The staff was very very knowledgeable and explain everything I wanted to know in extreme detail.Long story short they fixed my screen that was completely shattered on my iPhone X and it works perfectly. When I called, I spoke with the owner James; he said no problemand to bring my cell right in.James could not have been a more stellar professional; he is very organized, tenacious, and absolutely caring in answering my questions and offered my suggestions in taking care of my iPhone, as well.When I left my cell for a new battery and had the port replaced, he told me it would be ready in ninety minutes. AMAZING! I will never trust anyone else with the repair of a phone again! This guy not only fixed a problem caused by another cell phone repair shop, but he did it in record time. Incidentally, when I arrived at the shop to pick it up, another maskless and shirtless customer was screaming at the owner because he didnt have the $62 required to pick it up. Incredibly helpful. Needed a replacement for a cracked rear housing on an iPhone (why do they still make these things out of glass?!). Repair was quick and looked great, but ran into trouble with the camera operation in the weeks following the swap. After some troubleshooting by me and them, the team took it back in and replaced the housing with another unit. I appreciated the extra effort and care. Highly recommend.

I took my daughters phone to get repaired here after walking out of another place that looked very sketchy and wanted a lot of money for the repair. Not only is this place very professional and trust worthy. The owner showed us that the charging port didnt need to be replaced she just had something blocking it. He pulled out what was stuck in the port and didnt charge us for it which the other place was going to. I highly recommend going here and nowhere else.

The quality of the products used here is questionable. The new screen I received completely changed the color of all my photos (people’s skin tone was red) and all my buttons and swiping was messed up. I called the store to ask about it and they couldn’t really help me except to tell me that I should change it settings. Which I did and it did not help.But then I had another repair technician (from a different store) open my phone to replace my screen again, they found a loose screw in there and once I got my new a screen put in by the second store, the color was back to normal. so there was something definitely wrong with the new screen I received here. I also had a new battery put in by iPhone repair and the battery was no different from my messed up one. It would die by early afternoon and when I called to complain, all they said was that it was due to the apple software update and that it happens to everyone. So two screens later, I finally got a new phone through my Verizon insurance and the battery is perfectly fine. So again, the battery I received here was definitely poor quality along with poor service.

We were on our way to VA Beach from upstate and I left my (brand new) phone on top of the car at a gas station. After driving off it fell into the road and was shattered, we called this shop and dropped my phone off on the way to the hotel for check in. It was ready and totally back to normal within an hour. I brought my iPad mini here after the screen was completely destroyed by either my five-year-old or my overzealous black lab. The verdict is still out on who the real culprit was. 😂While I knew the screen could be replaced, I never thought it would be the same as it was when new. I have heard stories about people getting screens replaced, only to have dust trapped under the glass or a touchscreen that isn’t “quite as responsive” as it used to be.My replacement screen was perfectly fitted and functions just like when it was brand new. These guys are masters at their craft. They use top quality replacement parts and really know what they are doing. As if all of this wasn’t amazing enough, my repair was completed in less than 24 hours.Whether you’re local or just here on vacation, I’d trust these guys with your phone or tablet. They do great work, and I’ll definitely be back the next time (not if, but when) one of my devices gets broken.

These guys are phenomenal!! From crashed laptops to cracked IPhone/IPad screens, they have fixed everything my family has thrown at them. Two words: AMAZINGLY FAST.This little repair store next to the animal hospital is worth going to if youre impatient like me. I came here at 12:30 and left around 12:50! The front screen of my iPhone 5 had cracks & some missing glass. I walked into friendly service and was taken care of right away. The guy working there told me 45 minutes, but finished in 20 minutes. Not only was the front screen of my phone good as new(maybe even better than the original), he put on a new screen protector(no charge)Their website says front screen repair for the iPhone 5 to be $85, plus tax he rang me up for $90. I told him I printed their $10 off coupon and before I could get it from my wallet he told me to hang onto it for future use. Including the discount, I paid $80. :-)Their prices beat any other repair places and are true to their word about taking less than an hour to fix your phone.+ Im thinking of coming back if I upgrade to change the color of my phone. Very pleased with the service, cost, and professionalism of these guys. I Brought a broken phone with me on vacation to get fixed. These guys were awesome. First: I needed a new charging port for my iPhone SE, the guy at the counter looked at it, picked at the port with a tool and viola...it worked with no repair or cost needed. Second: I dropped off a old iPhone 5C (our spare family phone) for a screen and charging port repair. They finished in 45 mins for about $80.

Had an iPhone 6S that the only problem was a very, very short battery life. This place replaced the battery and it fees new again! I waited so long because I didn’t want to have to go for a few days without my phone due to using it for my morning alarm clock. I waited until I had a day off the next day because I thought the process would take a few days. I dropped it off and it only took 2 hours! So happy with their service and it was only like 40 bucks. What a steal

Within minutes of my slamming the phone in the door of the car, while on duty as a chaplain,VBPD, they took the shattered and mangled phone and gave it new life! I was horrified at the thought of going to my phone service carrier or to the ‘mall’....This could have taken days- Which was not an option as I was on duty I needed the phone,$$$ and a few choice words that I am not allowed to say anymore. I went there on Dec 11 2018 to get my iphone repaired. I thought I needed a new charge port. The guy looked in it, saw a bunch of schmeg, cleaned it out on the spot, tested it, and said Youre good to go.I offered to pay him but he wouldnt take anything. Got a quote over the phone to replace my cracked iPhone 6 Plus screen. They quoted me $110 , plus a 10% new customer discount. They said it was 20 minute fix. I said I would be in on Saturday. When I went in today, they were writing up a receipt for $150 plus tax. I questioned the charge & was told this was always their price & I may have called the other shop on Mediterranean. I know who I called, Im not dumb. I guess they figured Id just be like ok. Wrong. You have wasted my time. This is a very wrong tactic. I will never come there again .

I went into iPhone Repair VB to have my iPhone 6S+s glass replaced. The Associate inspected my phone, and discovered it was just the protective screen that was cracked. They offered two replacements; the $10 generic, and the $25 name brand. I went with the $10 variety. I also purchased a replacement Otter Box; my original Otter Box was getting all torn up. The Otter Box was cheaper than buying it from Verizon. I was extremely happy with this visit, and I highly recommend iPhone Repair VB if you need your phone serviced.

I brought in my galaxy s4 to get the charger port fixed and I am somewhat skeptical about this company especially after getting an estimate of ~40USD and not getting a fix/retrieval date. Man this place gave me no heads up on possibly losing my Touch ID feature on my iPad during screen replacement . They called me left me a message and when I didn’t get a chance to return his phone call to give me a heads up that the Touch ID couldn’t be saved he went ahead with repairs . Which when I picked it up they didn’t mention . I checked the message later and realized that he left me a message to approve to go ahead with repairs explaining that the Touch ID would be lost. When I didn’t get back to him in a timely manor he proceeded without approval. Which I would not approve. The person I was repairing this iPad for did not approve of the lost Touch ID feature now I’m stuck with a iPad without touch less ID feature now I am going to have to purchase a new iPad to make this particular individual .

The screen on my iPhone 5 cracked about a week before my new iPhone 6 Plus arrived. (I had already set up the $200 rebate that was being offered for trading in my phone in good condition.) I called several places (and drove to several other places) and was not thrilled with the prices or the attitudes of the associates at the other stores/kiosks. When I called iPhone Repair VB, they were very personable and that I could bring the phone in and it would be ready in an hour. True to their word, we dropped off the phone and picked it up an hour later...good as new. (Dont forget to print the coupon on their website for $10 off!) Highly recommended!

Just had my wife and Is Samsung Galaxy S6 backs replaced. They had the best price in the area. They did a stellar job on the repair and the service was really friendly. Hopefully wont break anything soon, but will be back when I do.

I have to give him a 5.I brought in my iPhone w a cracked screen. The next day, my phone battery wouldn’t keep charged. When I called they said the screen had nothing to do with the battery, but I had no problems prior to the repair. and now, less than 60 days later, my glass screen popped out! I have to get a new phone. Can never recommend their service to anyone. Learned a lesson!

I cant believe how well my iPad Air 2 came out. I had a bad crack in the screen and the body was a little bent. When they repaired it for about $150+ tax, they called me back within 2hrs (was expecting 5hrs or so). Picked it up and it felt like it was brand new! The home button was flush like it was never broken. Great place and very friendly staff.

My iPhone got wet and stopped working. Thought about the iphone store, but the wait is always looooong. So I tried these guys. I was plesently surprised that I was able to walk in and talk to someone without waiting. Matt took my phone and opened it back in their shop. He brought it back out and showed me where the water got to. Said that he would trouble shoot it to see if it was repairable. I left and he called in about an hour. The phone is terminal, but he at least got it working enough to get my data off of it and use the functions that were working. Then, since he didnt do any repairs ...no charge. Wow. Dont see that kind of service often. I found a new place for phone repairs. If you have a phone problem, go there. You can trust them.
