Great selection and we love walking through the store looking at everything. Staff is friendly. We bought a cool clock here that we like alot.

Very slow...not many customers. Still not sure why they closed down the Grandville one when that one was so busy. The main reason why we went into the store was to order an item and use a coupon that had just expired. They told me at the counter in order to use any coupons they must be associated with my email address. I have never heard of that before and when I went to the store on 28th Street they were so helpful and allowed me to use my coupons. The ladies at the counter at the Alpine store were not very helpful, when we were standing in line a lady walked up and just stood there looking at the other lady. I went up to them and said that I needed to order something online, then she got really happy and was like I can help you with that. When I said that at the other store I was able to use the coupons she said she didnt know and that they could scan them, well then thats when they didnt even try and help with that.

Went to get neigbbor candles for bday ..GOT ME A COUPLE SMALL ONES ..SMELL SO RELAXING...IF COURSE BOUGHT GIFT CARD FIRST to gain speedway points...smart man ..

This is very clean store. We did not see see anyone without mask today. Some items that we were looking for were plentiful and stocked, however some areas there is less available in the departments. It seems like there is more room in the aisles and the different departments. I believe this is to help with the cleaning. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very high ratio of their products are made in China and are very flimsy. They do have a large variety of items that are often useful, however dont expect them to last or work well.

Great. I found what I needed. I was looking for knives, they had a reputable brand. Also I purchased towels. Nice quality for the price.The person that helped me was knowledgeable and nice

Not really sure how much Id shop here because the prices are pretty much higher than other places. I renowned then did do have a good sale or the clearance section has a good item or 2. All raw clean store friendly staff members thanks Bed Bath & Beyond for being open during my shopping needs.

Really enjoyed our visit to the Alpine Ave. store. Very clean and easy to navigate. Our cashier (very red hair) was incredible! So nice and very proficient! Her great attitude really made or shopping experience fantastic!

Seemed a little stuffy or almost pretentious which is a little strange for a mid-level shop. Staff seemed under trained or had a lack of sincerity. I get that its work but a smile and thank you is nice when checking out.

The store is well organized and the staff is great. Some of their products are s little over priced.

Queen size bedding stock was scarce

I love the bath bombs and soaps and body wash products.

This place has some awesome stuff! Some of it very unique. It is a very cool place to check out. They have all kinds of items from dish sets, towels, bedding, bath items to gadgets that you did not even know you needed. They are a bit pricey, but some items you may not be able to find elsewhere.

I know we probably just caught the girl at the end of a long day. But hey, be nice. We stopped to bring an online purchase back. We stood at the register, one worker left and the other kept working her register totally ignoring us standing at the other register. We asked if someone was doing returns and she barked at us to get it the other line. Meanwhile another worker came, called us to her register and very pleasantly took care of us.

Was very clean and organized.. I did notice the isles that used to be quite crowded.. Im now very wide and open its like they got rid of half the store.. but definitely wide open for you to shop safely

Even with the coupons im never really impressed with the prices. They did have what i was looking for though, and the store was clean, and the staff were kind.

They had exactly what I needed and great prices plus I love the 20% off coupons I get in the mail! Helpful and polite associates really knew the stores!

My fiancé and I had the worst experience yesterday. We scheduled a registry consultation for 1/14/21 at 7:30pm, showed up early, and went in. There was no one else in the store besides us. Two ladies who were working the registers up front were talking with each other looked at us like we were a bother when we approached them. I asked them where we go to find the registry department. She said, “Ohhhh, yeah, we don’t do that anymore, just pull it up on your phone”. So we spent the next 10 minutes trying to figure out the app and scanner on the phone, walked around the store for a bit with no idea what to do, then promptly walked out. While we were there, co-workers were yelling and sarcastically joking to each other across the aisles, “would you pay $6.50 for a trashcan? I wouldn’t” and other things. The whole experience just felt cold and we felt unwanted and will no longer be registering with Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

Theyre kind people there. Also,Its very clean and organized there too. Theyre taking precautions for everyone too.

Great place for supplies

The inventory is sparse . Went there for 4 items that were in the sales flyer, no where to be found. The girl working the floor said they havent had that stuff in a while. Smells like bait and switch to me.Half the stuff in the store didnt have prices on it and the price on some of the items were wrong.One check out lane open and 7 people in line. The girl at the checkout kept calling for help up front and nobody showed up.

I really love this place. Staff is friendly and things are all where they should be in the store. Organized and CLEAN! This is a store I will visit again.

Honestly the couple people working that I interacted with for whatever reasons were all so helpful and pleasant. Literally left with a smile because of how nice the woman was who rang me out. She actually showed me how to find a coupon on my phone, saved me like 72 bucks!

I wanted a “My pillow “ but unfortunately Bed Bath and Beyond doesn’t believe in the first amendment. Never shopping here again!

Not very many people in store. Fast in and fast chech out. They did not have the waffle iron I wanted. Oh well. I got the other items I needed.

Something for everyone. I always find something useful I have to have when I shop here. It can be a little pricey but I have found that you do indeed get what you paid for when you shop here.

Id give it 4 1/2 stars if I could...always find something unique in the store...selection is also good hate to see this corporation downsize...fit this store into an outing!

Had pizza for takeout, it was great!

Plenty of selection and helpful personnel with lots of stock. Very well laid out and very clean. We were looking for very specific shades of curtains which we did not find but the variety of colors and textures in stock was impressive. Well probably be back when we arent so specific.

I like going to this store to find all kinds of kitchen gadgets. They have a great selection of linens, towels, dishes, vanity products and a lot of little fun things. I like to buy stocking stuffers here as well as kitchen tools and supplies. The staff is very helpful and eager to help.

Love this place, but today . . . They were out of one of the items I wanted. No offer to call other stores or order it online for me. They told me I could go online and order it. No info on having it sent to store or shipping for home. When my son worked there, that was standard procedure to do for the customer. I guess I got used to that.

I went in with. Gift card for christmas. I found a spice rack that work wonderful! The space in my cupboard is so much better, and I can see all the spices at once!

So much fun stuff! But the real deals here are in the clearance aisles.

I am writing about my recent experience the Rob the manager. He seemed to have a great relationship with his employees in terms of moral, i have been to this location 4 times in the past couple months and everyone has been extremely helpful. Rob went above and beyond to help us and find the correct product wading through the computer system.The store had great selection that was well displayed and neat. If i need to go to bed bath and beyond (we come from directly in between two bed bath and beyond) i will choose this store.

The Bed Bath and Beyond on Alpine Ave is really nice and big. This store is larger than other BBandB stores. Besides sheets, towels etc.. it also has a large variety of health and beauty products. And a big variety of travel size items. A nice store to shop at.

Great place to find anything for the home. Love the coupons too! Sign up for their emails or give them your address for those. My over $50 purchase only cost me $30 out the door!! Love, love, love it!

I LOVE this place!!! They have all sorts of stuff that I never know I need until I see it. The staff is very helpful and I like the fact that they have As Seen on TV stuff. That way I can gauge the quality for myself. Sales people are well-versed in the things they sell and where they can be found. I like BBB almost as much as I do Bath and Body Works.

Very disorganized store. Several items on a sale table that were not actually on sale, and a very unpleasant employee at customer service who let me stand at the empty lanes for several minutes without bothering to let me know that she could check me out. Only redeeming quality was the very nice employee in the bedding section.

Management was rude when i asked for help with something she told me yeah ill get somebody to help you n continued to walk away i waited 15 minutes and finally left i wont ever return

Did as we always do we were there for one item and come back with quite a few different things. Best things are the coupons that they let you use together and it seems to sort of all appropriately. Im also always a fan of as seen on TV products. My largest criticism for the store would be how tight everything is in together and very hard to get around if theres any number of people in the store.

I love this store and usually the staff are exceptional. This time, both check out workers were not personable nor very helpful. I hope that changes.

Horrible Quality! Washed New comforter 1 time and totally fell apart! Sheets could see through! Pillowcases had huge holes in them & washed all on delicate! Could not check quality beforehand because zippers were double zip tied together! I had called ahead of time & when I returned to front desk, cashier didnt even check to see if all the pieces were in the bag! Just like she was ashamed of the quality they had sold!

Went to bed bath beyond looking for a vacuum. Was greeted shortly after entering asking if he could help. At that point I was just browsing different areas. Found the vacs and another associate helped me with the different models. She and the original associate were friendly and helpful. The check out person was also friendly and professional!

Some of it is reasonably priced and some is overpriced.The big draw ... regular coupons (20% off one item or $20 off $80 purchase) makes reasonable price a good deal; AND Therre are some items you will find in stock here you will not find anywhere else or at least not in stock and shipping makes it unreasonable anywhere else. NOTE: For those real bargain hunters with a Discover card -- use your rebates to get a E-Certificate from BB&B $50 card for $40 -- another 20% off. So I get a net 36% off or more what I buy at BB&B.I buy 3 things here: Good cooking pans when they are on sale and I have my coupons., BED Buddies, and Green Mountain Apple Cider K Cups.

Their customer service was above and beyond.

I just love that there are always staff around when I am searching for something. They are also helpful and save me frustration and time. When I tell them my needs they are able to take me directly to what I need. Of course the 20% off doesnt hurt either, but really it is the service as well as the availability of the stock I am looking for.

I love how convenient the gift wrapping station is. You can have items from gift registries shipped to the store if needed and wrap it on your way out.

I only go there because they carry the.excellent Wamsutta Extra Firm pillow for just $15. Best value in the store. Otherwise I find Bed Bath and Beyond a little overstuffed with stock and a bit pricey.
