First trip to this company, brought IPhone for repair of minor crack in screen. Second trip, After picking up the phone, we had to return it immediately, due to company replacing it with defective screen. Third trip, had to return phone due to powering off and on. Fourth trip, left with a phone that doesn’t work. The company says, it’s probably your battery. Phone is older model but was a replacement, (brand new) and worked without issue prior to this company touching it. Called manager. Manager states, if you trade it in, the phone company generally will take it if the phone is in good shape.So after paying these people, driving 108 minutes in total, back and forth...the company showed no remorse or any accountability, to the fact that they returned a phone in nonworking condition.

I didn’t actually use them for a repair. I called and left a message and they never called back. Called several other times later and they finally picked up and said that their Lynnhaven office is closed.

I called and spoke with Joel on the phone. He was very honest and looked up the price of my device and the price of repair and he told me it wasnt worth the repair price. I really appreciate his honesty. I will definitely be using them for future fixes.

If you have a Samsung phone, and your screen is cracked, THIS is the place to go. Over half the price of a competitor right down the street, and same day service! Joel was very friendly, and Steven was courteous and professional! Wonderful job done, thank you again. You guys are lifesavers!

Flawless Repair! 0 stars for the Volvo parkway location. Awful communication. Kept providing false timeline for repair. I switched my repair location to Phoenix Drive and WOW. They got my part within 24hrs and were on point with their communication during the process. Easy drop off and pickup. Cant tell the phone ever had a broken screen

I would highly recommend this location , they are very professional. I had my front camera fixed had a problem with my speaker after I brought it home and took it back they were very understanding very professional took care of the problem right away. If I have any future issues with my phone I will definitely take it back to this location.

The repair was done quickly (got the phone back within ninety minutes), correctly and efficiently. Cesar was professional, answered all questions and the price was competitive. The repair was done over two weeks ago and the phone is working fine and the problem seems to be resolved. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I broke my phone and my screen was completely jacked up. I walked in and asked them to fix it and I quickly got helped and I spent just a few bucks. Seriously wow I was so excited about getting new new screen and a new case for my phone I’ll definitely be coming back.

They supposedly fixed my laptop. It has only been a month and my laptop is not working again. Do not use this company. I paid $109.00 for nothing. Not at all happy.

What a terrible experience from start to finish! I brought my phone in for a minor repair ( back camera) that in no way affected its ability to work as a phone. Paid a hundred bucks. Picked up my phone at the end of the day and they had messed up the fingerprint sensor, said theyd order a new one and replace. When I tried to make a phone call later that evening, my phone speakers sounded blown. Both during calls and when playing videos/music/etc. Called and they said being it back in when I can. So they have it all morning into the late afternoon and when they call and say its fixed I drive back and it sounds even worse than before. They keep it again until the end of the day, say it sounds fine when making phone calls now and that they can order a new part and try again. I leave, call my partner on the way home and IT IS NOT FIXED AT ALL. I call customer service who say they will send to the resolutions department and contact the store to refund me. Days go by, no word. I call again, new person says theyll look into it and call me back. Never did. So again I call and get another person, same speech, same end result of no call back. This store is garbage, they will ruin your device and take your money for it. At least when the camera was messed up I could make phone calls and hear the person on the other end properly and clearly. Customer service is apparently a huge joke that does nothing. Super disappointed that Google, Samsung, and Verizon recommended this company. Maybe they need to hear about this location because while I was there another person called, they had it on speaker loud in the back area, and he was complaining that they messed his phone up during a repair too.

IPHONE NIGHTMAREI asked for a battery replacement, their price was competitive and appealing ($53).They replaced the battery with a good working product (yay!). They accidentally broke the home button, however. To replace the home button, you must replace the entire screen, but they accepted the the cost burden of that repair because they were to blame for breaking the home button (good customer service!). I returned for the phone after the screen had been replaced and was immediately suspicious when I looked at the screen. I asked if it was a screen “produced by Apple” and they said “yes”. I took it home. I notice several issues (screen is not as black as real iPhone screens, 3D touch not working, pressure distorts the screen, cant swipe to open notifications). I bring my phone back and place it on the front desk next to my other iPhone and I point out the most obvious differences. They then finally admit that the screen “isn’t 100% authentic” (meaning that it is 0% authentic). They lied to me to save themselves some money since the generic screen is cheaper (dishonest, rip-off, not good customer service). They didn’t give me any excuses or lies after they knew I had a real iPhone to compare it to. They replaced the screen again with what appears to be a real one. I don’t appreciate them lying to my face and having my screen replaced with a knockoff without my permission. They were dishonest with me and I had to come in 4 times for a simple battery replacement. In the end, my phone STILL doesn’t work right and it was a horrible experience and they tried to rip me off by giving me cheaper replacement parts when they broke something, so obviously I will never be back, even though my proximity sensor is broken because of them.

Busy place, lots of phones getting fixed. They did a good job on mine, very thorough. I had already cleaned the charging port but it still gave me trouble. Their 3 step cleaning worked thanks. Would be 5 stars except they said my phone was fixed. 15 min. Later they needed another 10 min. They also called the wrong number to let me know it was fixed.

I brought in my nook tablet from Barnes and Noble 10.1 to get a shattered screen replaced. They told me they had to order the part and it would be a couple weeks which I was ok with. The repair took over 2 months and several phone calls to check on the status. Every time I talked to an associate, they would tell me they had to put in the order for the part because it hadnt gotten ordered. Finally I called one last time and they said it would be ready and they would give ne a discount for the delay. As soon as I picked it up, I put the tablet in the back seat where it slightly bumped against my daughters car seat and the screen shattered just like that. I dont have $90 to pay for another one so I will get the part myself and will attempt to fix it on my own. This whole experience was terrible.

So far has not been positive. No one answers the phone...when I leave a message I do not get a return call. In addition, when I finally went to the store it was discovered that the part needed for my phone was never ordered and I have to wait even longer for the component and repair.

Very quick and efficient but the screen they used to repair my iPhone 11 freezes all the time and I have to turn my phone off and on again just to be able to type again.

I stopped by to see how long it would take to get the screen replaced on my phone. A sign on the door told me I would have to call to speak with someone. Cesar answered and told me he could do it in an hour. He came out to get the phone. I came back in an hour and it was complete. Great service and the job was done right. I can’t tell that it was ever broken.

I dropped my Galaxy S10+ and shattered the screen. They fixed it in just a couple of hours and it works great. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is there is glue all over the back of my phone.

Only took an hour and half, and there were other people in front of me. So that’s a plus! My screen looks beautiful now i honestly don’t know how I went so long with it being shattered. But they were affordable and product looks great!

I scheduled an appointment at the Phoenix Dr Virginia Beach location only to arrive at the store and be told that they could not help me until the following Monday. It would have been nice for them to inform me of this beforehand! Furthermore, the employee who was there proved disinterested. When asked if there was somewhere else nearby that could help me, the guy replied that he did not know. A subsequent search on my phone showed another uBrakiFix shop just 6 miles away. Fortunately I was able to walk into the Upton Dr Virginia Beach location and they took care of my issue within a couple hours.

I went in for a problem with my charging port, the charger had overheated and melted, and wasnt sure if theyd be able to fix it or I would have to buy a new phone. I didnt catch his name, but the young man behind the counter was very professional and kind and went and cleaned the port out. I was in and out in about five minutes and free of charge. Thank you so much for saving me from buying a new phone. This was my first encounter at the store and I will definitely be back if I have any other issues. Had an issue after they fixed my cracked screen. I got my phone back with more issues than when I gave it to them. The owner took it upon himself to make sure I had someone help me out as much as possible. They were able to fix one issue, but not the other. My warranty was able to cover me getting a new phone. The owner gave me a new cell helmet screen protector to replace the one on the phone I had to send back. Even though they were not able to fully fix my phone, I am pleased that the owner did everything he could to make the situation better for me!

I have an iPhone 6 and the charging port was so wore out to the point I had to put the phone on an incline and put a heavy battery on the screen to get it to charge. This place is great. The tech that took care of our Samsung sound bar was very knowledgeable, and polite. They diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be the remote, as they couldnt replace it, there was no charge. I will definitely take my electronics here again should I need something serviced.

I took my phone to get fixed here because the screen cracked and when I got it back they messed up my phones audio. I took it back and told the guy who repaired it, then him and his boss took it to the back for 3.5 hours and then told me it would be another 168$. After they broke the audio and already charged me to fix the screen. The one in Chesapeake is better.

This store said no problem itll take about a week. It actually took closer to 2 months. The reason I knocked one star off is because of the lack of communication to me letting me know about the delay. I ended up calling them several times for updates. However they did call me when the repair was done and it seems to have been very well done and a very reasonable price. The people were always friendly and I would recommend this shop.

Found them on through a Groupon deal, great deal by the way, and used it the next day with no problems. Usually I feel like Im being a bother when I use one of these types of deals but this guy was very helpful and patient with me. Google referred me to any of the 4 locations of Ubreakifix in the Norfolk, Suffolk, Virginia Beach for warranty repair of my Pixel 4xl. Unfortunately, I was told by the employee at this location that Google had withdrawn authorization for warranty repairs from the franchisee owning these locations. I was told Id have to go to Richmond to get .y phone repaired.
