I drive about 3.5 hours from home for service on my ski(s). You can NOT find a group of people who are more caring and knowledgeable. I shopped off and on for 26 years for a jetski. The time was never right and it never felt right until I visited here. I have had nothing but fantastic service and an honest approach. HOURS of help answering my questions. I’ve learned so much and they’re not afraid to tell you how to do something to save yourself money.Want a seadoo?... go here and see salesman Don. Say hi to the guys out back. They’re great. They even changed a light on the trailer and said “it’s nothing” when asked how much was owed.John taught me how to properly winterize our skis which will save me time and money in the future. This is why they’re awesome, it’s about customer service... not how much money they can make off of you. These guys are second to none. They stayed a little bit after closing because of traffic on our my way down. John even jacked up the skis because they’ve settled over time on the wood boards. He didn’t accept my offer of payment. If you want a Seadoo, go here. Anywhere else out there... good luck finding what I found here.A+ customer service. It’s a lost art, but it’s alive and well here. THANK YOU!

Awesome customer service! Within 3 days, VB watercraft solved my sea-doo issue (and the repair price was very fair)! Other sea-doo service centers in the hamptons roads area had service lead timelines of 3 weeks. As a new sea-doo owner, VB Watercraft is now my go to service center!

Great company to do business with, always had my SeaDoo serviced in the spring and on occasion had little things pop up. They are willing to help and give advice over the phone for simple fixes. Most stores would not do this and require the ski be brought in. Great customer service! They are not greedy and I trust them to do a great job.

I have contacted this place twice via their website on separate occasions in order to schedule some routine work on my Sea Doo. I have never been contacted back. Months.

The guys here are always helpful and honest. When the problem they fixed repeated itself they fixed it again at no charge. I will continue to bring my ski there.

I have never had work done there so this review is about the buying experience. Over the last 2 years I have bought 2 skis from them. Straight forward, honest, no BS games like the other dealer I tried, and fair price. I wouldnt even think about buying somewhere else.

I was leaving town the day after my ski broke down. I didnt know how long it was going to take to get it repaired in the middle of July and I ski a lot, so my sister said she would take it in. I was a little nervous because she knows nothing about skis and it was on the extended warranty. She said the guys were real friendly and they had the pump rebuilt and ready for pick up in 3 business days. It was done before I was back so my father and nephew picked it up. They were kind enough to show my dad the bad parts. Ski runs great. Good job guys! I put a ton of hours on my skis, I have already bought 2 skis from them and I will only buy from them in the future.

Have had my jetski repaired here a few times, very knowledgeable staff, good customer support. about to send my jetski there again to get it fixed and fluids flushed.

VB Watercraft tried to scam me for $2000+. They said the Sea-Doo had a locked up piston and needed an entire top end, including re-boring. I started it up and revved the engine right in their parking lot. Brought it home and ran it more. Nothing is locked up. Total scam artist.
