I planned to do some Christmas shopping for my son this evening and, after reviewing the stores posted hours online, I left work with plenty of time to fight holiday traffic and arrive well before the 8 pm closing time. When I arrived around 6 pm I found the store lit up but the door was locked. I looked at the hours clearly posted on the door and saw that the store was open until 8 pm on Thursdays. (Yes, today is Thursday). I looked inside the store and saw 4-5 individuals seated around a table playing some sort of board game. It became obvious that the employees decided to close early to goof off. I called the store and explained that I was there to do some Christmas shopping. Instead of reopening, the guy who answered the phone tried to convince me that I was wrong and that the store closes at 6 despite the fact that I was standing outside looking at the clearly posted hours written on the door and watching him lie to me on the phone. Ridiculous, bad customer service. I hope you enjoyed your board game, I took my business elsewhere. (12/21/16)

A nice place to get Magic singles, and pulp reprints. The level of customer service depends on who is running the shop at any given time. The gent who comes in towards the end of the day is the most helpful when it comes to Magic cards.

Spacious store that offers weekly releases and back issues. Significant amount of space is devoted to used books, CDs and DVDs. Theres even a bit of manga too. Nice place to peruse and shop.

Would not recommend.
