoes. As always, though, I found quite a few that I liked and would have purchased, but they were not in my size.

I came into this store looking for shoes for a wedding. The customer service here was so terrible that even after finding a pair of shoes I was interested in, I set them down and walked out. I haven’t been treated this poorly in a long time. Just a shame. I have spent a lot of money with them in the past. But I will never again.

The worker Rebecca in g.r helped me track down a pair of shoes I tried to return that I ordered in the mail they told me to return to a store for size exvhange . There was only 1 store in c.o that had the pair I needed. She cudnt place it to give me the exchange bc she cudnt find them available on her screen die to there being 1 pair she told me try online to see if I cud find the pir in c.o available i did nd she refunded me for the last pair and the new one is on the way!!!

Was easy to go in shop and get out.

They finally stocked up on krocs which I never wore until I had a major surgery I couldnt wear gym shoes due to swelling but the krocs are so comfortable. Bought 4 pair today with a total of 8 pairs so far.

Found my shoe size with no issue in several brands. Both people at checkout were nice and happy to help even though we were checking out at closing time. Thanks for the great service.

We stopped in to purchase shoes just before the store closed. All of the employees were very helpful, one went into the backroom twice to look for items & one took the time to clarify with the manager the exact return policy for me. I seldom shop for shoes here, but my experience was very positive and not only will I recommend, I will most likely return myself.

Has a lot of shoes to get but dont have a lot of every brand they have vans, nike and pumas. But they do require masks.

Went here to purchase some new shoes. the employee that was helping me stood over me while I tried them on like he thought I was going to steal the damn things. Super uncomfortable. Got to the point where I literally had to tell them to give me a few minutes to decide.

I finally found the size I needed in the style I liked and I got in line behind two people that were doing crazy exchanges they finally call a second cashier up and she overcharges me. I go look it says $29 not 44 so I come back and I said it says $29 not $44 and she says go back and get the sign for me so I did. The signage was so poorly put together that I ended up walking out.

Took my grand daughter to get shoes and took her 45 minutes to find the right ones.They are clean and friendly.

Poor mid-size shoe selection. Lots for tiny feet and extra extra large ones. Poor service, loud and impatient cashiers. I was on the floor for at least 45 minutes looking and not a single person greeted or asked if they could help. The prices are way too high for this kind of service!

It was several employees in the store and I was the only customer. They did not greet me nor acknowledged I was there. I walked down several of the aisles they were stocking on. There was even one employee at the door and didn’t say hello. Horrible customer service!

They never have shoes for my daughter in stock. They always tell me they can order them. Well so can I, but she likes likes to try them on.

If you require masks to shop in your store. I suggest you close all your stores. You dont need our business!!!

There is senior citizen discount every Tuesday for 10% off your entire purchase. You need to be 55 years old to get this deal. Theres also military discount of 10% off your order

Products and selection are decent. The prices and promos are good. The staff leaves a lot of room for improvement. They go through the routine of corporate politeness but seem cold and unhelpful. Also they tried to kick me out a while back because they thought i was waiting for a bus while it was raining. I was waiting for said bus(which i then took to Payless).

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We started in Muskegon and expressed how much trouble it was for her to find us a pair of shoes online, even though we had a picture of what we wanted from their site. She said, they have them in GR. So we get to a store in GR just to be told they dont have any in West Michigan.

Best place to get name brand, stylish shoes for the whole family and not break the bank. Clean and well stocked.

If i could give a -5 star review i would, i went in there looking for a size 6 black and white flytraps, i asked the ladies for help, because the shoe wasnt even with their boxes, one of them asked what size was i looking for and i said 6, without looking she reply with a hum yea we dont have it i proceeded to go after 30 mins or more of looking around to wanting to ordered online with them, bringing the shoe to register, and they never move out of their comfort zone just gossiping on register, to tell me to bring them the box, so they could find the shoe, how was i going to bring the box if they never showed me the box to begin with, such a horrible service, i was going to purchase 2 pair of shoes and you guys allow hires like that to ruin your business

Look at my reviews and youll see, im not usually hard to please, but if I owned this store, the long brown haired guy with glasses, wouldve been fired! I asked the guy if they had either of the shoes I was holding in 12 wide? His reply: all the shoes in stock are on the floor, and walked away! I was gonna ask the person at the register, so I didnt have to go through all 12 wide, but he was helping others at least, so after all the 12 wide were on the floor, it came to my attention they must not have them, had he been better at the only job he had, SERVICING THE CUSTOMER, hed had less of a mess to clean up!!

Not once asked by staff if I needed assistance, one staff member by the cash registers was talking very loud. The shoes here are over priced, even Meijer down the road is cheaper and has a better selection of mens work boots..Do not recommend and will not return.
