I enjoy shopping at this location whenever I’m in the area. The store is always well stocked with unique gifts that I can’t find anywhere else. I can count on finding something for the whole family. I collect magnets, and they always have a great selection of those too (see picture). The staff is personable, professional and make each shopping experience a enjoyable one.

I usually buy Christmas presents from here for family. This time they put in an item I said I didnt want and charged me for 2 items that were NOT in my bag when I got home, which is 2.5 hrs away. Yes, I love this place but now I have to call and deal with mailing.

Staff is very helpful and will give you a quick education about kite flying. Beautiful selection of kites and flags, too. Lots of other trinkets and gifts to choose from as well. The service here is excellent.

A step above the gaggle of beach shops that all sell the same clothing, trinkets and tourist stuff. This place has the clothing and items that are better quality and the staff is definitely more interested in having you as a customer, whereas the other places mostly seem annoyed by your presence.

It was okay. Lots of unusual items to choose from. Good selection of kites, wind spinners, and whirligs. Prices were reasonable.

Amazing hang gliding experience and instructors. Charlies ground school was incredibly funny (least boring safety lecture I have ever witnessed), so it was real easy to remember all the fundamentals when flying. Allison and Dalton were exceptionally personable and offered great feedback to help us get the most of our air time on a pretty crowded and windy day. Will probably make this our hobby!

Store associate was very helpful to me since I had my hands full with a stroller &dog. Was very patient with me &very friendly!

Wonderful people. We bought two $100 kites and lost a vital part to one of the kites rendering it inoperable. So we wnt back the next day and the manager hooked us up with the needed part out of her tool box for free. It made my daughters week. She was thrilled.

I love Kitty Hawk Kites! The best day is the day after Labor Day, no crowds. I found an unusual kite that uses the Magnus affect, spins as it flies.

Typical tourist place. Packed full of outdoor themed items. We went to look at the kites and picked up a mini and a standard size. Nothing extra to make it stand out, but a good place to get some kites for the beach across the way.

Great advice and good selection of kites! They helped us find the kite that was right for us an just what we needed to have a fun addition to our day at the beach.

Kiddo was able to find a flying Mermaid kite. A must to have to keep a 4 yr old busy on a windy day.
