I called very late in the day to have a basket of cookies sent to my son to celebrate his promotion. I really was hoping to get them to him before he left work at 7. At first they told me it would be Monday, but after listening to my story she agreed to make it happen! Absolutely went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making this happen. I have found my new Go To for Bdays and Holidays!!! This place is AMAZING!!! I stopped using Edible Arrangements after so many bad reviews...I got this order in right at closing time the day before I needed it and they got right on it...the most beautiful cookie arrangement Ive ever seen! I needed a last minute Birthday Cookie cake and they came through in less than 2 hours🍪 The flavor or the chocolate chip cookie was so delicious😋 The service was totally 5 star and the cost was comparable to others they we have used in the pass. Will only be using them in the future👍

I ordered today last minute and the staff over the phone were just Awesome!!!! The driver was amazing she went out of her way to make sure it arrived to the correct location !!!!!! I had the order delivered to my hubby @ his job !!! Wednesday is a very busy and stressful day for him and I wanted something sweet and thoughtful to make him smile ... the cookies were soooooooooooo yummy and the basket was so cute! Nice atmosphere. Lady very nice. I got bakers dozen, only 9 varieties to chose from. $16 and change. Great Concept just wish more of a variety. I sat in parking lot for 20min to see if anyone went in but its a dead shopping center. Hope person I bought for likez them

Everything came out great!!! She was very knowledgeable about the prices and everything in the store. Only complaint I have is I asked for her to write someones name in cus it was for a dear friend also she was a realtor and I was told she couldnt fit that in. I just wished she would of communicated with me better cus If she would of told me she couldnt do that I would of purchased another cookie to get that completed for today. But Im just going to make my realtor her own cookie. But everything else came out fabolous. Thank you for everything

AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service! I ordered online for same day delivery, and a very pleasant lady called me to confirm the order. My friend was blown away when her gift arrived!! She was in tears!! Shes so unique to me that a typical flower delivery just didnt excite me. The bou-tray was EXACTLY like the picture!!! JUST PERFECT! Im so happy with my purchase and plan on sending my childrens babysitter and teacher one as well!!

The order was correct and delivered on time. I did a test order two weeks before Valentines Day, and it went so well, I ordered for Vday too! The cookies are delicious! I will be ordering more cookies soon! I had a quick question about my second order. I called the store in the middle of the afternoon (Valentines Day) and the woman who helped me was polite and did not rush me off of the phone. Outstanding!

Customer care was okay, however, I paid $80 to send 12 cookies and 6 brownies to my husband for his birthday, so I was not pleased that he got them 4 days later than I planned. The delivery guy missed him the first day (Friday), and apparently UPS doesnt deliver on Saturday or Sunday. They said they couldnt just leave them at the door (which I wish they had informed me upfront so that I could have left instructions to drop them off at our reception), and finally, they couldnt guarantee that they would deliver them after 4pm when he typically gets home from work. So instead, I had to ask my husband to pick them up himself (which ruined the birthday surprise) and they even charged me an extra delivery charge of $5, just to pick up my own cookies from a UPS store. Really?!! Seriously?!! Anyway, my husband said the cookies were average, but to be fair, he is very picky about his cookies and prefers when they are really fresh. So maybe he would have liked them more if they got there when they were supposed to. Customer care was okay though and seemed genuinely sorry and upset about it.

Ordered the cookie boutray for a relative in Virginia Beach. I was able to customize what I wanted, and I was delighted when I saw pictures of the delivered cookies! I accidentally provided the incorrect address for delivery. The cookies were delivered to that address. When I realized the mistake, Cookies By Design in Virginia Beach offered to redeliver the basket to the correct address at 50% cost. Since this was my mistake and not theirs, I was delighted at this offer. Great customer service!!

I love this store! The bakers are so creative. I called yesterday to ask if they could do a batman themed bouquet and I left it to them to design it. The bouquet arrived today and we are so impressed! They made the batman symbol, the mask and BAM and POW cookies just like the old tv show. I completely lost track of what day it was and forgot to pick up my husband’s favorite treat- a cookie cake- that I had pre-ordered for Christmas. I placed an order on line for same day delivery the day before my sisters surgery. It was after noon before I placed the order. Christy called to let me know the driver was out and would not make it back in time for another delivery that day. She was also there without a vehicle or she would have delivered it herself. I explained why I wanted it delivered that day but agreed to have it delivered the day after surgery. It was just a few short minutes later that Christy called me back to let me know she called in a favor from a friend to get the delivery made THAT day. My sister LOVED the cookies, said the bouquet was beautiful and very tasty. What a GREAT company to go above and beyond for a first time customer. Thank you so much!!! Order service called 2 1/2 before closing no one ever answers to check on my order,went the next morning at my pick up time and the cookies werent even cooked yet. Poor service will never return there and Will be passing the word on to all my Fellow military friends quality not end with the effort!!!
