I gave it one star because it would not let me give it no stars.Please dont waste your time or money going to this place!I purchased a shirt for my nieces birthday. I gave them a design and they agreed that they could do it.When I picked up the shirt, I noticed that the design was crooked.When I brought this to the employees attention, I was actually told that it was an eye trick.Then he said that the design that I had given him was actually crooked!He then said that he could do the shirt again, but I would have to bring in another shirt and pay for it again!I was irate at this point!But I had no choice since my nieces party was the next day!When her mother washed the shirt that evening, the entire design came off of the shirt completely!A complete and total waste of time and money!And extremely terrible customer service!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Don’t waste your time. I purchased shirts from a different place took 6 shirts to have embroidered on each one front right side opposite of the pocket. And I go pick them up a week later and the logo was embroidered on the pocket side above the pocket. I called and asked why did they do that? She stated because she felt it looked better. WHAT!!!!!???!!! It’s not what I the customer wanted!!! So she offered to redo them for free but I had to buy shirts again they did not reimburse me for the shirts as well. So again I dropped them off and picked them up a week later and the logo is on the right side but is off centered entirely too much. I run a business and do not want to represent my company in a sloppy non put together way. Maybe if she understood professional business she wouldn’t have messed up my shirts in the first place. Definitely not a professional company!!!!

My friend and I wanted to start a clothing brand and we were referred to Design 4 You by someone who spoke very highly of them. When we walked in we didnt know what to expect. We sat down with David, one of their knowledgeable graphic designers, and he sat with us for an hour and helped to create our logo. He helped make an idea a reality. After we completed the logo, Veronica helped us pick out some items for our brand and showed us the options that she felt were best for us. It was a very simple and very easy process and now we have a successful business that we owe in thanks to Design 4 You. You guys are great!

Wait till later in the day/evening to speak with the seamstress. Day staff is absent or unsure with your order. She is a delight, very patient and talented. Wonderful work on Monogram for a robe, and the French cuff.

Requested three designs to be embroidered on provided material. Was told it was going to be ready for pick up in two days. Came back two days later and it was not touched. The lady never in was told it would be ready the next day. Again came back to days later and it was still not ready. Were not sure what designs you wanted even though they were on the order sheet with the page attached. Not worth your hassle going there. Find a more professional place.

Just left this store trying to get a shirt and hat made. The young man in the store was about the most unprofessional person I have run across in a long time. He couldnt answer any of my questions and could only tell me to come back tomorrow when the embroidery people are there. He also never got up out of the chair he was sitting in. Really acted as if we were bothering him by being in the store. If hes all you got, you should stay closed on Sunday. Pretty Bad!!!!

Design 4 You is my “go to” place for custom shirts. The website is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. Their suggestions make my design look amazing! The BEST thing that I love, as a teacher, is that d4u does all the hard work! I create the order online. d4u then gives me a link to share with my kids/parents! Parents go online to order shirts and pay! d4u even notifies me when a shirt is ordered too. Then, at the close of my order deadline, they tally the shirt count, ask me to check if I am satisfied with the design and BINGO – 7 days later WE HAVE SHIRTS! Nicely folded, wrapped in plastic for extra protection and boxed well too. The other really great thing about d4u is their customer service people. I ordered a few extra shirts online at 5am (half awake) and later figured out I ordered adult sizes instead of youth. One incredibly pleasant phone call later, shirt snafu all sorted out. My kids look great and are begging for hoodies next fall! Guess I’ll be placing another order with d4u!

Awesome work and very fast service! I emailed the design from my phone, picked out one of their shirts, and 30 minutes later my graphic t-shirt was ready! The graphic on the shirt came out perfectly! Highly recommend!

We had a time requirement to have safety vests printed for our company and Custom Ink was very easy to work with. They got the proof right the first time and were able to have our order ready quickly and done accurately. We will certainly use Design 4 you or future custom print items that we need!

Went in to inquire with the full intention of buying at least 50 shirts. They asked me to bring my own shirts and when I asked if I could buy it from them Instead of helping the only customer in the store the two employees decided to hand me a catalog at least 3 inches thick and told me to find it. Will definitely bring my business else where.

They did a big order for my dance team. I got 50 screen print shirts, and 20 embroidery hats. I will come back to get my family reunion t shirt from them

So I got my aunts Christmas gift made here with pictures on the shirt with the name across the top and they are straight fire!!!! I cant wait to start making different shirts with these guys. ALSO THEIR PRICES ARE PHENOMENAL!

This is the place I get all my embroidery done for all my clothing lines. Cheap prices, fast speed. They do custom t shirt, screen printing, embroidery, banners and stickers.

I am really upset, from the customer service and the way the service rep tried to cheat my family. We get quoted a price, we email our designs, we go to pick out our shirts, however they didnt have all the sizes we needed, so the service rep said that it would be $5 cheaper if we brought our own shirts in. So, my sister and I went to Michaels, bought all the shirts, and came back. When we return, the service rep triples the price, so we ask to speak to the manager or owner, they call them, and they refuse us talking to them. I just think its really terrible that people have no morals and try to cheat their customers. Beware, and good luck.

Design 4 You is the place if you need fast custom shirts, or big screen printing order. I come to them every week to get custom shirts. They did my shirt for my work uniform, my family reunion t-shirt and by business banner.

I purchase most(if not all) my shirts and banners and stickers from Design 4 You. The quality of the items and the GREAT customer service is what keeps my business at Design 4 You. If I could give you guys more stars I would!!!!!

I will never return. My fiancé and I went to this store last Monday to have two small 5x 2 patches made to put on our rescue dogs harness that says NO DOGS. We paid for the order and were told that it would be ready for pick up the following day. The next evening (Tuesday), we receive a phone call from the store saying that they forgot what it was that we wanted because the gentleman who we spoke to at the store forgot to write it down. Once again, we were told it would be ready the next day. Wednesday evening around 6, I tried multiple times to call the store, but no one was answering. Finally we decide to just drive over there. As soon as we walk in the store, the guy behind the counter, who was the same one that forgot to write our order down, said that he hasnt heard from the Embroidery lady and that it should be ready by Thursday. Thursday comes and we receive another phone call saying that they dont have enough orange thread to make our patches, but was assured that it would be ready for pick up by Friday. Friday afternoon came and went with no word. The following day on Saturday we once again couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. We decided to stop by and you can guess the result. No patches. At this point we requested a refund. The only reason we had come to the store instead of ordering the patches online was because we needed them as soon as possible. At this point, we could have ordered the patches twice over and received them sooner. Never again will we be going to this establishment.

They did a good job on my order, the customer service was excellent.

This place needs better customer service. When I was trying to make a big order they made it seem like an like a hassle. If you choose to place an order, make sure your instrictions are very clear because they will not give you an easy means of fixing the problem.

The worst customer service ever. I brought in a jersey to get designed 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my product. Especially after paying. I call and the employees tell me that my jersey is not ready and the continue to give me a deadline that they cannot meet. Also the employees are rude on the phone.

I just walked out of the store and am sitting kn the mall parking lot as i type this. The woman working seemed annoyed that I came in wanting to order a shirt. She was unwilling to help me with finding a shirt in the messy racks of shirts. She got mad when I asked if these were all the shirts. I never even got to the point of a design.

They employees there are very helpful, they really care about they customers. Plus they have good prices.

I ordered a hat online, it took over 5 days to complete the hat. I went to go pick it up and the store was closed. I was told it is open when it wants to be and its closed when it wants be. It does not stick to the store hours on Google.
