You have to try their apples! Theyre the best Ive ever tasted. Homemade caramel, chocolate, and fresh Granny Smith apples. Great customer service and they even offer to slice it for you. Best decision because it made it much easier to enjoy. Will definitely visit again.

Best ice cream to exist. We try to find a Kilwins whenever possible and have never been disappointed. The cones are made fresh in the shop and the ice cream couldn’t have better quality. The candy options are so unique. Everything Kilwins makes it consistently amazing. Throughout the years, they never cease to provide the best ice cream in town, no matter which town they are in. Phenomenal flavors; kind service; reasonable prices. I only wish they would open more shops in more areas. I went specifically in search of Beach caramel popcorn (being spoiled by Fishers of MD/DE). Its nice, but Ive had better. Its also expensive. The freshly made waffle cones looked awesome, and the salted caramel chocolate fudge is really good; it alone is the reason this is 4 not 3 stars! A fine place to check out.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! We went three times during our stay and every flavor was delicious! The employees were so friendly and let us try flavors of ice cream and fudge. Definitely have to stop by on your trip!

First timers…planned to visit another local ice cream parlor, but decided to walk a couple blocks east, since it was a nice night. So glad we did! Exceptionally friendly staff, an AMAZING assortment of treats! We tried milkshakes (cake batter & mint chocolate chip) and a a 2 scoop waffle cone of sea salt caramel and pralines & cream. We couldn’t leave without adding a few extra treats (chocolate covered Oreos, cake balls, chocolate covered marshmallows, and peanut butter fudge). What a great local gem!

This shop was right across from our hotel this past weekend and it was the perfect place to satisfy our sweet tooth! The servers were all extremely friendly and allowed us to try samples before buying ice cream. You can watch the workers make some of the sweets in house like the caramel apples and waffle cones. Everything we tried smelled and tasted delicious. It’s a little pricey, but worth it!

What a great place! We have a family member with Celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable of what ice cream had gluten. Im assuming it was the manager or owner that helped us. She got a new ice cream tub out of the freezer and made sure new utensils were used. It was a wonderful experience for us. The ice cream and fudge was amazing and the staff was as well. We look forward to our next trip to Kilwins. Thank you!

It was good until I made a purchase of a few items. Ive NEVER been to an establishment and the cashier was upset about my purchase. It was so upsetting to the cashier that she put my 5 candy apples in some sticky wrap and dropped them in the bag. My chocolate fever was cured but the experience hurt my feelings receiving Kilwins apples in a bag. (The Candy Apple Boxes were cute by the way)

Wonderful store and easily the best ice cream and chocolate in Virginia Beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful during both of our visits. Highly recommend the Blue Moon ice cream and the fudge; creamiest Ive ever had. If youre looking for a gift to take home for friends and family, check out their salt water taffy before buying the cheap stuff.

They had amazing ice cream and a wonderful selection of premium candies. The limeade I had was l so refreshing and tasty. My mom really enjoyed the toasted coconut icecream. The fudge they had is very fresh and extremely tasty. Its definitely worth checking out one day. If you dont see something on the menu ask, many times they can make a mixed fruit drink just for you.

Prices are great, ice cream fantastic. I expect nothing less than perfection from every Kilwins I visit because they always deliver. The staff is fun, friendly, and very sociable. Jack made our trip a good one at Va Beach. Oh, and they have the best variety of ice cream in town.

Been to the Williamsburg location many times, but first time at the oceanfront. Google thought they were located way down at the southern end, but theyre up by 25th. The ice cream here is fantastic and the fudge is made in house. Wonderful place for a sweet treat!
