She walked me through the details and kept me informed throughout the entire process.When my apparel arrived, I was absolutely in love with it. MSP delivered on everything she said they would. I’m a customer for life now.

Very unprofessional sales and associates. The sales staff met with me for apparel print work and they didn’t follow up - and they made commitments and promises to give pricing and products that we said we wanted to get printed. The sales staff never followed up and when I had to call back numerous times to follow up- the pricing was different as were the products. After more following up - the sales staff continued to send products we never asked to get printed - and it wasted a lot of time and money. A very unprofessional experience overall.

MSP has great prices and ridiculously fast turnaround. The whole team is fantastic and extremely accommodating. Quality materials...just great products and great people working there!

Ordered some items for my sons swim team and the sales associates there went above and beyond to make sure that my order was delivered correctly. It shows how much a company cares when they go out of their way to make sure that they do right by the customer...and the items we ordered are high-quality and very comfortable.

I reached out to MSP to create a shirt for my little sisters birthday. Not only did they create an amazing shirt that she absolutely loved....but they also were able to accommodate when i realized my sisters birthday was a week earlier than I had originally told them! My sister said it was the best birthday gift she has every received. MSP is AWESOME!!!

Received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. I drove 45 minutes to the store and it was not there. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional, completely ridiculous.

Very helpful team to make sure the artwork would embroider well, and a great finished product at the end of the jobs. MSP has done 4 different ork orders for us and we are really satisfied with the whole experience.

We use them twice a year for our music festival merch and are always happy!! Shirts and printing are of excellent quality and they do whatever they have to get my order in on time, even if I was late getting my design to them. This is about our 5th print company and I dont think well need to change again. Finally!

On March 2nd 2013, I attended a VHSL Drama Competition in Charlottsville, VA. A representative of Martins Screen Prints was there selling tshirts and hoodies of the event. They quickly ran out of merchandise and began taking orders. I ordered a $30 hoodie and paid $8 additional for shipping. I was told the order would be shipped to me the following week. It is now August 9th, 2013, I have not received my hoodie nor a refund. I called the company countless times over the past several months. I have spoken with Denise, Phil and Harvey (or Hardy) - all of who acknowledged and apologized for the error and are working to correct it. I have been led on for months and months and basically just want my money back. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as a warrant in debt with the General District Court.

Iv had some pretty bad experiences with screen printing over the years until I discovered msp . I had Rocco plan out my design and order all my shirts for my business . It’s hard to find a company to deliver quality, customer service , and have everything on time . Thanks again 5 starts will be returning!!

Very poor communication, we have ordered spirit wear for teachers in my school in September and its December, we are still waiting on several pieces of clothing.
