I have been coming to this verizon location for years and it by far the best! My phone has a lock on it, and I went to another verizon location who just told me to call tech support even though I explained I had no cell service at all.With that in mind, I came to THIS amazing location and was greeted with amazing customer service as usual. Trinity and Brendan were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. We found a solution to the problem (that I have been trying to find a resolution for for the previous 3 days) in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend this store and thank you thank you again to trinity and Brendan for the positive attitudes and help!

Purchased a new phone at Target and needed help from Verizon. The local stores near my home we’re closed and I was in a panic. I found the Marina Shores location open.I could tell as soon as I entered the store that they were going to be very helpful. Jarred and Brandon were quite busy but I waited my turn patiently.I explained to them what I needed and they said it could be done very easily it would just take a long time. They got me started and I left and came back two hours later and everything was almost totally complete. They were so knowledgeable and explained everything And made it so easy for me.I was so pleased with the service I received at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great service but a long wait

I was there Saturday morning 5/2/20 and the manager did not help me at all and I became extremely frustrated by his rude attitude, lack of consideration and brushing me off when I told him my Iphone screen stuck on Apple logo and doesn’t do anything.He yelled at me what is your PIN number?” you need a new phone and for your insurance we can only give you refurbish phone and they are not good.I left the store and called Apple help center And over the phone they fixed my screen.we are using version services over 18 years and we love it.I am not going to that store any more.

Not impressed with the communication here. Ordered a new phone and its taken almost a week and havent seen it yet. Each day, the staff tells me itll be there the next day and then nothing. Asked for a call back, was told it would come within 10 minutes, and no call ever came. Just about ready to cancel the order at this rate.

My husband and I received excellent service yesterday when we visited the Verizon Wireless store on Lynnhaven Drive in Virginia Beach. The team members at Verizon Wireless Marina Shores are phenomenal and so nice! I left with two devices When I only intended on upgrading one. Very helpful with troubleshooting too! I started visiting this location a few years ago. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. It’s always a group of easy going folks who understand the business well and can answer your questions or address your concerns using layman’s terms and not jargon.

My phone started constantly rebooting as I was going to dinner with friends. As a result by the time I got to the store there was less than an hour to close. Tony waited on me and was very nice and knowledgeable. He tried a lot of things but had to do a hard reset. When you do that you lose everything! It is the last resort! However, I had backed up my contacts and he made sure they came back! I think he was almost as glad as I was! Backup is free, do it to help whoever helps you! Tony doesnt always work at this store but fit right in. It is closest to me but if it wasnt Id still go to it. The people are super nice and knowledgeable. Plus they really care about helping the customer!

Courtney Johnston is fabulous! She is THE most helpful Verizon rep Ive ever consulted with in any Verizon store. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of Verizon technology! She spent copious amounts of time with me on numerous occasions, and was extremely PATIENT with me!! I ended up buying 2 new phones (S7Edge), 2 Galaxy Tabs, and a Galaxy Gear S2 Smartwatch which I never would have done without Courtneys wonderful help!! She is THE BEST!!

Brent Hartigan deserves more than 5 gold stars! This young man went above and beyond to help me and my family. He outfitted us with new phones, was incredibly knowledgeable, answered questions I didnt even knew I had, and stayed at it for over 3 hours! The guys at the Marina Shores location were very kind and considerate with my special request. I needed to disconnect my fathers phone since he passed away a few months ago but didnt want to lose his voice on his phone. They used a few devices and were able to put the recording of his voice onto an app on my phone. They were also very helpful in explaining the new unlimited plans to me.

The employees I spoke with were very nice, but the information they provided me with was could not have been more wrong. I was trying to deal with my phone dying on me, and they referred to a website to make an insurance claim, however I was not covered for the specific problem by insurance and was given the Verizon Wireless customer service phone number. After dealing with them over the phone they were able to fix my problem simply using information provided on our Verizon account. The ordeal ended up taking about 2 hours when it could have been quickly resolved in the store.

Kyle and Zac were terrific! This will be my new go to Verizon store. Helped hook me up with new phone and tablet. Kyle even printed out directions for me to get some errands done while they finished downloading old phone data! Thanks so much! J

Do not go here. It appears to be a Verizon store but is just a retailer. The salesperson who didnt want to help with my Verizon issue because they are an retailer is fine but he was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He belittled me and also said why I would help you, I only sell things. I can charge 50 dollars if you want me to try but I just sell things. Again, find a different store as this retailer isnt worth the effort. The store only cares about money on the spot, I would not trust them. Again not a Verizon store. Their signage is all Verizon except for a small spot on the door saying they are TCC. Do not go here ever!

Very happy with the customer service. Matt was able to find the right product for me, at a price that was even lower than my budget. When I came in to pick up a tablet he had ordered for me, Zack and Joelle (sp?) bent over backwards to get my account set up straight with the right phones activated with the right numbers. They even went so far as to fill out my rebate paperwork for me and even put it in an envelope, wrote out the address and added a stamp. Not what I was expecting from Verizon but I am more than pleased. Great job guys!

This store is amazing with customer service. I had to go into the store about 4 times because of an issue with my phone and each time i had someone knew and they would try anything and everything to help fix my phone. My phone was basically a paper weight and i had to get a new one. It didnt matter who i talked to every person was knowledgeable and if i asked a question that they were unsure of they would look it up. All in all i would recommend this place again in a heartbeat and im sure i will be back in soon. Great work guys keep it up.

Johnny waited on me the first time I went into the Marina location. He was excellent with customer service and setting up my phone. I returned within the next few days to see Johnny to purchase a tablet. Ended up getting that and a couple more toys!!

Brought senior citizen in to buy new phone. She was told special price for iPhone for senior price was $109. Had to be done in monthly payments of $ 3.49. Come to find out she was charged $400. Special was new customers only. Now to get refund for activation fee you have to call.

I had an outstanding experience today with Joe and Romeo at the Lynnhaven Drive store. I came in with multiple issues with my iPhone and iPad along with password/service issues and they were ready to jump in and help. They took the time to answer many of my questions, I was so frustrated. Many of the problems I was encountering was due to the age of the devices. As a result I walked out with an updated (new) iPhone & iPad and a very relieved and satisfied customer.
