I had spoke to about 10 different sales people who were either rude, bland, or extremely pressuring. There were a couple who were nice but just didn’t have what I was looking for.I appreciated how Linda worked with my busy work schedule to show me this Tahoe via text when pics were not available online, or on their website yet. To top it off, she is so bubbly, high energy, and just wonderful! I loved her honesty and professionalism. She even made sure to find me a pretty bow to put on my Tahoe for the picture! The experience was really great. Abby is the best. Very considerate of your time and makes you feel welcome. Estimate for service though a bit higher than I thought was accurate. Might get my oil change somewhere else next time the cost of filters and the labor was much higher than the local oil change places. First time I went in, I met with Isaiah and he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to find cars for me to look at. Second time I went in, I had Linda and she was equally awesome. She worked overtime to help me find a car in my budget and, despite the limited inventory due to COVID, I left with a car that day. I had a wonderful experience with all the staff and would highly recommend them!

We paid to have the interior of our Tiguan cleaned and treated to prevent stains. When the car was returned to us, it still had some light stains on the headliner and backs of the front seats and a piece of plastic was broken around the sun/moon roof control panel which wasnt broken when we took the car in earlier that day. I went to the dealership twice to have someone schedule to fix it, received a lot of lip service about how someone would call me. Several weeks later, I am calling again. I wouldnt normally complain or even mention it except no one is following up. I will be happy to update this later if we ever get the issue resolved. Just know, customer service extends beyond selling a person the car they want. It involves communication. I would be happy to wait 6 months to get this fixed if someone from Checkered Flag Volkswagen would call me every so often to tell me they havent forgotten about me.

Got there at about 4:30 pm, had a test drive with Jay, decent experience up until he informed us that he had another customer return that had been in 3 other times today. He then left for about 10 mins while we were sitting in his office, came back said the other customer would only work with Jay, said he would get someone else to work with us...highly unusual sales tactics...then he left went on a test drive, and left us in his office for 15 minutes, AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. Im sure that this isnt a usual occurrence but we will not be back, your business lost out on a guaranteed 32,000 sale today.

I went in specifically to look at the ID4. Linda was very helpful and answered all of my questions or went out of her way to find someone who could answer my more specific questions. She was respectful, not pushy, and actually made the process enjoyable. I was not looking forward to the hassle that comes with looking at a car in a dealership, but there was none of that here. Where do I start.. went in on a whim because I wanted the 2019 Jetta SEL Premium; and met with Linda. Linda was like my saleswoman soul mate. Absolutely worst experience ever dealing with a car dealer. We spoke to a salesperson and were required to set up an appointment to see a used car. We were told that way we would have individualized attention from sales person. WE arrive at our appointment time, our sales person is there but not available. They cant even find the keys to the car, 15 minutes later they find the keys pull the car around open the car door and we are told we cannot test drive it because it hasnt been to service yet. Dont you think we should have been told that when we were required to set up appointment? We will never use this car dealer and we will make sure our friends are aware of our experience as well.

A very refreshing and different experience from every dealer in VA Beach. No waiting, no, “let me ask my manager,” statements and putting you on ice for 30 minutes.
