Ive driven past this place every day 2 to 3 times a day and never stopped until today. This is by far o b e of the best shoe stores Ive been in. They have an insanely huge selection of shoes from men and womens little kids to adults. I am very impressed , the girls behind the counter and on the floor were very hopeful and knowledgeable in their footwear.

Visited the Pembroke location. Lots of variety. Huge selection. Sizes can be an issue. Womens size 10, 10.5 hard to fine. Great service. Staff was very helpful. Purchased one pair, ordered second pair. Shipped to my house.

I wouldve gave this store a five but I had a bad experience the other day that left me speechless. I returned an item but didnt have a receipt. I did have the card that the shoes was purchased with but the cashier told me that they didnt do it by that so I told her I was a rewards member and she looked me up. She said that she did see that I made a purchase recently but couldnt see what I had purchased. I asked her how is that even possible? After waiting another 5 minutes she tells me that she has never seen the shoes in the store and that I could have the wrong store. I was shocked and then I asked her did she want me to show her where the shoes are located in the store, then I asked her has she seen every shoe in the store. She said no then said Ive seen a similar pair in black which was a lie because I would purchased the black if they had those. Bad customer service. The manager came up and told her to give me a refund and she stated that someone would be mad at her if she gives a refund without a receipt but the manager told her that she would take care of it.

Great place for shoes of all kinds, for your whole family! They have all the name brands and at great prices! Not to mention if you sign up with email, you get coupons! So many varieties, and the quality is perfect, just like the name brand stores, but half the price! Sneakers, heels, boots plus all the accessories to go with. Definitely Recommend this place highly!!

Love the awesome variety of name brands and styles for each name brand. Helpful staff. Easy to get to the store off main road and you dont have to go into mall to get to the entrance. Reasonably priced tho I was hoping for a better discount bring a discount store..their prices are the same as KOHLS and other retailers!!!!

They have some good brands, at really good prices everything from Stacy Adams, to Reeboks. They dont carry Red Wings or Wolverines, nor do they carry floor shines. But the other brands that they carry are decent and their prices are definitely reasonable. If you sign up for their club or their card whatever they call it you get discounts on the shoes when you buy them.If you found this review helpful, I would appreciate a thumbs up. Thank you

Great location, huge selection and terrific prices!

Really good customer service! The lady with long/curly hair (early 20s) (not sure what her name was) was very helpful and so patient with me and my husband. Plus, they have the shoe sizes we needed and they also have a lot of shoes to choose from.😀

Kristina the manager has no sense of customer service. The sale specifically says buy one get one half off and that includes clearance. Apparently i picked the only pair of shoe in the entire store that’s not on that sale and she tried to blame it on the sku and wouldn’t take ownership of the mess up.

There is a great variety of shoes and accessories. However, customer service needs improvement. Every time I have shopped there I have experienced a long wait at the checkout. There seems to be enough staff, just appears as if they dont choose to work the checkout counter.

It is really over priced and I could not find anything that fits my foot. Therd is not a wide enough selection for it to be worth while for me. I think you should look online before coming here to see if they have the shoe you want. If you are looking to browse this is not the place for you.

Affordable, good deals, great selection. Recommended for all families on a budget

Experience was ok. When I was ready to check out I could see them all looking at the register and talking on the ear piece to each other. I was thinking just walk over and check me out. The young lady that checked me out apologized and was really polite. Not to mention one sales person that was helping me with size for my daughter became distracted when 2 guys walked in and were talking and she spoke in her earpiece to have whomever to watch their section. That annoyed me.

My fiance purchased a pair of Vans for our son. I ended up taking them back the next day to exchange them for a bigger size and had ZERO issues. The day after that I ended up returning again because I exchangwd for a size too big! At this point the size we needed was not in stock. The floor associate checked the back stock and offered to order the right size. She also let me know they were having the buy 1 get one half off which included clearance shoes as well! I ended uo exchanging the shoes for the right size and different style than originally purchased and was able to get my daughter a pair of sketchers for only $8.00 more than my original purchase! Very happy with the fact I haf to go back twice and that the lady was able to upsale us on a 2nd pair. It waa definitely a WIN, WIN!

Normally I enjoy coming to this store, but after today Im not so sure if I will walk back in there again. They had the buy one get one free sandal sale, I seen two adidas sandals on the display for the buy one get one free sale and fell in love with them. Go to buy them and I realized they didnt ring up as the sale. I asked the cashier why, she said they were only the front sandals. (I didnt see a sign stating that anywhere but ok) So I decided not to buy them, but came back and asked another employee to explain why they werent on sale since they are the exact same ones on the display and her response was, I DONT KNOW, I DONT MAKE THE RULES!!! So explain how you are going to put certain sandals on the display with the sale sign and then have huge attitude when asked why?? Extremely uncalled for and complete false advertisement!! I would have actually bought the sandals if they would have been able to explain to me the reasoning and treated me as a loyal customer, but since I was treated so poorly Im good!!
